I have been a customer for years now and have to say, I will go no where else for my smoking needs. Very competitive prices and the best customer service anywhere. Just an example of the kind of service, I had a rolling machine break and due to being on a fixed income could not afford a new one until the next month. The owner gave me a returned machine that needed some repair and said if you can get it working you are welcome to it. That was a year ago and its still working. These guys are the best.

Not exactly what I needed but much else to offer, I feel their prices should be lesser than those of gas stations and bodegas as this is their specialty merchandise, but everyones out to make that steady dollar not realizing lower prices create competition and also force changes upon other vendors smart people career to their customers but their own pocket

Best in CT. Verity in vape flavor and vape machines. Even willing to order anything you need. Young white guy was really helpful and knowledgeable

This is hands down the best shop. They have everything. From just starting out beginning mods, to more experienced mods. All three guys treat me and my mother like famliy. I love going in I never feel like Im being rushed out the door. They always answer my questions with clarity. price is always right for my juices and pods.

I was so impressed with one of the employees knowledge on all of the products. He explained everything to us and never got frustrated with all of our questions. He was also super cute with his shiny grill 😉 we will be back.

Awesome customer service! Purchased a box mod on Sunday on Tuesday had an issue with it not turning on I called them they said bring it on in. I brought it in found out it was a battery issue and replaced free of charge and sat there showing me how to operate it as well as things I would need to maintain it and things not to waste my money on. Very awesome experience and highly recommend this shop to anyone, especially begginers like me! Thanks again!

Such a cool head shop we have been customers there since they opened a while back! They have a cool/large variety of vape pens and oils! The biggest thing is the owner and the workers are SO nice and helpful! No question is a stupid question to them. They are still building up inventory, but so worth dropping in!!!

Stopped to get batteries only but owner helped me find a flavor I enjoyed with lime profile that isnt lemon lime! Definitely will go again. Batteries were great too!

Great selection! My go to spot for any of my vape needs always has amazing juice selection. Prices are cheaper than any other vape shop in the area (I have shopped around). For old school brick and mortar shop you cant beat smokers dream world. I recommend this shop to all my friends. And recommend you check it out as well!

Good selection of ejuice and vape supplies but very expensive compared to online or other local shops. The gentleman at the counter was somewhat helpful but I got the impression that my questions were somewhat bothersome to him. I could have misinterpreted. I was looking for some advice on a particular flavor and he kinda just pointed at a few things and continued walking. I would have preferred if he placed the boxes on the counter so I could read then that way I wouldnt have had to bother with more questions.Not a bad experience I did end up with a liquid I liked but paid too much for it.

The staff are very kind and attentive and the prices are great. Regular customers seem honored and well taken care of. The owner is a great guy who is interested in the wants and needs of his customers. It is also the most affordable place in the area to buy vape products and e-juice, in a time where the industry is plagued by price gouging and small batch artisan craft product fever. It is a very down-to-earth store and I go there for all of my vaping needs. They carry a wide variety of CBD products as well, which is something I usually purchase online, but it is nice to have a source for local, afforfable OTC CBD as an option when needed.

Awesome store with great staff! Dont be fooled by the outside appearance! They may not look trendy but they have the BEST selection of vapes mods and juice. I went in after a horribke experience with Vapor 9 and Kash (the owner I believe) gave me a huuuuge discount on a new Mag vape kit and literslly gave mr free juice test bottles so I could try before I bought one. Very professional and beyond reasonable. Love my new vape and will be going here for all my juice from now on.

Very Dissatisfied that I drive to the store (20 minute ride) because they were one of the few eCig stores open until 7:30 on a Sunday night.I arrived at 7:12pm and the store was closed, all lights off, nobody answered the phone, correct hours posted on the door, and one newer truck in the parking lot parked off to the side (probably the owner - not sure though) and nobody would open the door.Wasted 45 minutes, Wasted $10 in gas. And was not able to get E liquid.Needless to say - unless the owner had a valid emergency or reimbursed me for my time and gas used for the trip - Ill never shop there again and tell everyone I know to be cautious of its hours posted.Thats my two cents everyone .

Went in today with zero knowledge of owning a vape. Walked out with the perfect vape and juice for me. I’ve come in a few times for refill cartridges for my myblu pen and they’ve got every flavor!! So happy and will be back soon!

After visiting every vape shop in a 15 mile radius I came to the conclusion that smokers dream world is the absolute best place to go. They always have more knowledge, and without a doubt they have the most product. I went there looking for a high nicotine purely menthol vape liquid and walked away with the best of all time. Not only that but they offered to order anything you can think of and they actually did. Excellent customer service, Quality, Safe products, and easily the best prices around. Highly recommended visiting this shop. I also highly recommend quitting cigarettes and moving to vaping to help you transition away from the chemicals and eventually away from nicotine. Had an issue with my Smok 8. With it being Labor Day. I thought I was out of luck until Tuesday. Fortunately Smokers Dream World save the daY. Not only did Adam repair my Smok 8. I decided to up grade and purchase the new Smok E-Priv. Adams patients and knowledge, has just earned- Smoke Dream World a new loyal customer. Prices aren’t to bad either. I am 100% satisfied. I make a point to get to this shop everytime Im in manchester. I was highly annoyed when ii go to purchase a discontinued juice and get charged full price when nearly a week ago I paid a discounted rate. The inconsistency is bad for business.
