Relax Reflexology Spa

Ive never ended a massage early before, but I did today, it was that bad. I paid for a 30 minute chair massage and lasted almost 20, but I should have gotten up sooner. Several times I asked if the masseur (dont know his name) could adjust the chair, but he didnt seem to understand. I left with a red, raw spot on my chin from it rubbing for the whole time. Not only was I in an uncomfortable position because the chair was set for a much shorter person than myself, but the massage itself was terrible. Deep pressure was repeated in the exact same spot for minutes, before finally moving centimeters to another spot. And then at other times the pressure was light as a feather, it was the weirdest thing. The masseur was very short in stature, had to use a stool for most of the massage, and breathed heavily on me the entire time. Absolutely uncomfortable, not at all relaxing. I would not recommend this location. I will be returning to the location on 82nd & Slide, where Ive always had good experiences.

Price is hard to beat at 45 for an hour. Didnt have private rooms for the massage which was a little weird. Got a deep tissue style and while it was good pressure the heavy use of elbows was a little painful. Definitely sore for a few days after.

They were unprofessional. The guy was okay but I told him to do 2 on the scale and he purposely changed it to 3. He was massaging too rough and laugh at the low tip. Dont recommend here I should of listen to the bad reviews that I saw before coming here.

I waited an hour for a massage. Signed up for an hour and a half massage. I was skipped over 5 times. When I questioned them I was told they had no therapists available. A minute later 2 walk-ins walked in and were taken straight back!! I’ve given this business so much money but never again!!

So, we usually love this place but unfortunately I went today and got a woman masseuse. I kept trying to tell her I needed it deeper but she couldnt understand. I have been getting horrible headaches from a knot in my right shoulder and was hoping theyd work on that knot, but she never even touched that knot. I told her 3 times I needed that spot worked on but she couldnt understand. It felt more like a tickle than a deep tissue massage. Again I usually love this place, but did not have a very good experience today. 😢 I was hoping to be able to email them about my experience in hopes that theyd tell me to come back to try again but couldnt find a way to contact them other than calling.Thanks.

This place hurt me by causing pain to my lower back and swelling to my neck, I have never had this before. This place need to be investigated for there malpractice and them not listening to there customers. I requested 5 five for my pressure to use Bill did a 10. I told him several times that that was too much pressure. He did not stop at several time he was standing on the bench pressing with all his might. I told him that what he did was wrong. He stated I am sorry. They want to fix this issue by offering me multiple free session. I have pictures of the injury, and doctor notes.

I’ve been getting massages to address tense shoulders and muscle tension but nothing has worked as well as getting a chair massage at this reflexology massage. I had my shoulders addressed for 30 minutes and half way through on one side I noticed how much pain was on the side that hadn’t been touched yet.

Chris and Zee did such a great job! The atmosphere is very clean and relaxing. We did the 30 minute foot massage for only $26. Cannot wait to come back again!

They find every bad muscle, they always get me very relaxed and fell way better after i leave.

Staff was friendly and very funny. Massages were amazing. Also they give you cold water bottles while you wait.
