Kathleen O’Reilly is the only PT you need! I went to a highly recommended PT that my insurance covered…after 6 visits and considerable money out of my pocket, I had little relief! One visit with Kathleen significantly increased my range of motion! She also has done wonders on an old back injury that so thought I would never find relief for!

Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Gen is so caring and thoughtful; she truly understands how personal skin care is and takes the time to figure out what you need. She truly cares about your well-being and it shows in every aspect of care provided. I had my first appointment with Kathleen, yesterday. I am 28 weeks pregnant and was dealing with an increase in back pain, as the weeks go on, along with acid reflux and heartburn becoming severe in the last week. Kathleen did some myofascial release techniques yesterday, and my back definitely feels better than it did before. It’s also the best my acid reflux / heartburn has been in days both yesterday after the session, and still feeling great, today. I am honestly shocked and really excited for this result with those digestive issues, since they were creating a lot of pain. Looking forward to my next visit.

I came in for a prenatal massage for my very first time ever out of all my other 4 pregnancies , complaining of round ligament pain for quite a while now , never did I knew there was a solution for getting that healed, but let me tell you after 75 minutes of an amazing , phenomenal massage the very minute I stood up from that massage bed I felt a complete relief, stress free, and so light lifted , I came in walking like a penguin side to side and came out feeling so new again ! . I recommend this place 100% and will definitely be coming back to check out more of their services!

If youre an athlete or have a pretty intense/consistent approach to physical activity, you need to meet with Hannah. Ive recently met with and received a massage from her and I cannot tell you how impactful it has been to my physical well being. My range of motion and the general fluidity I feel within my bodys movement is markedly improved. Besides being incredibly skilled at her trade, shes the most kind person youll ever meet. Ive already set up follow up appointments! If you want your body to be in its best condition, Id recommend you to Hannah asap :)

I got a prenatal massage from Hannah and it was THE best massage Ive ever had, prenatal or otherwise. At six months, Ive had lower back pain pretty much this whole pregnancy, and although Ive tried prenatal massages at other places, nothing quite alleviated it. This place is AMAZING for pregnant and postpartum mamas! I had such bad round ligament pain starting in my second trimester that I could barely walk. I did yoga, a chiropractor, wore a support belt, everything. Nothing helped. Then I went in for a prenatal massage with Hannah as a last resort. Yall, I walked out of there feeling like a whole new person. AND, when my daughter came early, they honored the rest of my massages and turned them from prenatal massages into extra postpartum massages, which, trust me, youre going to want. Nicole is also a great massage therapist and great to talk to about any problems youre having before or after birth.I seriously cant say how much I love this place. Next time Im pregnant, one of the first things Ill do is go buy a massage package!

Nicole is an amazing healer! When I first came to Nicole I was having pretty severe pain in the tendons in my hips. I also had pain between my shoulder blades and in my neck. I couldnt sleep on my right side at night without shooting pain on the right side of my head. I bought a 3 visit package right after my very first massage because I was so impressed with Nicoles unique expertise and how much better I felt. I am now looking forward to my 4th massage next month. I am almost pain free in all the areas that once caused so much pain. I can sleep on my right side again without any headaches. Nicoles training and education is quite impressive, although what really makes her different is her innate gift of healing!!

The couples massage was perfect! Nicole was very gracious to help me surprise my girlfriend for her birthday with a couples massage. The room was tranquil, the wine was great, and Al and Cy gave great massages. Please do not be distraught by some initial construction going on nearby prior to entering the studio. In terms of the experience, they gave us plenty of time after the massage to enjoy our wine, cupcakes, and relaxation. My girlfriend loved Cys technique and aromatherapy incorporated in the massage. I have been going to A Healers Hand since I was pregnant with my first baby almost 5 years ago. It is hands down the best massage I’ve found anywhere and if you are pregnant helps so much with headaches, back and hip pain and just general well being. Since opening back up with COVID I’ve felt very comfortable going in, it’s a small one on one experience and I know they are taking all necessary precautions to prevent the spread.

Genevieve has been the most supportive and understanding person I have ever worked with to treat my issues with acne. I always feel better after seeing her and trust her opinion on how to help my skin look better.

I was referred to The Nest to have Physical Therapy work done on my lower back. I have always had lower back pain from golfing injuries and it has given me troubles through the years. Working with Colleen she has helped tremendously, this PT is different than any other PT I have done in the past where it incorporates massage and stretching to the areas that feel strained.
