I just wanted to comment that I was a first time customer and decided to give them a try based on reviews. They had a cancellation and got me right in to get highlights done! She did such a wonderful job and I couldnt be more happy! Alona McFrederick its very detail-oriented and took her time to do the highlights and a cut. I would definitely recommend going here and I know I will be going there from now on. I had to find a new place as I had just moved here. Glad I did! Thank you Alona!

I had a pedicure scheduled on Saturday June 29th. I got called from Reflections about 3 hours before my scheduled time and was told she (not naming who is was) was not feeling well. First thing why didnt I get a call earlier that morning instead of waiting so soon to my appointment time? I had actually called Reflections the day before to confirm my appointment because I had not received a reminder text like they usually do. If she called off all her appointments that day I should have been informed sooner.I asked the girl who called me if someone would happen to cancel their appointment on that Saturday if she could call me. She asked me how far away I was and I told her 20 minutes. She then called me back about 5 minutes later and said if I could be there in 10 minutes they could work me in. I reminded her that I just told her that it would take me about 20 minutes. She didnt like that answer and got huffy and slammed down the phone. I dont have to go to this salon for my services.

PER-FEC-TION! Katie is a godsend and I have never had a more wonderful experience at a salon than I did on Monday. I’m very timid when it comes to my hair, I do not color it and I rarely get trims. Needless to say I’ve had one too many terrible experiences. Times have changed! I’m pregnant and my hair was driving me nuts. I’m about to have maternity photos and a baby shower and I’ll be a guest at a wedding this month. I looked around the area and found Reflections. I asked for a Master Stylist and that is EXACTLY what I got. Katie is the bomb. From the moment I met her she was so kind and easy to talk to. The consultation was thorough and she captured exactly what I wanted. The products she used smelled sooooo good, I couldn’t help but purchase a few. She’s my gal now and she’s amazing and I can confidently say she’s the best stylist I’ve ever been to in my life. Thank you Katie!!! You made me feel so beautiful!!!

Our experience was fantastic. My daughter and I both got our hair cut. Appointments were easy to make, the building is very welcoming, and the staff was so polite.

Started out good, person who did my hair was nice and friendly but she couldnt finish it on the first day so we scheduled a second day. She was suppose to fix the haircut and color and she did fine with the hair cut but toning and missing chunks of color from the highlights were not corrected. I felt rushed both times. When I got home after the second day I noticed random very light brassy blonde highlights on the back of my head that wasnt proportionate with rest of the hair and bunch of brassy hair in the front and some strands of hair that had half highlights and the other half was dark. I called them to let them know but they couldnt fit me in on the days I was available so I decided to buy box dye and fix it myself as I will be going on a trip and didnt want my hair to look like that on the trip and I did better job toning those brassy colors out of my hair but I ended up darkening my front money pieces too since Im not a professional. They called me after I already used box dye then they were like well we are not going to do a color correction now and she pretty much cut me off before I could say anything. I paid more than I usually pay at other salons and was expecting better results and thought I found a good place for hair since my previous hair stylist doesnt do hair anymore but Im very disappointed.

I get my pedicure here. The staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. I have also brought my grand daughter here to get a haircut and they were great with her.

Alona McFrederick was my hair stylist, I got a shampoo, cut, and style. She described everything that would look good on my hair, and even convinced me to get face framing and layers!! I’ve never been one to get anything extra due to having such thick and long hair, so I’m glad she suggested that! My hair looks and feels fabulous thanks to Alona, thank you for getting me out of my comfort zone!

My first time here. Everyone was great. I saw Lisa and she did a wonderful job fixing my disastrous hair and gave me suggestions oh how to style it etc. Definitely going back .

I scheduled an appointment at Reflections for my wedding day several months ago. I did a trial and was very pleased with my hair. However, on the day of my wedding, I went to the salon and they didn’t have a hairstylist for me. I walked into the salon and they said they left me a voicemail the day prior stating that my hairstylist had covid. However, when I listened to the voicemail, all they said was that they needed to talk to me regarding my appointment. I didn’t get a chance to listen to the voicemail prior to my appointment because I was so busy setting up for my wedding and doing the rehearsal. Reflections never tried calling me again to get ahold of me and they didn’t bring in another stylist for me. On the day of my appointment they simply said “we can try to fit you in.” That is unacceptable. It was my wedding day. I also had to pay full price despite being major inconvenienced, running behind and not getting the hairstyle I expected. I will not go to reflections again.

Emily did a fantastic job on my hair as i was growing out my grays and wanted to match the ends to my roots. I got lots of compliments and she was very informative on how to care for my hair. Lily did my nails and they were so perfect my friend said they didnt look real and they were my nails just perfected by Lily. Great stylist and great atmosphere.

The absolute BEST salon and spa in the area. From the amazing staff to the beautiful atmosphere created by the owner. It gives the luxury of a high end big city salon close to home! The talented team of service providers range from highly educated edgy stylists, creative and talented nail techs, educated massage therapists to an amazing aesthetician with a wide variety of services! Highly recommend trying them out, you wont be disappointed!

Tammy is great. Professional and immediately at ease with her. I received a 1 hour massage, and the difference I felt walking out afterward was night and day.Brie is great! She was very kind and professional when she gave me a pedicure.

I got a rookie stylist but was charged a master stylist price. My stylist had no idea what to do with my type of hair and the pain she inflicted on me was severe. She didnt have anybody when I walked in and still couldnt take me in a timely manner. Maybe there are stylists there worth the extraordinarily high prices they charge, but mine was not one of them, and they charged me the highest amount possible anyway.Never again reflections salon!

