I walked into the Madison Ms at 9 AM and was greeted by Laura, I believe her name tag said General Manager she was friendly and engaging answering all my questions and having conversation, made the start to a great morning, Nena did my massage she answered the question I had and proceeded to implement that into a great massage. I felt very comfortable at the Madison location.

LaToya did my 60 minute message and was truly WONDERFUL!! My sciatica was flared up and she got me back to work!! I can not say enough good things about this woman!!

Haley at the Madison, MS, Massage Envy gave me an amazing facial! It was wonderful. And she listened to me when I talked about my skin and concerns. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Great experience.

I have been seeing Lucky here for many years to keep my skin healthy and with a glow from the peels and facial treatments. She is very knowledgeable and has become a friend through the years of being her client! I love her and am thankful for her skills!🙌🏻

Be careful using a gift card here. I had a gift card from my kids a few yrs ago. They live in Madison, but I live a couple hrs away, so I only get to town occasionally for a day. I used my gift card and still had $40 on it. However, months later when I tried to use it again I was told the $40 was taken off for a missed appointment a few days after my original appointment. I would not have been in town and therefore would never have made another appointment so soon, especially not for another massage. The manager at the time looked into it and said he figured it out and credited it back to my account, but when I called again for an appointment, he was no longer there and the credit was not there. Ive tried over a course of a couple yrs trying to get this corrected when I was in town, but it never has been and there arent even any notes in my account now showing that Ive even spoken to anyone about this when there were extensive calls and the new manager told me she was making calls and checking on it. That was last yr that I spoke with her, so I guess that is just a lesson learned...go elsewhere.

It was ok, had an appointment at 10 for 60 minutes but wasnt taken to the back until 1016 because she said she was running late, then was finished at 1053. On top of that they missed massaging some of my body.

Brought my husband in for his first massage and he and I so enjoyed our couples massage! My therapist did a fantastic job at working the kinks out around my shoulder blades. She even braided my hair into three braids to keep it out of the way and though it was unexpected, I actually liked it. Felt soothing and nurturing. She was professional and the place is impeccably decorated and so clean. Check in and payment process was easy. Ill be back for sure.

Love my massage location. They always try their best to accommodate me. Im put on a list when they do not have the time Im looking for. Im called when someone cancels. They are very attentive to my needs. They keep in mind my desires pressure when scheduling me. I get monthly calls from my esthetician to see if Ill be needing any facials or peels. I love this location.

I picked Terance to do my massage because of a recent review on here I had read BUT it was not what I was expecting. Terance was tall, dark and handsome but ROUGH. My appointment was at 9am and I had to be at work by 1pm. By 1pm I was walking into work limping. My whole left hip was out from his massage and I’m only 29. It took about 4 days for the pain to leave. :/ Never again.

Love this location. Ive been going there for almost a year now and they never disappoint and their customer service is wonderful! The therapists are so top notch too. I always know when I go here that I will be taken care of no matter what! Love massage envy in Madison!

Facial with Lucky Sethi was incredible! Ms. Lucky has a true passion for her work and it shows through her attention to detail and concern for the skincare needs of her clients. I felt amazing after my appointment and three days later, my skin has never looked more radiant!

Worst Customer Experience possible. Store is open.. 2:30 pm. Sunday. Store hours are until 6pm. I’m told they are closing early for weather and can’t allow me to purchase a gift card? Laziness to all extent.

Do not I repeat do not give this place you info for a membership they will continue to charge you after you cancel/pulse your membership this is stealing horrible, and first thing out of Shannon mouth is I don’t know how this happened, o can see once but twice that doesn’t makes sense.

The experience was great. Jamie work was very graceful and I felt no pain.

Worst massage ever. I left feeling worse than when I came. Her hands were way too soft and I told her that she could apply pressure. She worked up a cramp in my hamstring but didn’t work it out so my leg has a soreness now. It was a complete waste of money.

Terrance and Ashley did my husbands and I couple messages. Highly recommend them they were great. We truly enjoyed!

I was very excited to have facial and massage with massage envy for me and my friend and i made an appointment 5days before the day we wanted to come in,confirmed it one day before .BUT they called my on the same day few hrs before our appointment and said they cant do us the facial so i had to cancell the whole thing i was really angry and disappointed !!.
