Finally! Not just a long overdue smoke shop for the area, but an AMAZING one at that! Not only does Cloud City feature some of the most unique, quality pieces, they do so at surprisingly low prices! To top it all off, the owner/staff clearly love their job and their business. They take time to show any of their merchandise at your request and do so with enthusiasm! And if there is any item you want but they dont have, they will order it for you and have it quickly in stock. Never rushed, very nice and polite...good people, good vibes. Bought a few things but was recommended an odor eliminating spray and it works VERY well. I didn’t catch the employees name while I was there but he was so kind and helpful. Great customer service and good selection of poducts! The store is always clean and smells amazing. The prices are the best I have seen. The staff were very knowledgable about their merchandise. I recommend everybody to visit this shop! I love it.

Prices are way to high on disposables! I’m not going to name the shop I go to but I literally buy the same disposables if not better for half the price at a near by shop. Save your money!

Lots of things here, but they dont cater to those who smoke piped tobacco. If thats what youre looking for youll want to look elsewhere. However if youre looking for other tobacco needs, they have a very extensive selection
