Stopped by when I pulled a muscle in my back, and Bam helped me pick out just what I needed! Definitely gotta stop by if you’re looking for relief that also won’t make you feel sluggish.

Seen the guy locking up at 7:59 knocked on window he opened the door I ask if they closed, we both look at our phone still 7;59 and he says yes ma’am we’re fixing to close with a low laugh. I said ok. He proceeded to lock the door. I proceeded to my vehicle. Clearly not the owner of the place, didn’t care about selling the product. I knew what I wanted. Would’ve been in and out. Why are people so lazy? Your website says 8, I was there before 8. Opinions anyone? Is it ok to shut the door on a paying customer one minute before closing? Or am I wrong for the bad review??

Ty hopper does really know his job! He right there with every answer and provides good facts and is alwasy very friendly!!

Ive been to this location along with a few other CBD shops in Lubbock. Anytime I walk in and I see the manager Karen, I know Im going to get all the help I need. Shes easily the most knowledgeable, kind, and patient employee that Ive come across. Not just in the CBD market but customer service as a whole. I refer any and all of my friends to go to this location so that they can get the chance to be helped and given excellent service. She cares for and believes in the products and it shows.

I went in here to find some joint pain relief. Donald was awesome. He was so nice and listened to exactly what was going on and what I needed. He also was great and suggested some alternatives that might be better. He was so helpful. I will be back again.

Tried several CBD shops in town and this was BY FAR the best place Ive been. Amazing staff who are very knowledgeable with their products. Even though there were other customers and I was having trouble making up my mind, the owner still spent the time informing me on everything I asked. Gave us free samples for our dogs as well.Very veteran friendly and they offer discounts for veterans and first responders. They run different specials like buy 3 get 1 free, free samples of different products, etc. No need to shop anywhere else anymore! I found my place.

This is usually a great place for CBD gummies and other CBD products. Today, they happened to be very low on many products and completely out of the products I usually purchase. Also, the girl working must be new, and needing training. When I asked questions, she did not know the answers, and looked stuff up on her phone. I could have done that. The last time (late summer) I was there, wasnt that great either. Before that, it was my favorite CBD shop in Lubbock.

Friendly owner, great prices, the young girl that works days is always very kind and helpful. She is very knowledgeable of the product and knows her stuff. Got some great products for sale and has some great deals most the time. Will definitely be back.
