We went in for the XROS Pro and they were sold out. They called the other stores and had them set one aside for each of us. GG is the best vape shop in Lubbock!

Employees are very nice and helpful, always a great experience.

The guy who helped us was great what we were looking for they didnt have but said his manager would order it and it would be in about 2 weeks we will be back

My husband and I love green gorilla, we’ve shopped with them for years and were so excited they opened this location closer to our side of town! They’re always attentive and have great customer service!

If you want some rancid juice and bad customer service, this is the place for you. If not, I suggest going anywhere else. Bought some bad juice on Tuesday and called about it. Was told by the girl to bring it in and theyd take care of me. Got there and the manager said it tasted fine to him. Ok well, it doesnt to me. Asked for the girl I spoke to on the phone and she said, Im going to leave it up to him, hes the manager Then why did you tell me on the phone youd take care of it for me? Maybe you need to train your employees not to lie to customers over the phone. Gas is too high to be driving all that way to be stuck with bad juice just because it tastes fine to you 😡

I have never had a bad experience with anything from Green Gorilla been shopping with them for 5 years from University to the new location now …….they are absolutely fantastic ❤️❤️
