DO NOT DO BUSINESS HEREI purchased the wrong product for my girlfriend by accident and never opened the box. The next day I went to exchange or return the item (with receipt) and the rep said management will only return it with 10% back. 10%??? Might as well keep it. What an insult. Will never do business with them again. There are several other places in Lubbock that will give better customer service.

Horrible experience I was sold the wrong product and when I made them aware of there mistake they refused to exchange the product or work with me at all try another store before you come here I used to shop at green gorilla they where always kind and convenient I guess I’ll be going back to them

Wouldn’t refund defective vapes even after opening 5 ijoys and wouldn’t exchange for one for the same price or even lower. Expecting more but I guess this is okay here. We tend to have a bit better customer service in New Mexico

Absolutely thee best smoke shop. Every need met from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. Always stalked and they even have a points system that allows me to get money off . Try it you’ll love it

I usually go here every day but the other day I was leaving and even though it was a cowboy hoodie it was a new one and walking out of the door a piece of the cage they have installed there that wasnt ended correctly snagged my hoodie and ripped a hole in it. Again I know it was a cowboys hoodie but I should be able to go in and out of a door without damaging my clothes.

Absolute trash customer service. Bought 3 vapes - 2 started burning the coil and wouldn’t turn off and the 3rd had already been opened and smoked, it had lipstick on it. The manager offered a 30% discount on the already opened one and wouldn’t help with the other 2, I had purchased just 5 hours prior. I let them keep all 3 so they could re-package them and sell again. Will not be going back to any of their locations.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The girl taking orders outside skipped over my car not once but TWICE intentionally. I come to this location at least once a week and now I will never be going back. If any HH should close, please let it be this one. The people are absolutely horrid.

I bought an elf bar from here and whenever I went to scan the QR code to verify it, it came back invalid whenever I asked them about it they were rude and offered no resolution. Went back after doing more research and asked for a refund quietly in an attempt to be civil and they quickly said they “can’t do anything about it” repeatedly. MAKE SURE TO SCAN THE CODE BEFORE BUYING HERE. THEY ARE 100% SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS HERE!

I come here daily, wide range of selection, and Jania ( Girl with the black hair, and pretty smile ) was the sweetest person I ever met. She helps me everytime I walk in the store and drops whatever she’s doing to help me. Store is also in a great spot too.
