I placed a late order and Jake went above and beyond in order to get my products to me that same evening! He was also so professional and kind, I did not believe people like him still existed and he showed me today that there are still kind and helpful people out there! Jake you absolutely rock! First customer service was unprofessional asked me for matching id for a credit card I think they where trying to steal my card and personal information. what a joke. got to green gorilla and was met with friendly staff and employees who know how to handle customer service head hunters lost a longtime customer

Jacob was an amazing person and delivered what I needed it did take him some time but he was very professional and took care of my vapes not working and brought ones that worked

I am overall not impressed with the service received at most locations here. Whether the line is 1 car or 30 cars it seems like your there forever. Aside from 34th Akron and most of time 29th slide, they all seem to be sluggish and just not real helpful. Maybe it is because the huge inventory and when its only drive thru that really slows it down. Great selection over all. Hit or miss as far as service.

Head hunters team addressed my issue promptly and they gave me a brand new device Nord 5 in replacement of their device which stopped working during warranty period. I appreciate gesture of quality customer service.

Everyone here is pretty friendly, but I have to make note of a gentleman who spent about 30 minutes, if not more, helping me decide on a vape to purchase. He was very upfront and helpful as to which ones would be the best as far as experience and cost in the long run. I just knew he was going to get tired of all my questions, but he never did. He answered them all and I left there with a great new vape thanks to his informative opinions and the facts. I wish I had caught his name, but I didnt. He was great. This has been my favorite smoke shop for quite a while now. Thank you, Headhunters!edit: went in two days ago and was waited on by a very rude young lady when I asked if I could exchange the just purchased, unused, not even taken out of the store yet product I had just paid for minutes earlier for another product of the exact same kind because I didnt like the fact that it appeared used upon closer inspection. I was asked can I ask why more than one time. Like I was trying to pull something over on her and not the customer she just waited on. Thats the first experience Ive had there like that in the years Ive been trading there so your odds of engaging with a friendly employee are still high. Hopefully you wont encounter the same attitude I did.Edit: the couple of people I came across that were rude didnt last long so the store is back to having totally awesome employees again. Every. P is the sweetest thing. Always so attentive and helpful. Says hi with a big smile right when we walk in the door. You would never know she’s at work because she genuinely seems like she’s happy to be there. She goes above and beyond. Answers all 100 of my questions perfectly. I love that they get to wear their own clothes instead of a uniform because it’s fun to see all the different outfit she wears. She’s a fashion icon with the sweetest vibe. I am always so happy when I walk in to shop and p is there!

I needed a delivery and Micheal brought me one. Unfortunately I only had cash app and was short a dollar in cash. After running around my shop asking my coworkers for some change lol Micheal just covered it. Never expected that. Great delivery service 👏

I have been going to this headhunters for about a year now. I love every minute of it. Its my favorite headhunters in Lubbock by far. Today I was helped by a gentleman named CJ and that was the most informational, outgoing help Ive received since Ive been there. CJ is the salesman that I will go to from this point on. He is absolutely amazing!

Solid selection and quality service at every location Ive visited.

The manager that was on shift, younger gentleman, curly hair. Rude lol, asked me if I had a phone to look up another location, wasn’t even trying to help me. Super rude, I’m new here so I just wanted some help on finding another location. Fix your attitude man!

Ive only done my business through their website and Ive been extremely happy with their service! My orders have always been delivered in a timely manner. On my last order, I ordered 3 120ml bottles. When I received the package, they noted they were out of stock, only had one 120ml bottle, so they shipped the one 120ml bottle and three 100ml bottles for other two they didnt have. Thats GREAT customer service right there. They have my loyalty as a customer.

