We had no wait with our couples massage appointment.The staff was very friendly and professional.I’m not sure why some people are complaining their massage therapists was too gentle or too rough. Did you open your mouths and communicate they too gentle or too rough? They’re not mind readers 😑😑My massage therapist was perfect and listened if I needed her to more gentle or more aggressive. I’ll be coming back. 🙃🙂

I had an incredible point focused massage a Song Massage. I’m not too keen on facial massages, however the facial aromatherapy portion of the massage was pretty impressive. I was a lil apprehensive to going after reading reviews but the attentiveness and professionalism of Ken eased my concerns as soon as I arrived.Both my neck and back pain dissipated. Thanks a bunch!

Cross between feeling so relaxed I could drool and mind active due to the assault on my knots. Professional draping so that we never felt overexposed. Also acclimated us to any temperature change prior to new technique application. We had the 70 minute swedish massage.

I believe there’s only one guy that works to make appointments & he is extremely rude. I made an appointment on Monday then I called to reschedule because I was sick then he said he had an availability on Friday 9pm which I thought was suspicious because of how late it was so here I am on Friday calling to confirm appt 2 hours before & he says he never had an appt for Friday at 9 then he said he remembered me calling Monday to reschedule then stated I never set a date and now he’s saying I never had an appt on Monday. When I gave up and said okay reschedule me he said he had nothing available for 1 week in advance & to get a refund because he didn’t have time for me and clicked. I called back and asked for his name then he said my name is “sorry”. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

One of our best experience ever, me and my fiancé loved it…The guy that massaged me knew what was he doing because I was all tense and once the massaged was over it felt so good,..they have an amazing customer service planning to come back specially they give a 10$ discount for couple massages.

My niece and sister visited this place today and had a horrible experience. I was on the phone and heard how rude the guy was being! And based off of the other responses directed towards customers who have had negative experiences, this guy doesn’t know how to take feedback!Definitely not how you conduct business!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I purchased a massage through Groupon and called to make my appointment. He confirmed that there was availability and booked my appointment. I was extremely excited and well overdue for some self care. When I arrived, the man behind the counter had very negative energy. He was extremely dismissive but perked up while a (white) couple was exiting the place. As I continued to check in, he said that I did not book my appointment right and that he gave it away to someone else. He proceeded to say that I need to book at least a day before the appointment, but he gave my appointment away the day of. So I tried to reschedule and he said just cancel it. It was more than clear that I was not welcomed there. I have never felt so dismissed and disrespected.

I had a spontaneous massage because I bought a Groupon for a couples massage for my daughter. I went in for a 60 minute foot and back massage. My first foot may. Linda was my massage therapist and shes incredible. My massage was more than I expected. It is definitely worth it. I look forward to bringing my children and mom and referring my friends here.It started with feet in a tub of warm water, a mild shoulder massage, my hands/arm, my left foot/leg, my right foot/leg, both legs, flipped over, pressure on each side of my back, my whole back, my back legs, my arms, my shoulder, my neck, my head, tapping the back and boom.I probably missed a few steps.Ken worked at the front, he explained about the membership. I got a card and I cant wait to come again.Tell them Karen referred you and youre welcome.

Just got the most relaxing deep tissue massage ever ever in my life!!!!!! Linda is hands down the best masseuse I’ve ever countered, she intuitively knew what pressure to apply. It was my first time visiting this massage place and honestly it did not disappoint. Don’t be surprised by the exterior, it is legit.Make sure to be quiet when you come in the massage parkour because there are about 10 sectioned curtains where people are getting massages, I’m a loud mouth so be courteous.Otherwise, I give a 12/10. I felt like I went to heaven and I was completely relaxed!!! Let’s just say that I tipped handsomely because I felt my masseuse absolutely deserved it!!!!(PS: Recommend the oil and the hot stone additions 💯)

I got a groupon deal for this place. The atmosphere is amazing. The massage was really the cherry on top. It was so relaxing and professional. I really recommend for people to try it. The hot stones was the best you can not leave here without trying it.

Ive gone twice now and enjoyed two wonderful massages. I particularly appreciated the hot stones and the scrub used during the foot massage both times. Each visit was special but both massages were consistently good.If you let your senses come alive and keep your eyes closed its easy to notice the touch of the crisp sheets and essential oils on your skin, the firm touch and warm hands of the skilled masseuse, the heat of the hot stones followed by the welcome rush of cool air following their removal. It was enjoyable, relaxing and a great deal. Check Groupon for awesome specials on single and couples massages. I appreciated being able to get a same day appointment. Give this business a visit. We purchased a couples massage on Groupon and it was a bit pricey but after getting the service it was worth it. The ladies were very nice and did an amazing job with the massage.However the guy at the front demanded that we leave tip which we agree on but he was not happy with the amount we were leaving and he was insisting that we needed to leave more tip. He finally gave up and just took the tip we wanted to give. My advice is If you go to this place make sure you take cash and give it to the person that gives you the massage because it was really weird the way this guy asks for more money and what tell us that this money actually goes to the person that does the massages.

