Yuan Foot and Body Spa

Yuan has been working out the knots and bumps for me for a few years now. After trying a number of providers I can safely say they are the best in town. Well worth a trip to the west side.The therapists here are friendly and kind, I love my weekly massage routine.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. I do not leave reviews but this one left me with no choice. Reasons why you shouldn’t go here:1. The therapist had another woman inside the massage room throughout the massage and she was constantly talking to her, they were laughing and giggling and what not. I WAS NOT TOLD OR ASKED IF THEY CAN ALLOW ANOTHER PERSON IN THE MASSAGE ROOM, I ONLY FOUND OUT WHEN I HEARD THEM TALKING.2. They never want to say no to MONEY so if you walk in asking for a massage they will tell you a very very short wait time to make you avail their services. During my massage a new customer walked in and they rushed through my massage and finished it way before time so that they dont lose the other customer. RIDICULOUS!3. When it was time to pay I told the man that I was not happy with the service and he looked at me as if I had asked him for his kidney. I told him I am going to pay but am giving you feedback. The moment he found out I am paying he was fine and didnt care about me telling him I am not satisfied with the service.4. This one might not be a big deal for everyone but they hardly speak or understand English so if you want to give them very specific instructions its almost impossible to communicate that.

I would not recommend this place unless you’re a fan of pain. I got the back and foot massage package thinking it was going to be relaxing and instead I was in for a world of hurt. Too much pressure which made me feel like I was fighting for my life. I wish I was exaggerating but I’m not. They also used their fingernails to massage my feet. Like what? You’re better off spending $150 at a high end massage place for a better experience than here. Never coming back here again. All the good reviews must be a scam.

So glad my sister & niece introduced me to this place! I see Jack for chair and/or foot massages almost weekly! The chair massages helps with stress & the foot massages help me to recover from tennis drills! Service is great!! 5 stars!!

I love getting massages, but they are always so expensive!! I tried this place today, and I was totally surprised and happy. For $100, I received a 90-minute massage (30-minute foot, and 60-minute body). It was clean, and they were very professional. The positive reviews on google gave me the confidence to give this place a try, so I thought I would share my experience as well. I will come here regularly now, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to treat themselves with some self-care! :)

Amazing!! I am so happy I found this place. Best massages in the greater Madison area and very fair pricing. Reflexology is outstanding and they clearly know what they are doing. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Great deep tissue therapeutic massage! Really relieved a lot of my pain, and the price is amazing for the treatment. The employees are so sweet and kind. They don’t speak much English, so if you have complicated instructions or issues and don’t speak Mandarin, it might not be for you. However, they asked if the pressure felt ok and we communicated just fine. I’m so glad I found this place!

I have reviewed this foot massage salon before but today I got THE BEST foot massage EVER from Ann!!

I went here for the first time today after being turned down by four other places because they dont have any last minute openings which I understand. But I have had a migraine all day and then I remembered seeing this place one time and I was like hey, Ill give it a try. I will literally tell everyone I know about it that is how much I loved my massage today. It is $70 for a combo massage- 30 minutes on your feet and legs and 30 minutes on your back. Thats cheaper than pretty much anywhere in Madison and I am SO HAPPY I came here!

I am a regular for almost 10 years and always had the best service. HOWEVER yesterday I was not happy with everything. First I called Thursday night and said have gift cert for 1 hour massage. The man I was talking to didnt understand English very good at all and I asked for Tang or Ame. Yesterday I got to Madison early and called just to see if I could get in early like 2 instead of 3. No sorry he said ok thats fine I will be there at 3. I go to Mall and recieved a call from same guy that you come at 2:30 that ok? I said yes and went. I get there 10 mins early and lady ask me if I had apt, yes he called told me to come at 2:30. She started arguing with him and told me 1/2 hour I told her NO 1 hour showed her my gift cert. Her response to the gift cert was a disappointment facial expression like as if she wasnt going to get paid for working. Then she tells me 4:00 only. I said I cant Im meeting family and friends for bridal party at 5 I was told 2:30. She just kept saying 4:00 ok good bye. I was so upset and waited until 4. Yes missed the bridal party. Finally Ame was done and started my massage but she was in such a hurry. She missed a few places on other arm and leg. Then during my massage she and the man were arguing again and I couldnt get any relaxation and I was stressed. Usually I have a massage face down then turn over and that did not happen. After massage I was so upset and get this my beloved adult kids each gave me a certificate for my birthday so I have another one to use. I sure hope if I use it, they remember my name and know I want it to be more organized and professional next time. I will talk to anyone there if they want to talk about this.

I have been getting regular massages at Yuan Foot and Body Spa for several years. It is a very professional, quiet location to receive a high quality massage. They do a great job of targeting specific areas where I need the most work. The massages are relaxing and therapeutic. I always feel great when walking out the door. Highly recommended.

Best kept secret in Madison. Open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. so can usually get in the day I call or next day. My body feels so much better after my massage. Could have cried today when I left because it FELT SO GOOD. They do deep tissue or light touch. They are amazing.

Went here for a 1hr massage and I was completely underwhelmed. There was no communication as to - undress to your comfort level, addressing any sore areas on the body, or even to lie face up or down on the massage table! Probably a language barrier issue, but because of this, the whole thing felt very unprofessional. My feet were not even touched throughout the hour. Very disappointing.

Always kind, welcoming staff. Medical grade message that is effective as well as healing. Highly recommend this place. It is clean, the warm water/tea is used to wash feet before foot massage.

I have been going here for many many years. It’s convenient to make an appt or you can just walk in. The deep tissue massage is great, but you can choose any type of massage you’d like. The facility is very clean also. I would recommend for anyone!

The foot massage could’ve been stronger - but the head, back and leg massage were fantastic! Friendly staff and clean environment. Would come again!

Ive been going here for acupressure massage over the course of several years, and each visit has been excellent. Highly recommend for deep tissue treatments.

Best Massage Ive every had. Ive been going for years to see Tang shes my favorite but honestly everyone there is good.

I just enjoyed another rejuvenating 1 hour Accupressure and full body massage from Tang. She wonderful