Went in only to walk out, I go in and employees are talking and I would expect to be welcomed or something, no I was just waiting there for minutes straight and as I’m leaving the employees go “have you guys been helped ?” While the only employees there are those 2 (a white blonde with a pink sweater), and a black skinny guy

Staff was welcoming and kind.helpful when deciding my 1st cbd concentrate (dab) flavor .went with the pineapple express 450mg (sativa)and a dash of the cbd crystalline 1000mg. The effects were immediate and was smooth using their clean rig and enail setup . well worth the 5$ forsure. Probably will pick up a cartridge in the near future.I definitely suggest trying the concentrates if you havent already. 👍

Update: Noah has been there almost every time I’ve gone in and is so helpful and friendly toward me every time I see him. He’s a magnificent employee, very knowledgeable of all products, and is honestly just a seemingly good guy. 10/10 love shopping at Head Hunters & seeing Noah every time I go!I am new to shopping at Head Hunter’s & P was so helpful & friendly during my experience there that it has now become my go to shop for all my needs!

Horrible management. 7/3/23 6:20pm. So yall just sell broken vapes? Had a vape quit working with 100% juice within 24 hrs of purchase. Had proof of purchase. Was told I could only buy another possibly defective vape at a discounted price but couldnt get a replacement? No willingness to resolve the situation. Pulled all my points, Ill be taking my business elsewhereEdited to reply to owner: lack of experience in management. As a loyal customer with hundreds of points I dont agree with the way the interaction was handled. Nor the policy of blame the user, no matter how shady the characters that location may deal with.

Headhunters has really gone down hill. from bad customer service, to bad quality products and now this company, with what they told me, lead time to believe I had a job with them but never contacted me back after my interview.

I fist of all want to say that the products headhunters have are amazing but in saying that I ordered somthing from them before Christmas, it was ment to be a gift to a friend. Once I ordered it I waited around 2-3 weeks before hearing anything about my order so I had to actually go onto the site and message them about it, they said they will prosses it now its jusy they were busy because of Christmas witch you know is fine I understood, so I got a email saying it was processed so I was happy, I then waited till the new year before I hurd anything about it again so I went back on to message them, I asked what was going on with my order and why it wasnt shipped yet, they said they would go look for my order without even asking me the tracking number or any of my details then proceeded to send me a message saying, I have refunded your order because I couldnt find it in with the other orders, I processed to tell them I didnt want a refund I just wanted my order, but instead he said its too late hes sent the refund when they never asked for the order number my name or anything.. I had been waiting for it for about 2 months. So when I say Im not happy I mean I am not Happy!

Its a large store with lots of selection. The staff is always friendly and helpful even if they are half dressed. 🙄 I dont know what it is about girls nowadays going to work like strippers lol. I mean, its EVERY store too so maybe its required.

They sell FAKE, non-tempered glass that can’t withstand heat because they buy from AliBaba and Chinese suppliers so they can overcharge you for something they only paid scraps for.

No one offered to help me when I walked in. I didn’t realize one of the males working was even an employee since he ignored me when I walked in and out. No one asked to see my ID either, I had to wonder around to find someone to help me and ended up leaving to green gorilla. Super bad experience especially when you come in ready to spend money.

This shop has a huge selection to look through, absolutely fun having a walk around. No ID needed to enter, only to buy. The employees are quirky and cool, as they should be! One even had a D.A.R.E. hat on haha! Needless to say, this place will be my regular place to visit.

Big selection of china glass, tiny section of local/headies.Workers are never knowledgeable.8+ months ago the girl helping me got confused between a bowl and a banger.today, a different girl didnt know they had the item I was looking for until I saw it and walked over to the case.Prices are also not competitive at all. Never come here unless youre desperate.

Went in for the first time met Breana she had tons of knowledge on all of the products I asked about and more on things I knew nothing of, deff going back liked the atmosphere! And the girl who helped her wrap my things was really nice too.

So I purchase a Lost Vape Grus. I received the wrong one from what I order and then it says there is a battery adapter that comes with it so I didn’t buy a battery cause I have some that would fit with the adapter. I go through the whole box and no adapter is found. I messaged them to see what happened and they came off like i was lying about it and told me it was a sealed package. Which is was not sealed. They were no help and didn’t seem to want to help either. I still haven’t been able to enjoy this vape cause I have to order the battery cause my local vape shops do not carry them. I will not be ordering from here again and every time I see an ad for this on any media I will be sharing my experience.

