If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. Any time we come in there its always a warm welcome. Always great knowledge of their products. They are always eager to answer any questions that you may have. They really do treat us like family. Great rewards program also. Definitely safe to say this will always be our go to place in Madison. Keep up the great work you guys!!!

Been coming for the last couple months, the guy is unhelpful and feels like he doesn’t even want to be working. My normal haul has been getting more expense over the last couple weeks but I got charged 68$ for a 5 pack of joints and a 1 gram cart. Safe to say I won’t be coming back, especially when online it is nowhere near the same price

One of the BEST smoke shops in the area. Wide variety of flower and the most educated staff on THC-A. If you want edibles, D9, cbd, whatever you can imagine and more. They are never out of stock and the owners are all family. It’s a great store for anyone who enjoys a smoke.

Great product…. But they need to update their times and actually be on time to open up. Website says 10:30am. Front door says 10am and it is now 11am and still no one. This is pretty ridiculous esp if you’re running a business.

There was only one staff working and granted it wasnt very busy, but the person was in a foul mood and not happy about answering any questions for a newbie. We did still purchase something as it had been a long drive and we didnt feel like searching out another place. But our visit was disappointing and we likely wont return

First off I live right down the road so location is VERY convenient for me. I came to leave a 5 star because I have been struggling financially due to in between jobs. But I still need my meds. I went to grab just a delta 8 cart.(I’ve had this brand before. Works like a charm every time) Feels and hits pretty similar to the real thing. It’s a good product in a pinch. He originally said 40 but said he could bump it down to 32. I said cool let’s do it. I didn’t realize I didn’t have that much (my mistake I know lol) I straight up told him how much I had lol. He said he could let it go for what I had. I didn’t get his name but he really did save my butt and he was extremely nice and helpful prior to this. I’ve never had a bad experience here and the staff really do care about the customers and the products they sell you. Will always be a regular customer here!

Got exposed to these guys during Hemp Fest, they had a large selection and I tried some of their Tropicana. The staff were very knowledgeable and kind.

You’ll always find the right item at the right price, I live on the other side of town and go out of my way to come and shop at paradise on a bi-weekly basis. The customer service is one of a kind with expert knowledge when it comes to their product. My favourite product is the RAW black rolling papers! So gooood!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, with a vast assortment of high quality products. I like to get D8 there, and every time I go, I try something new and am never disappointed. Also they have some really cool shirts, and other merchandise.

Best CBD stores in Madison, WI. I wouldnt go any where else beside this place. John was so helpful and knew alot about the products. I dont like taking medication for anxiety and the CBD Gummies works great for my anxiety. There are other products for anxiety i just love the gummies because they taste great .

Store was clean you seem to have a moderate selection of pipes and what have you but I absolutely did not like the brand of Delta 8 they carry and he recommended its called Sunstate hemp we got the Banana Kush and the apple fritter both tasted burnt after just a few hits and arent as strong as other brands I have tried I feel like I lost 90 bucks

Paradise Plus has helped me tremendously! I struggle with day to day anxiety and the CBD gummies and Relax CBD oil have made an incredible difference. I stopped by there 3 times during business hours to find the doors locked, lights off, and no one inside. I arrived several hours before closing, and there was never a note on the door explaining why the business was closed. Each time I was there, I tried calling but never successfully reached anyone. I will not try a 4th time.
