I love this store!!! They are honest, sweet people!! I always have a good time when I shop here. I got my new vape here.

Super helpful and friendly folks. Store is well stocked. Their house mixed juices are top notch, and, their punch card rewards program is a teal money-saver. Id give them 29 stars if I could.

I have been buying from Rogue Vapers for over 4 years now. I have been elsewhere and tried other places Juice. Yes, the cost was better elsewhere but if youre wanting a QUALITY juice; Rogue Vapers is fair priced. I live out of state, so when I call in my orders. The person that I speak with is very professional, always friendly and has a voice that sings to the soul. Im pretty sure I will continue business here and recommend them to all my friends.UPDATE: No longer a customer. They have new employees from the ones I have spoke to in the past. Their new staff are offensive, and extremely unprofessional. I called to place an order, introduced myself and the girl laughed and hung up on me. I called again and had my order taken care of by Chris. When I mentioned the issue to him, he didnt say anything but a subtle hum. I called to place an order for out of state shipping, like a have since 2016. After talking to a man that had to ask my question to another employee that answers it only to have him repeat this information back to me. Ping pong, ping pong. I was told that they wont ship me my order because they cant do that. I can no longer recommend this place because the utter lack of training the staff receive.

They are always very helpful. I go every Friday for juice and they always have a good attitude and now remember me and answers any questions I can come up with kid friendly I have 3 kids and. Never have that I want to hurry up and get out of here feeling. Tons of different flavors and free popcorn for the kiddos

This place has tons of great stuff. Very helpful and friendly. They even helped me find something that wasnt in the store. If you want a customized flavor they do that too

Never had a bad experience with Rogue. Great place to come and hang out and vape. The customer service is great, and the employees are well versed in what they do. Not to mention all of the in house juices are great, and if you want a juice made or done in bulk they do it in a sanitary lab environment from scratch, and not just poured straight from the bottle sitting on a shelf into a smaller bottle.

This place has some of the best customer service in Little Rock. Excellent juices, some flavors ONLY AVAILABLE HERE!!! I definitely recommend my favorite, Wanton!!! And if you are open minded, try mixing their cotton candy flavor with the wanton (50-50) it will BLOW YOUR MIND!!!!! 🤯

Its a decent vape shop. They have a good selection of vape products but the vape juice selection is all made in house so if your looking for a certain brand you wont find it here. Its mostly house made fruity flavors. They dont have any tobacco flavors here. The inside looks more like an employee lounge which is cool for the employees. If I was the owner I would probably wall that area off because it makes it look like a vape shop in someones living room. Overall it was a nice experience and the employees were very friendly.

The guys were very helpful and willing to take time to show the products and teach me the terminology. They are not just trying to make a sale but are willing to help a newb out. They also will not try to break the bank on you, but help you make smart choices to meet your own personal needs. The ejuice selection is great and some of the best I have ever vaped. Thanks again guys!

Went by yeteryest to purchase my first vape kit and was looking to spend a little, spent 60$ on the stick prince, and grabbed 2 sample bottles of juicy juice 😁 the guy there helped me pick what was best for my price range, flavor choices, and overall need for vaping. (Quitting cigs and blowing clouds) we great staff. Got in and out quickly. The vape is crazy good!!

Updated: Ive really tried to like this vendor. However:Its still a vape shop only for new/less advanced vapers. If you are an experienced enthusiast, this store is not for you. And these are the reasons why:Only house juices--no premium juices. This could be acceptable if the prices were low, however the normal flavors are $6/10ml. (They only sell 10ml bottles.) That is $18/30ml--the same cost as other stores premium, big-name juices! Likewise, the prices of their hardware items also seem to be very high compared to other shops in the area.Advanced vapers will note that they have only a few rebuildable tanks and drippers. Only a single gauge of kanthal, and even that is sold only by the foot--no rolls available No stainless steel/etc wire. When I asked for the Kanthal, I was told that Nobody really builds their own coils anymore. I dont know if this was an attempt to brush off the key items they do not sell, or just a true ignorance of the current vaping scene. In either case, its unacceptable.Along those same lines, they have only one variety of Japanese cotton, and even it is sold only by the piece--no bags of it.The staff didnt seem especially helpful, and I got the feeling that they were just trying getting me out the door, so they could go back to talking amongst themselves.I suppose this could be an okay store for new users, or those who have not experienced a truly good shop. Definitely, though, if you are an experienced/enthusiast vaper, Id really recommend going elsewhere.(Rogue: I REALLY want to like you. I know your owner from an outside social group and hes a nice guy. Please fix these things so I can write a new review!)

Theyve been wonderful to me. I am so behind on vaping and even though Ive been doing it a while Im always breaking stuff and ruining things and I can just bring my problems in and they fix my vape and have even replaced them for me. Highly recommend.

I have been with Rogue Vapers since when they opened. Its the best place to go get any vapor products you need and the custome service is the best i have ever seen. The service was shoddy to say the least! ..purchased an RDA there and it didnt even come with the box! ...every vape store i have shopped in has always had the box with the product!..not to mention extra o rings and a small pad of cotton....the prices are outrageous as well...save your time and money and shop elsewhere!

Moved from Cali so needed a new vape shop Glad I found this place. They are very helpful and friendly. Have some really good juices for good prices.

Its all about service with rogue. Anything you buy from them has a warranty. If its falty it will be replaced instantly. If it is past your warranty they will try to fix it and usually do.

Troy and his team are the best in town. Great prices, and customer service that cant be matched.
