Really excellent place to shop. I usually buy online but I was keen to try a new atty and a coworker recommended smokeless success. Derek did a perfect coil build while I waited. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I noticed they patiently helped customers new to vaping choose the best gear and juice flavors , and also demonstrated how to fill tanks and replace coils. Great value, too on all the latest gear.

This is the best vape shop in long beach. Hands down. The customer service is unbeatable and they always provide the latest and greatest technology and will always take the time to give you a full tutorial on every product you buy. I have always left here feeling confident in my purchase, and the few times Ive had troubles, they went above and beyond to service all of my needs. Huge selection of e juice as well!

The customer service is top notch, the selection is wide and they go above and beyond for care and quality. They were extremely helpful and it reminded me of shops back home in Indy. This is how every shop in California should be. They have all the good vape juices.

Went for a replacement pod...a new pod I bought elsewhere was not working properly. Guy at the counter wanted to test their pod before I made another purchase. While I went to grab my e-juice from my car he fixed the one I had. Thanks to him I could have left with a working pod for no extra cost, but figured it might be good to have a backup & I considering his honesty I wanted to buy from him...in the end it was a better price as well. Looks like I just found my new vape shop!

The employees are always willing to help you make a good decision on your purchase. The employees treat as if they have known you a while and welcome you to return again. I will be spending more money there again. I really like the fact that its a vape store and not a smoke shop.

They have only ever treated me with the utmost respect when I buy mods and they have a nice rewards program. A+ for carrying non-clone mods. Thank you for being one of the few premier legit places to buy things like this from. All of the employees at smokeless success are professional and knowledgeable.This is now my go to spot for vape juice.Very patient and customer service oriented. I never felt like I was being sold or pressured.On the contrary, they took the time to get to know my needs, and helped guide me to the right products.Its worth noting that despite having a huge selection, they didnt have *exactly* what I was after. (A strong straight menthol)Bill went above and beyond and made a house blend to my tastes!!!If youre picky about what vape juice you want. Dont settle, Come to smokeless success!!

Very nice service. I ended up buying a new 2ml atomizer and tank, and 2 bottles of juice (french toast and strawberry milkshake flavor). A little pricey but i dont mind supporting my local shop.

I came in to get my wifes vape fixed from another shop that broke it..I met the owner Bill, he worked with me to get it working..found out the previous shop put in the wrong coil... .2 instead of. 5 ohm and one of the internal peices were not put back correctly. He was very passionate about teaching users about vape and how to make it last. The place as lots of juices...it has a laid back feel and lots of room to hangout. Small dogs (Leashed) are welcome. Got a external charger for $15. Very happy customer and my wife loves the juice bill put in...hey Bill what juice was it she likes it! Definitely coming back.

I went inside to see if they sold lighters..and they did not! This places smelled heavenly, and I thought I was in a palace..it was beautiful and emaculate... ever compare it similar to an elegant hotel..very nice.
