Chris took great care of me as a new vaper. He guided me to affordable rig, set it all up for me and had me give it a try in the store. Very friendly and knowledgeable and not at all intimidating for a new customer. The satisfaction guarantee means you have to love what youre getting. You earned a loyal customer!

Fantastic service. I went in to get an electronic cigarette for my dad, because I wanted him to stop smoking. Im completely inexperienced with this, but the person at the desk was both helpful and professional. He was responsible and checked my ID, and right after helped me pick out a starter set. He answered all of my questions very well, was super polite, and even gave me a discount. 5/5 service, everything was amazing. Im sure my dad will enjoy it.

Was staying out of town and stopped in to get some new juice. Immediately was greeted and offered help, and the guy working was super nice. He helped me pick out a great flavor, and also we talked for a bit and I honestly felt like I was treated like a regular customer. Great shop.

Very knowledgeable staff with a wide variety of e-juice flavors and vaping gear. My only criticism: sometimes the staff is too busy making coils and/or mixing juices for their own pieces rather than helping customers wanting to make purchases.

Honestly, I didnt know how to feel about this whole vaping deal but I just wanted to switch off smoking. After speaking with the owner I am completely sold. He was incredibly honest about all of his products, offered great advice, and got me set up right. If you are looking for a vape shop for whatever your vaping needs may be, this shop is for you.

When Im not buying stuff online this is my go to vape shop all the staff members here I really helpful and 10 answer questions or help you get things done or do General troubleshooting. They have a very large selection of liquids and different devices delinquents range in price as they have different types and qualities the staff members are also very helpful if you are looking to find something of a certain flavor you can describe it to them and they will try to find something that matches your request and let you smell it or taste it to see if you like it. Also theres a cute little dog there that you will sometimes see.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Options are great and the quality of their juices are the best. I have bought juices from many different places and was never satisfied until I went here and found the Strawberry Burst and Blue Razz!

Stop by for a refill or an upgrade, chat a bit, learn something, maybe shoot a round of pool.Its an awesome space where the staff know their stuff, and theyre happy to talk to you.Great choice regardless of your budget range, and if they dont have something they can tell you where to look. Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Friendly and more than competent staff are happy to help you get started, troubleshoot, or show you how to build your coils.Since its tucked away, its easy to miss from Odana. I recommend taking Grand Canyon Dr.

I went in here the other day to pick up some e-liquid and the selection was great but when I asked for the 3 different flavors in various nicotine strengths and sizes I didnt get a single thing I asked for. I either got a different nicotine stregnth or a different size bottle. Another problem I had is the worker who gave me my juice was slow and didnt have the best attitude. Overall not the worst place but also not the best.

My favorite vape shop for over 4 years. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and with good selection. Under new ownership, but Chris has been with the company from the beginning and I trust him 100%!

Great staff. They really know their stuff. They like to help, not just sell you stuff. They wont sell you equipment you dont need. They remember who you are, and what you like. Thats great, because if you go in for a new juice they know what youre in the market for...

Knowledgeable staff, quick friendly service! Edited to add in- Staff, wether you want to hear someone talking about an issue or experience or even something stupid about the day they had, do it anyway, LISTEN. There was one employee in particular, maybe the guy that actually makes some of the juice here, that I was in mid sentence talking to more than once and he interrupted me with my total and then told me to have a good day, when I was literally just telling him the issue I had been having with my vape, and why I wasnt having a good day. Its not all prices and totals, sometimes you have to exude a bit of customer service too by listening to your customer. It made me feel stupid and Im sure Im not the only one its happened to. So I am changing my 5 stars to 3.

The guys are more helpful than any other vape shop that I have been to in Madison. Highly recommend them for thier quality merchandise and the great atmosphere of the shop. Free to play pool table is a added bonus.👍

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. First time I went in there, I had acquired a vape for free from a roommate who left their stuff on move out day, brought it in and said idk anything about this thing, show me how it works because I want to stop smoking cigarettes and they walked me through everythig, even took it and cleaned the old juice out of it for me. Once broke my tank and had to buy a new one, left the packaging there (which had a new coil and glass tube for the tank). Came back a couple of days later realizing my mistake and they had set it aside for me! Also had to buy a new mod recently, they didnt have any batteries in Stock for the one I wanted so the owner let me borrow one of his personal batteries. Great people, not judgemental when you dont know stuff (unlike some other vape shops in the area). Only complaint Ive ever had is the girl who works there (the owners girlfriend I think) usually comes off pretty cold and has been confused when I relay information that someone else at the shop has told me (was looking for very specific product, was told exactly what to ask for by one employee, asked her for the thing and she had no idea what I was talking about). All in all I would highly recommend these guys over any other shop in town.

Ive been to a lot of vape shops in several states over the last few years and Mad Vapor definitely one of the best. The staff is welcoming and friendly and willing to take their time to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Great selection of juices from a large selection of companies so finding something you like isnt a problem. The location is also well maintained and easy to get to unlike a few places in Madison Ive tried. The only bummer, if any, is they dont carry Midtown eLiquid which is probably the best juice Ive had in the entire country so far.

Consistently impressed by the customer service at this store. I don’t visit often - usually when I’m out of juice making supplies - but today I went in with a problem, my mod of two years finally died. I was sweating the possibility of being hustled into buying an overpriced mod with features I didn’t need but I am not a mod expert so I didn’t know exactly what to ask for. All I said was I wanted a mod that could do a certain wattage, and the guy told me about one, highlighting the low price relative to other units and the fact that they’ve had almost no returns of the one he was showing me. As i was agreeing to buy it, even tho I didn’t ask, he pulled out his own mod, as he owns the same one, and showed me how to adjust the settings, temp, etc. the fact that he owned one himself gave me confidence I was making a decent purchase and showing me the settings ended up being a great help as I would have struggled to figure some of it out at first. So far I’m really happy with the mod, I definitely didn’t get hustled into spending extra and I appreciated the time the guy took to show me how it worked. That’s real customer service and experiences like that are why I go out of my way to come to Mad Vapor when I need juice or supplies. As someone who’s a bit too old and unhip to be part of the vape scene but relies on vaping to keep myself from smoking, this is the one store in Madison where I feel welcome every time I come in and not looked down upon as a non-vape-bro. Thanks guys.

My fiancé and I were searching for a vape shop that we enjoyed the customer service, products, and knowledge of product being sold. After being introduced to Mad Vapor we found everything we were looking for in a shop and now have a shop to call home. If anyone is looking for a new vapor store that will meet your needs I very much suggest stopping in at Mad Vapor. The staff is not only knowledgeable, but they will help you understand what they are talking about in a product. They do not rush you or push you into a product just to make a sale. The juice selection they have is phenomenal and if they dont have something in stock you are looking for they will order it for you. You will not regret visiting this shop nor will you walk away unhappy with the service.

Today was our first visit here, we are first time vapors and really didnt know what we were looking for. A fantastic place. I wanted to get my vape to quit smoking (it has worked) the staff was super friendly and let me try quite a few flavors until i found the ones i wanted. I live closer to milwaukee but i plan on coming back when i need to restock!
