Great experience today with practitioner named Keith. Very sensitive to my needs, pressure variations great, just fine, fine work.

Finding a great massage therapist is essential and I found that there are several that are a great fit for my needs.

Ive been a subscribing member for over 5 years. Have had some really good therapists I liked a lot that, understandably, moved on. Just went recently to Krista at the East location for the first time and she was fabulous. Asked all the right questions before we began and massaged to address my exact issues. Shes my new favorite!

She recommended I try the stretching technique and I booked an appointment with Margo for 30 minutes to see if I like it. Excellent service!!!!! Too bad She is so booked up. Front desk staff so helpful and efficient. Nicole is amazing, personable, professional and her massages are amazing. She always asks for any concerns I have but she always finds and addresses all the areas that need it. At the end of my massage I am floating and so relaxed.

Excellent service and a great massage!

I have been using this massage envy location off and on for several years. Previous visits and interactions have been lackluster. In fact, at one point, I put my membership on hold for over a year because I was unimpressed with the overall customer service.However, over the last year, things have changed quite a bit. From the moment I walk in the door, I feel like a valued client. The front desk folks are always smiling and extremely helpful. Several of them even greet me by name. My massage therapist Sheena is amazing! With her deep tissue techniques, my chronic headaches have become a thing of the past. The communication has improved significantly from this location too. I actually look forward to my sessions and wish that you guys could clone Sheena so we could have more appointments ❤️.

I have been to many massage clinics over the past 10 years. I have seen Keith at Massage Envy twice now. He is so professional and an amazing masseuse. I have also seen a few other therapists there and they have all been great too. I never care who I see because they are all great. I have a package through ME and am so glad I did purchase that! The only problem is that it’s hard to get in because they are so busy!

This is the place that helps me continue to live my life despite a very painful condition. Michelle W or Ariel are my absolute go to. They are professional, provide excellent care and are very kind.You really can’t go wrong with any of their providers!The prices keep going up and the skin care line they sell is outrageously priced, but this is a luxury so I suppose I can’t complain.

Kim is a great massage therapist and has measurably improved my life now that I get regular massages. She understands where my tension sits and really helps release it. Plus shes just fun to talk to. I also really appreciate the COVID safety precautions observed at this location.

Sara at the front desk has literally changed my life. I used to go to another location for many years. I changed jobs so changed locations. She is the first person who has actually listened to what I need in a massage therapist. More people like her need to be at the front desk, she truly cares about the clients and their needs. Due to her recommendations I now have two amazing therapists Michelle and Sheena. 100% has changed my life for the better.

Ive been a member with ME for a few years now, been coming to this location specifically for about a year. Every person I interact with here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience!Shoutout to Michelle W, my last massage with her was FANTASTIC! Her style is very relaxing while still being able to work out all my problem areas effectively. 🙂

Michelle provided a wonderful experience. Professional, friendly and able to really work out some tension in my back. Her firm pressure was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be booking another session.

I loved Ariel and appreciated her services, however I was a little confused on the timing of the massage. The receptionist had said 5 minutes of undressing and 5 minutes of dressing and 50 minutes hands on. I must say I have not had a massage where this time was accounted for within the 60 minute massage? This is something that should be advertised within your pamphlet, so people are aware what they are paying for. Thank you.

Didn’t like the fact that I signed up for a hour couples massage and found out they put us down for an hour and half, when asked to switch to an hour they wouldn’t unless we rescheduled. It was an extra 60 bucks. Felt like a poor bait and switch. The massages were amazing though

Typically I love massage and the relaxation they bring. I was called in about 10-15min after my appt start time. My therapist, Kim, was friendly but proceeded to talk during the entire massage. I also had to choose between upper and lower body since there was apparently not enough time to do the full body massage that I booked since I was called in later. The massage itself was fine just odd being spoken too the entire time making it difficult to relax. I also was charged the full price even though I got half the massage and less time. Not a great first impression. I only booked with them because my husband gave me a gift card for Valentines Day.

This was my first time at Massage Envy. Rachels massage was good, perhaps could be more personally directed. Some really nice work on my head! The music system wasnt working, so I missed that soothing part of the experience. And there were too many delays in getting started, so I was late for a meeting afterwards.

The massage was great! Unfortunately between the day I booked the appointment and was quoted one price and FOUR days later when I went in for the appointment the price for services changed significantly. I was not notified. I asked for them to honor the quoted price which they denied and the whole experience was ruined because I left feeling taken advantage of and frustrated. This bait and switch prices within the same week is poor business practice.

I have had a membership to Massage Envy for the past seven years and I have never had a bad experience. The front desk staff is helpful, courteous and accommodating. The massage therapists are professional, attentive to my needs and provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience.

I really enjoy being treated by Kim! She has great pressure while also helping me feel relaxed and rejuvenated when I leave.

Simply amazing service I have been holding off on giving a review of Krista. Had an amazing experience with Sheena!!! She was super professional and walked me through the whole process and was really good at communicating to make the experience very personalized. Definitely feels very individualized and not like a cookie cutter experience!!! Definitely will be becoming a regular!!!

Kathryn also known as Kathy, is such an amazing masseuse, she listens to your needs & delivers. I have been with massage envy over a year & when I found Kathy I have stayed with her because she truly gives a great massage!

I have been getting massages for the past 30 years,. For the last two years or so, Ive been going to Massage Envy. I have found the quality of their massages to be excellent. They have enough masseurs that you can choose based on the specific type of massage you like. The facility is newer and very clean and calming. The front desk staff are very helpful, and can usually find me an appointment within my desired time window. I am on the monthly program so the costs are very competitive as well. All around, Massage Envy provides a first-rate experience.

