Went today to try out their foot massage treatments and wasn’t disappointed at all. My daughter is due to deliver her first baby this week and I wanted a great foot massage for her and myself. Both therapist were very good. I practiced massage for 10 years- It was great! I’ll be back again

Nice place. Quiet place. Has a strength meter massage (weak 1, strong 9). Go with one for first-timers, then increase if needed. Walk-ins accepted.

Honestly, I have never had a bad time at one of these spas. I do prefer Swedish massage, but the price is very good, the staff is very polite and friendly, and the atmosphere is awesome. Great for back massage, full body massage, or foot massage. Thinking about going there shortly for a chair message, actually!

My husband, cousin & I went today after a recommendation from another family member. We were very pleased with our experience and with the price. Id absolutely go back if I came back to Lubbock.Pros:• Good quality massages. Certificate/licensure paperwork is on the wall & you can see them as you walk in.• Very well priced. You wont get anything like this for the price.• Walk-ins welcome.• They were able to accommodate 3 of us with no appointment within 10 minutes. We were finished roughly around the same time, so not much waiting around.• Free water bottles which is super important because re-hydrating after a massage is crucialCons:• Unlike traditional spas in the US, there are no private rooms with doors. Instead, all there is to it are roughly 10 booths in a row, next to each other, divided by short walls that come up to about your stomach. However, I didnt see much since its dark and I was lying down. And I didnt hear much over the relaxation music.• Because of the stall set-up, you dont take off your clothes. I didnt feel like my clothes were in the way, but I some people may prefer direct contact and lotion for an extra soothing effect on the muscles.• The people who worked on us today did not speak English. They have a lot of other workers though, so Im not sure if this is the norm. This didnt feel like a disadvantage for us, because they have a sign in sheet where you tell circle the service you want & he desires strength. However, this obviously makes it hard to individualize services past that. Also: My massage therapist knew enough English to ask if I was ok when I made a noise that sounded like I was in pain (I wasnt, but I can see how he thought that & Im glad he checked).Overall we were all happy with the service and we even bought a gift card for another family member!

I called ahead to see if they did prenatal massage, and they said they did, just inform them when I arrived. I was attending with some girlfriends, so the plan was that all of us would enjoy a massage, but essentially would also leave me without one if they didnt offer prenantal. Upon arrival, I did what I was instructed, and the staff told me they in fact did not do a prenatal massage at all. Instead they offered me a foot massage, which overall was very nice, but not what I wanted. I just wish whoever answered the phone would have been honest with me from the get go, as it was a pretty disappointing switch. The guy who rubbed my feet kept burping, and it smelled horrendous and garlicky. It was rough! Im sure had I not been pregnant, my experience would be totally different.

NEVER again will I use this place. I was next in Line for a quick chair massage at 1:15pm on a wednesday and stepped outside to take a call and they closed the blinds and locked the door on me 😳.Thinking that I was Imagining things, I tried to open the door and sure enough, locked. The man and woman unlocked it and told me oh sorry while laughing.Thats just BAD BUSINESS!Ive had less the quality experience on my last visit, but was on that side of town and thought Id give this place one more chance. Big mistake.Do yourself a favor and go to a REAL massage business.

So this place was awesome. I have a great masseuse in town but 95% of the time I want a massage, I want it that day. I read a few reviews and decided to try out this place. From the outside, it may not be much, but inside is clean and simple with some large relaxing/foot reflexology chairs in a line on the right, and bamboo & curtained massage tables on the left. When you walk in, you put your name, your desired massage type (Foot Reflexology, Full Body, Combo, additional Hand/Face), length, and pressure on a sign in sheet. I chose a 60 minute Foot Reflexology. I was guided to an oversized armless chair with an ottomon. They have you sit upright while they bring you a wooden soaking tub with warm water. They also brought me a bottle of water to drink. You soak for a few minutes while they get your massage ready. The lights are dimmed and there is nice tranquil music in the background. Then, a very polite and professional man removed the bucket, had me lean back to relax, put my feet up on the ottoman, covered me with a clean towel for warmth, and a clean towel for over my eyes. Then he proceeded to massage my feet/legs for 30 minutes each side. Several great acupressure points are stimulated and he used a variety of methods (kneading, tapping, stretching, some light pounding, etc.)After you are done, you head to the front, they have a slip of paper where the price is listed, room to write a tip and add it for the total. The professionals working do not speak a lot of English so this is a great way not to misinterpret the pricing. They have a modern point of sales system. The best part? That whole relaxing hour was 36$ before my tip. WOW. I plan to head back this weekend to do a full body reflexology.

I go here twice a month and there have some employees who really do an outstanding job, however sometimes I get one that spends the whole hour sticking there elbows in my back, it would be nice if we could rate the employee when we paid out so the owner would no which ones were doing a great job
