Horrible experience and I am sorry I came here! Massage wasn’t great but I still tipped 20%. They started to argue with me and told me I didn’t tip enough. I’m sorry but I tip a standard 20%, and for a subpar massage that was good enough. I paid via Zelle and the masseuse told me he didn’t receive my payment! They made me stand around for 15-20 min. while they were on the phone with someone and finally I told them I had to leave. I showed them the withdrawal from my account to assure them I paid and then they asked for a SCREEN SHOT of my bank account! Definitely not giving any random place a screen shot of my bank account - they must be out of their mind. They then said I could leave, so I did and then they proceeded to CHASE ME to my car and told me to wait for their boss to come. I showed them the Zelle withdrawal AGAIN and they asked for my phone number. At this point, I wasn’t giving them any of my personal information. I explained that I paid for the service, I tipped 20% and we were done. I invited them to call the police if they’d like. I have never in my life experienced such “service”, treatment or down right harassment. I will never come here again and neither should you.

Great massage but they make u feel like they r talking about you and u dont have a option on the tip or how much u want to leave they require a tip and they will let you know how much to leave ...

No appt. Went for a foot massage but got steered to the 30min/30min body/foot massage; more of a 15/45 and it was a good 15 min foot treatment--wish it were 30 min.Been to a few other Chinese places, and higher end places. This place had 7-8 tables in a row, a few semi-private rooms.Not targeted massage, no acupressure. No massage of arms or legs, unless downward pressure rolling a bit is their version of massage. OK head-scalp massage.Overall was meh.Nice to have therapeutic touch. But it barely released muscle tension in neck, upper traps (shoulder), and paraspinal. Maybe deep tissue wouldve been more fitting.She did her routine and 60 later (yes, 60 minutes), done.Nice ladies, barely any English. Some exchanges in Mandarin while I was being worked on.Seemed clean (a bit dim). The music was soothing Chinese instrumental.Glad I tried this place. No pressure but I left a sweet tip.

This was the best massage of my entire life!!! This unassuming yet incredibly professional, clean and comfortable spot gave me the most relaxing, enjoyable, and pain relieving massage I have ever had. I paid $50 for a 60 minute massage that included hot stones. If you get massages often or have had a massage here and there you know that price is unbeatable. I cannot recommend this place MORE!!! Best quality massage therapists ever!! I will be back!!

Rose has great massages at great prices. The space is a little cramped, and the rooms are only semi-private (no one is going to see you naked, but you can hear whats going on around you since the massage rooms dont have doors, they have curtains, and the wall partitions dont go all the way to the ceiling), but still you get a good massage. Only recently my partner and I tried the deep tissue massage, and it was the best weve gotten in recent memory.The hot stones are a real pleasant addition. Sometimes they do a scalp massage (one of my favorite parts although it messes up my hair), sometimes not, I havent figured out the protocol for requesting stuff like that, but Im still satisfied without.I think the most recent time we came we bumped someone else who had a reservation at a slightly later time (we could hear the whole exchange with the customer), so they might need to work on their scheduling system. Sorry. We had called them and asked for earliest time, and they had told us to come down ASAP, and it worked out for us.

You get what you pay for. Its about half the price off a massage therapist for 2/3 the quality, so its a reasonable deal. Some masseuses are better than other so you may need to try a few times to find the right fit.Easily accessible. I usually go when I have a migrane so it is unplanned. I can usually walk in or find an appointment within an hour or 2.

I did a walk in without an appointment. I was shown the services offered. I chose the 60 min appointment and I was immediately given service. The overall time was 60 minutes. I was offered water at the end. No pressure on the tip. Fantastic experience and Ill try to make an appointment next time!

Awful service. I paid first the amount listed plus $10 for tip. She was rough and didnt keep the pressure even after asking twice. She threw the towel over my head twice. She was chewing gun the whole time. Then upon leaving she yelled at me uh excuse me, tip? I was flabbergasted. I told her I already tipped. She said the cost was more than listed and I only paid for the massage. I told her sorry and pulled out a $20 expecting change. She took it and pocketed it. She said thanks and went on about her business. I think I was too stunned to react. I just left but I was mad. They are very rude and steal your money.

Massage was great. Place is nothing fancy but the massage therapist was very thorough and applied just the right pressure. The hot stones massage included was so relaxing.

Pinpoint accuracy with accupuncture healing and relaxation. Awesome value and I would highly recommend the 90 minute massage combo @ $60.

I used to come here all the time, but I moved about 2 years ago. While nearby on vacation I decided to go back, but won’t be back again. First of all, their advertised “$20 foot massage” is now actually $35. Second of all, they were pushy with tips before but now they are really pushy. They force a minimum $10 “tip,” which is no longer a tip due to it being mandatory. Why not just include it in the price? Tipping isn’t part of Chinese culture and yet they think they can pull this here? Come on. Then they play horrible music and talk during the whole massage. While the massage itself is decent, everything else about the experience was bad. Just badly run I suppose and $45 isn’t worth all of it put together.

