Had a wonderful experience with the young man named Daniel. He helped me find the perfect vape and even let me try it before I left and nicely informed me that the store policy was trying before you leave as they can not return nor exchange once I left the story. I think that is an absolutely fair policy.

The employees are friendly and helpful. Jordan welcomed me to town , being in VA from IL to visit my daughter and Grandsons. A friendly face, far from home! I will ONLY Use this shop, when in Manassas!

They have a vast selection of vapes, had exactly what i wanted. Danny helped me out and made sure i had a smooth checkout, very knowledgeable.

That’s the worst store I have ever seen. They gave me used vape and didn’t return it. They are telling me we don’t have any returns policy. I think every should boycott this vape shop.

Worst vape store imaginable no way to speak to manager at all, over priced, bad attitudes, unprofessional & politically driven employees who press their views on you even if you ask them to not and if and when you tell them you dont wanna talk about politics they then refuse the customers banning them based on theyre political views only.

Would give 0 if i could the products they buy are not legit. Bought 2 nectar collectors in a time span of 2 days and the price increased by 20$. The vapes burn out before the juice is empty plus they will sell broken items and not exchange it.i bought multiple torches of this location and they all break in the month of purchase and when i go back they say there is nothing they can do and try to sell you another one for the same price. i went and bought one of amazon from the same company and its been good for multiple months. Looks like you guys buy the product that dont make it through product test so you can get it for dirt. would not recomend this place at all

For a first time vape buyer, the staff is uninformative and unhelpful. They dont teach you any of the maintenance or give any real instruction. The one guy that was there when I purchased my vape was unfriendly, seemed annoyed at any questions I had. The vape leaked from the moment I purchased it. I went back in to have it fixed within 2 and half hours of purchasing it (not trying to return), he did eventually replace the tank but never really tried figuring out why it was happening. Please note; NOWHERE is it posted they have a no return/exchange policy. I looked when I went back.After asking around with friends, they all said this was the worst place to go. Wish I had known before.I ended up going to another place (recommended by 3 different friends) and they fixed the issue, were informative and extremely helpful. It was night and day from the experience I had at Bull Run. I would never return to purchase anything from them.

This. Place. Is. A. Big. NO. Do not go here its absolutely horrific. Im new to this vape situation, so I thought when I was charged 65.00, for a vape and juice it was normal. I looked up how much they are online...... It would of totaled me 31.00. I get the markup and having to make a profit but thats insane. Im not going here ever. Again not even in an emergency. Its trash. And they know their trash.

I bought a smok species mod kit from them. One of the atomizers wasnt working. I went back to talk to them about it and they told me that thats why they give you 2 in the Box is in case 1 doesnt work🖕. I spent over a $100 there and they couldnt make the purchase right by giving me a replacement atomizer for it. All of their staff that Ive talked to over the 3 visits there had no idea what they were talking about gave me false information and would rather have me outta the shop then in there and shopping. I will never go back.

Excellent vape shop. Huge selection of box mods and juices. The gentleman behind the counter that helped my wife and I last night went above and beyond. We were looking for something specific and no one in the area had what we wanted and he did. Funny story tho, we actually did not go with what we were looking for but went with something better and we still got great pricing. Kept great composure throughout our lengthy transaction and grabbed what ever we asked for to look at. We have found a new location to do our vaping purchases through and are extremely satisfied with our purchase of the iJoy Avenger.

Great selection, friendly staff, however NEW VAPERS BEWARE there are complete idiots who work here when it comes to vaping.I recommend if you are going to this store, that you already know what your looking for. These baboons will purposely sell you the wrong parts if you ask them what you will need. I went in about a few weeks ago and I showed the clerk my mod and the tank setup I had. Sold me a piece that wasnt even branded towards the tank,Went in to see if I could exchange it for the pieces I actually do need. Found out that they have a NO RETURN / EXCHANGE policy. This policy is and sounds completely reasonable IF it was not their fault they sold you the wrong piece in the first place. I asked around with my friend group of vapers, the all seemed to have similar experiences with this store, and particularly a certain clerk in the store. whomever this holy mike that everyone is speaking of, I hope to god its not the clerk that I was blessed with. He had an attitude like he really didnt want to be there, and that it really wasnt his job to be accommodating.

I love this place. Ive gone in several times with questions and the guys behind the counter are always super helpful, and they know their stuff! The prices are pretty typical of all the smoke shops in the area, but if Im heading south on 28, this is the only one Ill go to. Heres the vape I (finally) bought today. Its $30, the brand is Smok, and comes in blue and I think black too. 👍🏻😮💨

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 months twice a month for a new disposable vape. Everyone has always been very informative and helpful. They have a variety of vapes and flavors and I’m never disappointed. I won’t go anywhere else! Thank you all!

Very friendly and approachable staff. Mike was great and hooked it up. Selective inventory and the sales are final sign is posted at the register. They allow you test the product so just do so inside so there is no discrepancy. Ill definitely be returning.

I found this shop after going to 4 others first, looking for a simple replacement glass. After comming here once, this shop has become my main vape shop. They have everything you could possibly need for smokers and vapers, and for a competitive price. Tanks, coils, eliquids, accessories of all sorts. They also have a great selection of smoking products. Charlie and the owners behind the counter provide service that is helpful and they have a great attitude ( not always easy to find nowadays).

Mike was super friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed like we already knew him and he helped me find the exact juice I wanted for my vape. Definitely will be coming back!

Will not provide exchanges or refunds - I bought a battery, found out i did not need it and tried to return it 2 minutes after I bought it, they refused to give me a refund. It is not posted anywhere that all sales are final. I will NEVER go there again. Greed gets you nowhere... By VA law you must post your return policy if you will not provide refunds.

I walked into the shop was greeted by Mike very polite guy very clean and un cluttered vape spot! compareable prices and a great variiety of smoke and vape items to choose from im definately a new customer and im going to take my wife back there the next time i visit there.

Horrible store, overpriced. Products are old and have been on shelves sitting. I bought, vape juice which turned out to be expired since last year! Which is extremely dangerous for consumers. Owner dint care at all.

Ive only been here about 4 times but every time I go the prices get higher and higher. I only went for 2 things that shouldnt be more than $20 (even if its over priced) and was charged way more than that. Wont be coming back and wasting my money here anymore.

Bought a RAW cigartte roller only to open it and find the pins would not stay in when rolled and the item was defective. Rather than replace the defective product with a working one they chose to have the bank dispute the charge and I got my money back. This establishment has horrible management and sell defective items stay away!!!!!!!!! hope the $5 roller was worth a 1 star review

Don’t even consider this shop. Many other vape shops close by which are far better. This store has the worst service/products I have ever seen and a horrible atmosphere for treating customers.

Purchased an item from the shop that ended up missing a piece. They worked with me and stayed in contact to resolve the issue and get me what I needed.

When you walk in, you feel like a kid in a candy store. But big thanks to Mike for helping me through the store. Very knowledgeable and overall cool guy. What you need, they got. Thank you.