I purchased a Groupon massage for my birthday for me and my husband( couples massage ). That’s how I found out about this place .I called and scheduled & confirmed an appointment for today at 1:30. Me and my husband were excited and ready to relax .When I walk in the energy that the man at the front desk gave off was negative.Me and my husband are AA. He is a tall man with tattoos.I showed him the Groupon voucher, and he said he can’t accept it, and that I would need to call 2 days in advance. Then he said I lied to him and said I was paying cash.My husband then asked , how much would it be , and he said 100 each for Swedish massage . We said thank you and left .….. I don’t understand, why advertise on Groupon of you can’t fulfill your voucher. It’s obvious they don’t like accepting Groupon tickets .I wouldn’t recommend at all. The place was nice and looked very relaxing , but it was very unwelcoming and took away from my 30th birthday.Complete waste of time

I saw their listing on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I called and can answer the phone very nice gentleman, I asked for a 2 hour massage the same day and he was accommodating. When I arrived parking was easy, and I got inside Its pretty much as described a small place, Ken greeted me and was very pleasant. He led me to my curtain room And gave me one of the better massages Ive had in a long time. He was very good strong when needed And very relaxing the 2 hours flew by. I would definitely recommend this place and Ken. $100 for a 2 hour massage you cannot beat this place. One thing please tip very nice they work hard to make sure you are relaxed.

I called to ask for availability and was able to schedule it the same day however when I got to the location I presented a Groupon for a couples massage and was told I had to schedule it two days in advance, which I think would be useful information to provide when someone calls to check availability before showing up. I also do not understand that policy because there was clearly availability. I made my appointment for this morning and the massage was great! The customer service by our 2 mususts was professional, HOWEVER the same man who failed to mention the business policy regarding Groupon was a bit demanding asking for a tip while I was leaving. One of the best massage places in Long Beach. Really friendly staff that priorities your experience first. They are very professional, skilled, and clean which has led me coming back for years. They accept cask, card, and Venmo and have plenty of parking. Cannot recommend enough (Ive tried just about all the massage parlors in LB).

In town from Arizona. Good 90 minute massage at a reasonable price. Poor communication from the therapist and I would have liked a deeper tissue massage even though the therapist acknowledged that I did want deeper tissue when she asked. Overall an OK massage and would give a 4.5 rating.

You will get a different treatment if you get a special from GrouponThe first time I called, I asked for availability, which they were happy to take me in until they asked what kind of massage which I mentioned about the coupon from Groupon. Immediately, attitude changed, and I was told I needed to schedule 2 days prior. So without a coupon, they can take you right away, but magically, with a coupon, they do not have availability.I waited a few days, and then I called again t days prior to schedule. Everything was OK. I even called the day of my appointment to confirm. I arrived 5 minutes earlier to my appointment, and then they guy told me they couldnt take me in because I did not tell them I had a coupon. Overall, my experience having a coupon was HORRIBLE

These people are going to end up hurting someone with the way theyre massaging. There is no technique that they use. Some things they did seem dangerous. Like pressing my elbow into the table while its turned down. Or pushing my feet down in at the end. The moves are pointless and its kind of scary. I realized they are not professionals & fear set in. Relaxation none. The owner ran out to ask why we didnt tip. I told him that the ladies were rude and laughing over us. Massage is supposed to be relaxing.

Massage is great, but they ask for more tips, which is weird. I was about to purchase their membership, but their insistence on more tips pulled me off. At the end I had to tip more, and $10 off that you offered was because you wanted to avoid groupon fees. I believe offering tips should be customers choice and there should not be any force when customers already pay $110 bucks for your service

My husband and I each got a Swedish massage w hot stones. We were both very impressed: massages were fantastic, communication was great, and the prices very reasonable. We’re only in town for the holidays otherwise would definitely be back again!

This place just opened and i am stunned on how well they did a Swedish massage. Absolutely superb and I highly recommend everyone to come here. Not to mention, they have easy access to parking. The music is very calming and they have personal booths to get your full body massage done! You can also choose a number of scents of oil to be used on your massage.

I came because I was curious and they are not that far from me. The massages were DIVINE. I left feeling so good. I was having really bad back pain and alot of stress. With the massage and the hot stones combined, that was better than any physical therapy Ive been too. I will be back in 2 weeks. I tried them out with a Groupon but their prices are reasonable. I really enjoyed the massage, especially the reflexology part. I have been suffering from plantar faciitus and found some relief. I will likely go back for the foot massages.
