Beautiful glass, pleasent staff. Came in today and grabbed a super nice water pipe at a great price for the holidays, and was allowed to spin a wheel for a gift. Was awarded a mystery prize which was a phenomenal cleaning kit for said water pipe. Easily 30 bucks. We were already in the market for one. Anyways. Thank you all! Workers are always very knowledgeable and friendly with punch cards punched for every 10 dollars spent offers 25 percent off are a great benefit. Selection of vape devices, legal THC, pipes and other products are always bountiful.

Absolutely awful place. It was so much better when it was ‘high above state street’. The staff (two younger men) are incredibly rude and will yell at you. The are of no help if you have questions and will judge you the whole time you’re there. I’ll definitely stick to the other shops in Madison as this place has gone down the drain due to the awful people there.

This place is fantastic and the staff are wonderful. I bought a NORD 4 (80W) KIT and was accidentally given the incorrect nord coils. I called back the following day and Sasha not only was in credibly personable, but very very knowledgeable. I didnt even finish explaining the problem and she already knew what it was. I got and Uber there and called to let her know I was on my way. No joke, she solved to the issue within 3 minutes. She is most definitely management/owner material if she isnt already in that position. If you ever have an issue here, ask for Sasha! Thanks again!

If you havent visited Knuckleheads at their new Madison location, youre missing a great experience! Its beautifully spacious (no problem social distancing safely), with sparkling cases full of colorfully displayed glass and other products. The best part of the visit is always interaction with the staff who are friendly, patient, and helpful. I cant speak to issues of pricing as I dont take my business to other competitors, but I can reassure anyone that every product is of high quality. Im especially particular about CBD products and the lines carried at Knuckleheads are reliable and well worth their cost. I appreciate the individual help and advice staff offer. They are great listeners!

Love the store, has some of my favorite products that other stores dont have in the area. every time I come in there, the staff is attentive, but I dont necessarily feel welcome and the staff is passive aggressive at times. there have been a couple times where seals have been broken and on 4/20 there were some staff hitting illegal carts behind the desk, but the only thing that bothered me was that they seem annoyed every time a customer needed assistance with anything. there are a few staff members that are attentive, talkative, and friendly, but overall this isnt my experience every time. there is only one staff member that seems to be confident in cannabinoid knowledge and he was also talkative and very friendly. Overall it is my go to shop but the staff seem annoyed by customers.

Each visit is heavily dependent on the staff for whether or not it will be an enjoyable experience or not.Sometimes it seems theres no one better and I absolutely love going there, and actually spending some real money, but then sometimes, its one of the couple bad apples working who helps you, making sure never to make any eye contact, while fiddling with all things around that are not your question, and then eventually youre too frustrated andwithout a single answer to my several questions. But again, this experience is the least common and most times its the bomb dot com.

Dont buy any vape here. I bought one the other day, but it was totally broken when I first used it and they said they cannot refund me due to a stupid policy that they made.

I think knuckleheads is a rare gem. I remember going back there when i was a teen for shirts and skateboards. i bought the cigar for when i graduated from their humidor. even with the changes over time, this business has and always will be a madison classic. even when i go in these days the staff go above and beyond, the managers are so freaking nice, and what ever you need is right there. theres a reason they took over pipefitter. sorry chumps but they are better.

Julia was incredibly helpful.I stopped in to pick up groomsmen cigars for a wedding. Julia offered quality and realistic recommendations for our budget and found the perfect cigar for the groom—he was very happy.Her customer service was top-notch but even further exceeded expectations by taking a couple extra minutes to meticulously hand package our cigars and accessories beautifully in a wooden box.Thanks Julia, youre the best!