Came in right before close expecting to annoying the people working but when I asked one of them a question the girl (can’t remember the name but she was super cute with a Rick and Morty shirt, alisa maybe..) was more then helpful with not my question but a lot of other stuff. Ended up selling me more then what I came in for but it was all needed!! Thanks for maintaining a happy and helpful staff, head hunters!!

Very helpful employees. Got a five day cleanser that they guaranteed would work, but it did not. Came back and told them of the dilemma, then they recommend me a detox bottle and gave me a discount. Worked 1 hour later.

So seriously I never go into head shops, I dont smoke, dont vape. Just dont have a need...until I did. I needed a scale to measure ingredients and they had a huge selection. Right I know it makes total sense. But I can tell you what suprise me was how nice this place was. The employees were also super helpful. I cant really talk to much about anything else but I know I found what I needed and it seemed to be priced very favorably.

The shop is really well organized and decorated. The shop keeper is also very helpful. I got a vape juice, it was cheap. I also looked at other items, different sort of cigars, vape items, tobacco related items were available. They deserve a five star!

Chose an item with $14.99 price tag. Between the display case and the register the employee called, “Matt” stuck a $19.99 price tag on the other side of the item. He checked us out but before we got one last look at it, he had it rolled like a burrito in a big piece of foam. 🤬 You could have just asked for $5! We will not be returning to this location! Other than that guy we love Head Hunters!

They have EVERYTHING.Sexy yet courteous 5 11 Amazon looking girls make it easy to find what you want/need. Their prices may not appeal to misers but their products are well worth every cent as some of it actually comes straight from China & no other smoke shops here in town even have those products- nor similar ones. Too much to describe- just go on in & see for yourself.

This place was always really cool! It had so much to offer and each store is different than the other. The employees are always nice and very patient. If I was looking for any glass I would personally search for something in my budget or price range. If I needed any help there was always someone guiding me. They have so much to offer such as vapes, waterpipes, a whole wall of cigarillos, and multiple choices of cigarettes. It really is a one stop shop for all your smoke shop needs. Not to mention, they are known for having some of the prettiest women working drive thurs!

Bought a tour house from them for 10$. Didn’t work called them to get a new one. They could only offer me one at 10% discount. After the original one they gave me was faulty

This place is huge and a little overwhelming! Staff was welcoming but then they ran around helping other customers. I get it! Prices are a little high for my taste. But they do have everything!

It can be overwhelming when you first walk in but trust in the employees and they will make sure your trip was successful. Quick, easy and reliable customer service is guaranteed.

I wish I could give this place zero stars its so bad. The employees know nothing about the products that their stores sell. You cant ask any questions because if you have a basic knowledge of glass you already know more than them. Please stay away from this poorly run place, and buy your lead painted china glass on dhGate or from someone else who doesnt mark it up 1000%. They are more concerned about their phones rather than even batting an eye at a customer. Also, your experience wont be complete until one of the employees blows a nice vape cloud into your face at the counter.

We have bought 3 vape pens from here that turned out defective. They do not exchange, replace or refund you at their stores. You need to do a lot of work to figure out warranty exchanges. Very very expensive store.

Edit: The headhunters on 19th street. You know, the one I left a review for.The employees dont know a thing about what theyre selling. Walk up and ask them for something simple, like a glass banger, theyll start picking random things up and asking this? this one? is it this one??.They all stay by the cash register and play on there phones. Which is stupid because the rolling papers and wraps are at another counter across the room, youll have to wait for someone to not be busy on their phone to serve you. Or smoke their drippers and blow their fruity vapor in your face. That really pissed me off but I had already paid so I couldnt just walk out.This place marks stuff up so much its ridiculous. And they sell crooked quartz bangers. Im pissed off I wasted my money here. Dont bother.