The therapists are great and the receptionist staff are nice. However, currently I am very disappointed that it is essentially impossible to get a massage here right now. We are paying for a monthly membership to receive, at least, a monthly massage. I tried to book a massage and the first appointment isnt until December 11th. But wait! But I can sign up for the cancellation list! Great - I get to wait around and wait for a massage opening on a Tuesday at 10:30 AM. Caveat - if I dont claim it within 1 minute, it will be snatched up anyway.I understand that there was probably a huge influx after COVID restrictions lifted, but it has been months now. I would love to see management make some sort of visible step to help correct this. Lately, Ive been driving to locations hours away instead of trying to book here.

Everyone is always professional and kind when I get my massage! Sheena is the best massage therapist I have ever met in my massage experiences! She knows exactly what I need she knows my “knot” spots and I always leave feeling relaxed and happy!

Kieth gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He concentrated on the areas I specified and pressure was always perfect! His technique is skilled, relaxing, and beneficial! Highly highly recommend going to see him!!

I have been going to Massage Envy for 8+ years and Krista is my therapist. She is wonderful with an excellent massage technique! The relief i get from the stress, aches and pains from work and just everyday life is invaluable to me.

I had my first ever massage here a few days ago after receiving a gift card. Upon walking in, the ladies at the counter were very friendly and helped me check in. They offered me a choice of tea or water. The massage itself was also great. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole massage. Though my massage therapist talked the entire 90 minutes, about stressful things. Both her and the front desk worker continuously tried selling a membership to me. It was a bit forced and obnoxious after a while. Overall it was a pleasant enough experience, but Im not sure Ill choose Massage Envy for my next massage.

I received a gift card from my company for administrative professionals day in order to get a massage from massage envy. Wonderful and generous gift. I called and made an appointment, and was asked to give a credit card to have on file to reserve the appointment. I went to the appointment, informed the receptionist that I had a gift card, gave her the gift card, and enjoyed a wonderful massage. After the massage she gave me back my gift card and informed me that she had deducted 90$ from the balance. However, I now discover that my credit card has ALSO been charged 90$.

Ariel is my favorite. Been going to her for awhile now. Best masseuse I’ve ever had. You know she’s great cuz she’s hard to get in with but so worth the wait.

Customer service was absolutely wonderful. Id definitely give most of the employees there a five star review for that. However, if were taking about massage, definitely not worth it. The introductory rate of $50/each for an hour massage was not worth what we each received. My therapist-although quite friendly and professional-seemed to rush through the whole thing, using an extremely light touch, not once asking if the pressure was okay (I had to ask for more multiple times before just giving up). My husband didnt even receive the full body massage he asked for, just back, neck and shoulders. Due to his job hes usually in a fair amount of physical discomfort daily. After we left and the couple of days following the visit he was in more pain than when he went in! Would definitely not recommend if youre wanting a good quality massage!

Kim did a wonderful job with my massage! I especially liked that she communicated throughout the appointment. She has a lot of positive energy and enjoys what she does.

Annessa was professional and communicated so well. She had great medium pressure, but bumped it up when working out knots and areas of tight muscles. I will definitely see her again.

The people at Massage Envy East are always willing to work with you, even if you have a very challenging schedule. The texts about open appointment slots are a great way to communicate.

Rachel for massages, Sally or Michelle for facials -- you cant go wrong. They are all EXCELLENT! The facials are every bit as good -- if not better -- than ones I have had at a much higher price point.

Rachel T was really good at listening to what I wanted in a massage (face up/face down, parts of the body, pressure) and she took cues on when I wanted to chat and when I wanted to chill and enjoy. Would definitely see her again.

Sheena did a terrific job! She had endurance to keep up the pressure through the whole 80 minutes. Her strength was awesome!

Massage Envy is a glorified scam. They have high prices for 60 minute and 90 minute massages. They dont mention that 10 minutes of your massage time is towards a consult with your therapist; which I have never heard of before and I have had many massages at different places. I got a $100 gift card with 2 free enhancements. I booked a 90 minute massage with a hand and foot enhancement (usually $10 a piece for 10 minutes). A 90 minute massage cost $135.00. The enhancements are not extra time, they are added during your massage session. What I actually got was an 80 minute massage, a 5 minute consultation, and a quick hand and foot scrub with sugar during the 80 minutes. Dont waste your money and go anywhere else because any other place you actually pay for the amount of time your massage truly is.

My experience was wonderful every time I’ve been to Massage Envy East, Madison, WI. Sara, Auttum and Shauniquah, are very helpful and do there best to make sure the customers are happy with the service.

Michelle was very professional and her gentle facial technique felt wonderful. My face looks radiant and is very soft and moisturized.

I booked a 60 min massage and it’s always cut 15+ minutes short. The first time it happened it was cut 17 mins short and I thought maybe they were just having a bad or something was off. I went in today and it was cut 18 mins short this time. I know they have to allow people to do the consultation, but on the website it says 10 mins. I don’t understand why they’re cutting my massage shorter than listed I think I tip decent. I leave anywhere from $20-$25 so I thought they would be a little more respectful of the time.

Impossible to get a massage because they do not have enough therapists. Schedules are booked months out and if you miss the release you are SOL h less you miraculously get a cancellation spot.

First time going here and the staff was super friendly. My massage was great! I work about 100 hrs a week and when I was finally down on that massage table my whole body was at ease! Will go again!

Not flexible with memberships at all. They make give away a massage extremely difficult and charge you additional fees for no reason reason other than that they already have your money.

Service is hit or miss here. Therapists seem overworked and robotic in their massages. Needs some serious updating. Compared to locations in other states I have been too, this one just doesnt make the grade.