Bought a torch from this location YESTERDAY. Worked for maybe a couple times and wouldn’t light again. Brought it back thinking I would be given a new torch on the spot, but I was told I need to handle the inconvenience of sending it in for warranty and being short a torch for however long it takes to get there and then come back and pay for the postal. To me this defeats the purpose of buying it retail, I could’ve gotten it online for cheaper and would’ve taken half the time to get there.That being said the staff there are not to blame for their policy. They handled the situation as best as they could. They gave me a new cheap torch for the inconvenience, but I still had to pay for it!The staff here are great: helpful and knowledgeable... but the store as a whole didn’t cater to the customer in this instance and has made my experience a big headache.

I used to love going here! Staff was super friendly. I went to pick up some king palms the other day and the lady working there didn’t hand them to me, she tossed them at me. I work retail, and I know how exhausting it can get- but PLEASE treat your customers better.

I was suggested to this place by my brother. When I first entered the store i was very pleased and surprised by there large selection of pipes/waterpipes and smiling faces from the employees. I made my way to the back to purchase some CBD flower.They had a really nice selection of CBD flower that I have not seen before. I was greeted by a tall young man with very long blonde hair I didnt catch his name. I decided to get 7 grams of moonrock CBD and asked is this a sativa or indica. In which he snapped and rudely said to me DUDE! This is CBD its none psychoactive you wont get high. When i was just curious if this is a good strain to take right before bed or starting your day. I brushed it off as i am a pretty humbled person bit when i got home... i was a little frustrated. The first time i looked at the bag i noticed it was pretty small so i decided to measure it myself. Only to find out he gave me instead of 7 grams (In which i asked for) he gave me 3.5 grams. I was disappointed i felt ripped off. I unfortunately will not be bringing my business here any more and i am curious have he done this to anyone else.P.s I will be coming back if i need a new pipe they do have a nice selection.

Horrible shop, owner admits to bootlegging and brags about it on facebook. would be extremely cautious especially if purchasing vape pens. protect your lungs and buy from a legitimate store instead

Ive been coming here regularly for the past year or so, I love the selection of glass and vape juice here. My favorite part though, is the lounge. Its a great place to chill and get some work done while enjoying a cigar or a new flavor of juice.

First I want to say that this place is AMAZING. I dont know her name but the lady with the dreads was the one who helped my fiance and I pick out some vapes that were right for us. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me 10% off because my vape was the display and the guy that checked us out gave us a silicone wax container for free. They were all so helpful and knowledgeable. Staff members were right there and ready to answer any and all questions that we had. The people here ARE the definition of true customer service and they are amazing. I suggest stopping here for all your smoking/vaping needs!👍👍

Knuckleheads has what are easily the best prices in the campus area, as well as the best range of products. The employees are friendly and will help you find what you need the moment you walk in the door. There is a designated vaping lounge and there also seems to always be a sale when I go there which are definitely some nice bonuses.

I was looking for a vaporizer to help me quit cigarettes. Welcoming and laid back, they helped me pick out a mod that works great, and when I was accidentally given an incorrect item, the shipped it to me free of charge with a handwritten and friendly note of apology. Nobody is able to review establishments it seems. For those wondering (all of you reading the google reviews), this place DOES have a large humidor filled with a good selection of Cigars; including actual Cuban Cohibas. Pipes look shiny!

Love this place for starters, this smoke shop is the only one Ive been going to for about a year now and they havent disappointed me since. Overall the staff know their stuff, and are willing to help you in anyway possible. Con: if you dont like stairs you might have a difficult time to the store.😆

Best customer service I have had in years! Im new to vaping, Theran helped me out more then I had ever imagined anyone would. I knew very little about it all, but just enough to know some names of products because I purchased a few things for my wife as gifts. He lead me in the right direction, taught me about the options out there and even took the time to teach me how to hand wrap coils! He got everything set up for me as perfect as anything in life could get. Very pleasant fellow, and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience, wont go anywhere else from now on! Bought a water pipe at this place. I got home and realized the guy had forgotten to include the slide. I called immediately and told the employee who said, No I remember wrapping up the slide and putting it in there. There was no slide in the bag. He may have wrapped it up but it was not in the bag. He refused to believe me and basically told me I was SOL. He said if I came back in he could give me a discount for a new slide. I really had no choice. Came back in, he charged me a discounted 45$ for a new slide and said, Try not to lose this one. Funny guy. Wont ever be coming back here and will tell everyone to avoid this shady place.

