They have a great selection of all kinds of glass. You name it, they probably have it. Personally, have not had a chance to really look at their selection, but I regularly stop by for the incense. Pretty good selection there, too.

Friendly staff, quick service in-store and drive through. Anytime I have questions they are knowledgeable and kind. My daily drink destination! THREE drive thru lanes!Its been a few months since I posted this review so I came to update. This is STILL my daily drink stop! The staff is STILL amazing. They know exactly what I want when I pull up every afternoon. (32oz. Sprite with a double shot of Delta 9) On the weekends I take my son inside to pick out incense and get a cookie while I get my drink and the staff always makes him feel welcome as well.I just cant say enough how much I love this location, the staff, the selection of products and, just every interaction I have, be it inside or the drivethru! They always answer my questions and never make me feel as if Im being spoken down to when I ask a silly question. They can always help me find exactly what Im looking for.

Hate to leave a one star because I come here so often but leaving the store a couple nights ago, wearing a new hoodie even tho its a cowboys one it was new, I walked through the door and the metal cage on the inside snagged the arm and ripped a hole in it. I should be able to walk in and out of a store without ruining a hoodie. Again even tho it was a cowboys hoodie. Other than that I like the store.

Amazing service. Very knowledgeable staff that doesnt mind taking time to answer however many questions you may have. The customer loyalty program really helps save money too! All around awesome place.

Definitely one of the best head shops in Town. Huge selection of smoking accessories and vapes. Reminds me of the Gas pipes that we have through out Texas. Their prices are affordable and best part for you lazy folks is tht they deliver. I need to find out how much you need to spend in order for a delivery. I shop at the one on 19th and Ave V. The employees are pretty cool and are knowledgeable with the products they sale. Every location is different so go check it out. I love the pirate ship they have at the 82nd street location.

Absolutely love the customer service! Employees greeted my husband and I as soon as we walked in and asked if we needed any assistance and were very very helpful! My husband was talking one employees ear off and he was polite enough to listen and carry a conversation with hubby. I also had a conversation with another employee who was very friendly and pleasant to speak with. We will definitely be going back 😊!

Ive been here several times, as I normally go to the one on slide. Everyone is always nice and helpful at both places. However, today I had the guy with dreads (sorry, dont know his name), but he is now my absolute favorite! He was quick, knowledgeable and had a great personality. Very happy with product and service.

In the summer will mark 2 years Ive been shopping this store. Today was the FIRST time I was told about the points and having an account to earn them. TYLER was so nice and picked me the best vape based on my preferences after meeting me just once. This guy definitely needs a raise. Really just wonder why none of the others told me about the points with me being a loyal regular and he told me the first time I was his customer.

Honestly super dissatisfied. I had been going there for a while and service was ok, recently anytime I go through the drive thru or delivery. I’ve been told my certain vape is sold out , and upsold to a bigger one . The bigger one doesn’t always have a seal on the bottom I’ve noticed . Today I went through delivery, at 2:32 I was told they would give it to the night shift , and my vape again was sold out . After waiting 3 hours I cancelled my order and went into the store and not to my surprise the vape size I wanted originally was available. I won’t be back and I will also be letting everyone I know not to go to head hunters .

Very satisfied and thankful for Bryson Flores helping me get my order done. Their products are the real deal and the employees are very sweet. I’ve gotten hooked up multiple times. They won’t leave you empty handed

I usually don’t leave reviews, but Emily, at the 82nd location was just fabulous and on her game. She was extremely personable, which you don’t have that much these days but at Head Hunters everyone is always super awesome.Their stock is also amazing!!!!

Awsome place decent price

First time I went into this location, my vape went out needed a disposable quick very close to my job. Never again ask question no help. He was more interested in his phone. I will stick with my normal place. Very disappointed.

I bought a Blink torch lighter. It worked for 3 days. They offered me 10% a new one. I suspect they work on commission so they get you to buy the most expensive product, that breaks the fastest. Then you can come back and buy a new one

This location on 82nd is the best in all of Lubbock. They’ve got the best range of products and the most awesome staff. Miranda and Alex are super knowledgeable and make the shop the best experience in town! It’s hard not to stop by everyday and go pick up something new to try everyday.

