Im sorry but due to recent events I must change my review I know first hand all the work Kelvin put into the shop even on his free time and I seen it when Temps where below 30 degrees inside roads freezing he showed up and the fact you all based your decisions off text is not credible at all and opening pandoras box for future events if indeed that was the case testing should have been provided secondly its not ok that the company knows he was set up and allowed personal property to be damaged to destroy evidence he did file a police report and will be pursuing charges the sad part is the company is ok with it

I had an amazing experience at Vapor Maven today. My husband and I stopped on our way through to Killeen and we experienced some of the best customer service we have ever had. Both of the gentlemen working were very personable, friendly and honest about all of the products and were super easy to get along with. The prices were the best I have ever seen as well. I walked out with 5 disposables and 3 scent hangers for my truck for less than $55. I called three other vape shops before we called Vapor Maven and all of the other shops left a lot to be desired. I’m so glad we chose this shop and if we were staying in Lubbock we would be permanent customers. Oh, the selection of disposables is huge as well!

Kelvin assisted me every time I came in and was very knowledgeable about the products and made sure I got what I came in for. Very friendly and aside from the product he was a good guy with a comfortable personality that let me to keep coming back while I was in Lubbock coming from Dallas

Theres this girl working there now thats really rude. I walk in and feel like Im bugging her. Shes definitely not a people person. Ill only buy from Kelvin. Hes a good dude.

Every time I go to this store I have little to no problems finding exactly what I need. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

Kelvin took the time to show me products and explain the benefits. This man knows his product and how to make a customer feel welcome.

Recently went into this vapor shop had an issue with one of my devices and they got it taken care of for me, lots of options very knowledgeable guys highly recommend this store for any vapor or more needs
