As a first time customer this shop was awesome! Not only did they have a wide variety of product selection, they were also a very clean store. Additionally, the customer service was top-notch and had a very friendly atmosphere. I also love the fact that the shop is also open until midnight. I would highly recommend going there anytime.

Poor customer service. Better buy online or check somewhere else. Overpriced. Still selling expired vape juice product. I asked the guy to replace the expired vape juice that i bought for $18 60ml a few minutes ago without letting me check it. Before i left the store i checked the juice and it was expired. Came back and asked the guy for a replacement but he keep on insisting that it was still good???! I asked for a replacement and he gave me another favor, same size 60ml and charge me for another $5 dollars!?This is not the first time i bought ejuice or elfbar on this shop. Other 2 guys are cool, looks like they are the owner. But this guy seems like has no idea what is good customer service it.This guy will ruin your business.Will not again buy to this store.