Bought a cbd cartridge here and Im really pleased with it so far! Staff was very friendly and since it was my first time buying cbd they even gave me a small discount! Ive never had anything less than a satisfactory experience here before. Wide selection of smoke products as well as incense and other things.

Its a great place to go. But their CBD is not maintained properly, mainly the herb. Ive been a frequent window shopper and while the customer service is great, it doesnt make up for their lack of knowledge in their products. I would recommend going but keeping other shops on State Street in mind for purchasing the same products. (Especially the CBD)

After shopping here many times over the years, I decided to buy a piece of glass from them. Dont do that. Youd be better off going to another place. Or just get a cheap piece of China glass that you could throw away and purchase again because at least it would be a better quality piece than some of the stuff they are trying to sell you here.

Decent selection of cigars, but very little in the way of pipe tobacco. Ive visited three times, and two of those times the guy checking me out was high. It says tobacco and gifts, but I think its really more for vapers and weed smokers.

Amazing selection of tobacco products. Walk-in humidor for cigars. Some apparel available. Smoking lounge tucked away in the back. Most staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Tends to be popular with annoying tourists, but thats not Knuckleheads fault.

I was visiting from Indiana and realized I was out of juice for my vape. Since we were down at the farmers market, I walked down to your store. Not only was the staff knowledgeable and friendly, we had a conversation about the new laws Indiana just passed for vape shops. I was also pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive their juice is compared to what Im used to paying in Indiana. You guys will be my go to vape shop every time Im in Madison!

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING SHOPPING HERE PLEASE READ THISI recently had the worst customer service experience in my life, I purchased of an item that appeared to be in working condition; however after bringing it home I noticed marking (sub-dermal breaks) in the glass, which Ive come to learn means the product will be breaking soon. Before I had the chance to bring it in, while putting the product into a padded case it broke exactly on the line. Total time: 12 hours. Now this was custom made by their glass blower, so I brought it back expecting them to understand that sometimes custom stuff isnt made the best so rectification is necessary, but thats not what I got. Instead I was dismissed, refused any semblance of help from employees, and told to get the f*** out of the store, leading me to file a dispute claim with my credit card. Later I returned to give them another chance to fix the product allowing me to redact the claim, however I was immediately met with rudeness, followed by attacks on my character and moral being for simply trying to get this worked out. This culminated in an employee hollering and cursing me out to the point where I no longer feel safe in this store. I urge you, before shopping here read this review, dont end up in the situation Im in. Dont be afraid to pay a little extra for good customer service.

Im a fan of head shops, but this one is uncomfortable, dirty, and the employees arent very welcoming (unless youre a grungy older dude, cause the customer base is obviously focused on that demographic.) If youre looking for vape supplies, look elsewhere. Theyre overpriced for the same products you can get at vape-specific shops, and they dont have a wide variety of juices. (I chose not to purchase anything because of the state of gross the store was in.)

I recently bought a product from this store that they promised would work. Also keep in mind that this product was extremely overpriced, and I will never be giving them my business again. Clearly they’re just here to make sales and don’t care about their customers. Huge disappointment.

Definitely recommend this shop if youre new to vaping. They know their stuff. I vape cbd oil so I needed help choosing a device and the right coil. I used a different vaporizer with a high resistance coil that recent broke and found that i was using the wrong coil so i was burning the oil instead of vaporizing it. Just used what they recommended and felt the hit that I was supposed to. I wasted so much oil in the past. Go to these guys!

I reviewed another head shop in Madison this past 2 weeks knucklehead and one other head shop in Madison REITs five stars I like their location thats pretty cool its unique great selection I like all their hookahs I like all their pipes pretty cool place to go reasonable inexpensive