Huge selection, 0 but unfortunately the customer service is terrible. I have had nothing but issues the few times that Ive went.Whats crazy is the issues Ive had are from the products and the manufacturer, I simply just wanted to exchange some products that were malfunctioning and they will not let you do it.You can get almost everything at other stores locally and you will save a lot of money by doing so

Ive had good experiences inside but I do not recommend the drive thru. they were very unhelpful when I went through it.

So much to to see that its an adventure just to walk around the store.The staff was great. They were friendly and ready to help you find what you are looking for. The best part was the staff was knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Ordered a replacement glass for my puff co. $100+ on most sites, if you can find one at all. Im close to the Mich. border in Elkhart Indiana. Ordered late Wed night. Early Sat morning woke to a beautiful surprise! Started the day off alrite alrite. Fit absolutely perfect and looks cooler than the boring clear business attire glass came with Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. I was in drive thru and the guy with dreads took my order. He was rude the entire time I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but he had terrible service. He didn’t want me to bother him and ask him questions about the flavors and when I changed my order he snatched my receipt and brought out the wrong vape twice and walked away murmuring something. I will not be back and I will tell everyone I know to not come back as well.

Terrible customer service. I live right by the place so I have given them more than one chance . Went through the drive thru and was the only car there and took precisely 7 min for someone to come out. There were at least three workers behind the window talking with each other after making eye contact with me. Super rude when they finally came to the car. This has happened three times now. I recommend GREEN GORILLA vape shop. Tons of more flavors and staff is super friendly. They also offer first responder and military discount.

The girl that helped me and my boyfriend yesterday was so rude. She was constantly giving me dirty looks the whole time we were looking around she was wearing a crop top (no bra) with high waisted jeans. He told me she was acting completely different when he went in by him self. I work in customer service and your never supposed to treat any customer differently. It’s sad to see they have people like this working in customer service that act like this. Your job is to help you pay your bills not to find guys.

First time to the store, I purchased a mega puff. Tye vape worked at the store but didnt when I got home. I called to tell them about it. They said there is nothing they can do, so I spent about 40 dollars for nothing. Ill stick with juicy juice, they actually help you out in situations like this.

Honestly wish I could give zero Stars. Purchased something that was pricey on Friday drove home to Midland only to find out it did not work and when I made it back up here after the holiday weekend was told I could not exchange it even though it had only been a few days so I had just wasted my money. Will not be coming back here definitely do not recommend this place.

When I was a MUCH YOUNGER man, there was a place called Buffalo Beanos that I frequented for my smoking specialities. I changed my ways as I grew older of course but THIS PLACE, I sometimes visit for my college kiddos and I gotta say, the more things stay the same, the more things change for the better, as it were. From the outstanding knowledgeable service the young ladies (and gents I think)provide to the way the store is laid out everything is just OUTSTANDING! Cannot come up with enough adjectives to describe how wonderful EVERYTHING WAS! It really is great to know that Lubbock has a business like this(they have several locations as well) and that is not just your run of the mill dirty, shady smoke place. Its clean and respectable and Ive gone on waaaaay too long. Just a great experience is all!

The first time I went the lady helped me find the right kratom also gave me a 15% discount. I couldn’t remember why. But this time I went and was wanting to try a different kratom and the lady that was there today seemed to not know anything. She honestly seemed out of it. So I just left. They lost out on someone spending nearly 200$

Very nice staff members but I dont really like the drive thru, one of the guys that took my order didnt even look for what I was ordering he just assumed they were out of it, I had to actually go in the store and get it from someone else

Need to have a better system set up to inform your customers if youre not able to make a delivery and not just tell your customer call tomorrow for a refund

I love the Delta 8 flower edibles and pre-roll joints that I get here. Living home from a state where marijuana is legal having access to Delta 8 is pretty powerful. This place is amazing.

Bought a vape and was lied to about how universal the device was. Also vape broke within 2 hours, stuck on on, factory reject. Brought it back to the store and was told to buy a new one. Website says returns for faulty devices allowed within 48 hours, but that was a lie!!!

Good place but kept giving me the run around... they sold me vape and didnt tell me that the vapor supply had a shortage.... not cool* but i probably will come back.. maybe..

Went threw the drive threw on July 14 2021purchased one pack of cigarettes got home looked at my bank and there was a double charge on my account went back in to get it fixed the girl behind the counter called a manager the manager was supposed to call me today and get it fixed haven’t heard anything keep an eye on your bank accounts