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for over 20 years and have received many massages over the years primarily for my messed up shoulder. I am extremely picky when it comes to pressure and style. This said, the massage at Rose Massage was seriously the Best massage I’ve ever had!I was worried about the communication barrier as I’m a breast cancer survivor so there are areas I’m not comfortable with touch and require lighter pressure. But she was intuitive and experienced.I called very last minute but the man who answered was pleasant and I was able to get in immediately. As everyone here has already mentioned it’s a great price for the quality of work they do:).I will be back for sure!

LOVE the price, which is why I went. The service was pretty good, the issue came when I was giving the tip. I ALWAYS tip my masseuse anytime I get a massage, however, this location has a SET tip price. No, it’s not an option. For one hour, you HAVE to tip $10. Doesn’t matter whether the service was good or not. My massage was definitely NOT worth $10.

Gone a few times now, prices are amazing and the massages are way more than the price. You can not beat the price. Ive paid well over a $150.00 for a full body massage and it was ok different from the one I got here. The first time I went I was in so much pain from muscle tightness and stiffness, the lady doing my massage could tell exactly what muscle needed more work on and she really helped loosen up my muscles, even though it hurt a little, I felt amazing by the time I left. I will go here before any other place because you just cam mot beat the price and all the options and different packages they have. Everyone has always been pleasantly respectful and nice. I highly recommend this place.

I was and I got here all the time. The prices are more than fair for what you get. All of their masseuse are extremely professional and well knowledge and massaging. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a massage.

This place has false advertisement outside their business, but verbally charging more in the facility. I have received 30 minutes of foot service but they charge me $30 when it states $20 for 30 minutes. $30 is for 1 hour. The woman was wonderful, but the owner and other employees are scamming people.

David is the one!! Deep Tissue and boy he can go deep! I can tolerate the pain…and really he gets the way deep down kinks & knots out especially in neck & shoulder upper back area omg I’ve been going to only him for a few years now. He’s the best!I only wish the rooms were set up a little more privately because most times it’s just too much noise from folks coming in and out which is very disruptive to your relaxationOtherwise this is a great affordable spot!

Cant complain about this place at all. No frills, no space, no privacy. Its as Chinese as it gets! That being said, I had one of the best massages ever thanks to Anne. Especially at this price point, it definitely was the best. So good I almost tipped the price of admission. Will definitely be back.

Honestly this place looks sketchy, but it is quite a hidden gem imo. I walk avg 8 miles a day so I love finding new ways to relax. We go for the $40 package which is 75 mins (full body massage and hot stones). Best bang for your buck because they tend to you by asking if the pressure is right. They are always courteous and very polite making sure you feel relaxed and comfortable. Ive gone back twice and theyve done an amazing job

I asked for a male masseuse and request a hard massage. Definitely was really hard, and slightly painful, but still felt good. I asked for the $20 one-hour foot massage, which includes massages for your head, shoulders, legs, arms, neck, and back. Really good deal for what you pay. Definitely worth it.

I unfortunately have to update my review of rose massage and say that I’m probably not coming back. In the time I’ve been going there the massages have slowly gotten worse and worse till my last massage where the masseuse was just bad and the massage artists were talking constantly and laughing for the entirety of the massage.

Every time I go I ask for Juliet. Funny since that’s my name too 😆 I have really bad back pain. She hits all the pressure points and my back always feels better after. This place is clean and the music is relaxing.

Good price and great massage

Great massage. 2nd time coming. The first was.amazing. My only complaint is that no one seems to be able to fluently communicate in English. I asked Yona if I could extend the massage to 90 min. She didnt understand me; she told me we had 10 more minutes. I asked the man at the front for the same thing; I asked if it was possible (if she did not have a scheduled client coming soon) if we could continue. He told me to wait 7 days and come back.

They do a consistant job and have allot of openings. Some are better then others, however I have never been injured or brused, like some places. Highly recomend this place as a good way to keep up on my body, between my regular visits with my massage therapist.

Ask for full body massage $60 plus there $10 tip policy didnt get full body massage and the lady gave the massage ask more tip not coming back ever

Gratuity is obsional u dont have to tell how much I have to give ok so remove the sing u don’t give 5 minute free not even 2 some times they don’t give the 60 minutes I pay for 60 not 50 ok bad no good

Good massage for good price, not comparable to thai massage but the girls work hard and try to give best massage :) I would give it 4 starts but sometimes the management is difficult to deal with, the man is very friendly and try always to accommodate customer wish, the woman in the front difficult to deal with !

I walk in at 8:30pm and they tell me to take a seat, i then wait 5 minutes and then they tell me they cant assist me. The people who work here speak 1% english. Waste of time and horrible service!!!! I wont be back here ever again!