I recently had a hair nightmare. Jessica Jones spent almost two hours working on my hair and saving it. It was one huge knot from the top of the back of my head to the base of the back of my head. I thought for sure I would have to get a pixie cut, but she was able to save a lot of hair and give me a really cute Bob cut. She worked a hair miracle. Thanks Jessica!!!!

I absolutely love going to Reflections! I have got to a few salons to get eyelash extensions and Reflections is by far the best! They have great prices and the customer service is top notch. Every time I walk in I already feel relaxed and walk out feeling so beautiful. Jessa and Selena are the BEST!!

I just moved here from Connecticut a few months ago and was looking for a hairstylist. After looking through your website and the profiles of the stylists I chose Lori. The salon has a nice atmosphere. Reminded me of an upscale salon from New York City. My hair was long one length and had no style to it. I allowed Lori to play with my hair and do her own thing I figured if I didnt like it I would just cut it very short into a pixie style but she did a wonderful job she cut some inches off added some layers and I am extremely satisfied and happy with the job that she did. I will definitely come back.

This is a well thought out establishment. It is attractive and has balanced spaces so you dont feel crowded. It is well maintained. The staff is fabulous!

I called to book a appointment with Sierra, and the front receptionist asked me my entire name, which I never had a salon ask me that before a booking an appointment with a stylist. Then proceeding to ask me who I wanted to book with then I told her and then she asked me if I ever been there before, which I thought was kind of disrespectful and kinda rude for customer services.Then she ask me What time, and day would be good; I said Any time or day. She put me on hold goto go talk to her I guess? Then she came back on and said she is in upper management and I guess not taking new clients? So I figured Well I thought it would be a great opportunity for a stylist like her to get a color consultation for her possibly color my hair, and even to do a condition treatment.But then the receptionist asked if I would like anyone else? I said No. Thats why I picked her, which I do not see a problem it? But if you want to judge someone just by either by their voice or name or what ever then I would do my business else where. I thought I would give your salon a try.

I received the dermaplaning with oxygen mask facial and it was an incredible experience! Emma was wonderful and made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. Cannot wait to schedule my next service at Reflections!

Each time I have been to Reflections Ive had a positive experience. From the people who greet you when you walk in the door to the person providing whatever service you may be there for, everyone has always been kind and professional. Emily does a great job on my hair and Ive also had pedicures, massages and a dermaplaning facial. Its a great place to relax and pamper yourself.

Great space! Upscale vibe for the area. Very open, beautifully designed. Youll feel very relaxed and comfortable here.My stylist (Shannon) was very nice and listened to what I wanted. Im very picky with how my hair is cut and I have no complaints which is pretty awesome.The cut wasnt super expensive. I will absolutely be coming back to have my hair cut here.

I organized a spa day for 4 widows who needed a break. Reflections couldnt have been a more better place for this outing. The women noted how friendly and kind everyone was. Nate Ernst was more than accommodating. The entire staff is professional and great at what they do. It was a perfect day and we are grateful.

I brought my teenage sister in to get a hair trim & facial for her 1st time and she had a wonderful experience. She loved how the facial felt and her hair looked beautiful after being washed, trimmed and styled! It made her feel really good about herself. Thank you for making her first experience worth it!I also got my hair done and I’m beyond pleased with how it turned out! I went from medium brown to orange/red and I absolutely love it. Emily did my hair and did fantastic! She definitely did better than I expected! Thank you!!!

It was my first time being in and I had such a warm welcome! My hair dresser Lori is fantastic! She listened to what I wanted, she is so sweet and confident in her work. I have naturally curly hair so its always alittle nerve racking getting my hair cut by someone new. Its like she knew how my curls would lay already! I had to go in to get my hair done for my cousins wedding and I’ve never been to reflections, but from the moment I walked in to when I left, everyone there was so welcoming and happy! I understand that you get many customers and appointments a day, but I still think its important to listen to the person whose hair you are cutting.I loved my color, loved my cut.But our entire conversation consisted of how I was excited to bring back my curls after cutting off all my dead ends.At the end, she asked if I wanted the blowout, to which I responded just the bangs right? She looked at my hair and said that she had products for that.I felt so unheard. She blew out my hair and straightened it despite our whole conversation about me wanting my hair curly.I dont like to come to salons often because I am more introverted and soft spoken. I really thought we hit things off and I felt positive about my experience until my wishes were just disregarded for the societal norm that have been pushed on me since childhood.

Absolute fantastic salon!I got my hair cut by Ashley, and she did EXACTLY what I wanted. She’s amazing, super sweet and very talented. Best haircut I’ve ever gotten!! Everyone is super friendly, and great conversationalists. The price is very fair and reasonable for the services, and the quality is OUTSTANDING. Definitely coming back here for all my future hair needs!

Absolutely amazing everytime I go I get more amazed with what they can do. They definitely have a loyal customer in me. I highly recommend them. The atmosphere is stunning and always so clean. Not even a speck of dust. They are knowledgeable about the hair products that will be best for you. Just all around amazing. Definitely worth a visit and trust me you will be hooked too.

Tammy is the best massusse ever. She knows exactly where the knots are and works them out almost immediately. No gentle rubbing. She digs in and works it out

This place is great! Lots of space, great employees! Overall nice spot to get your hair done, kids or adults, men and women! Everyone I seen in here seemed happy from stylists to clientele.. Didnt get to try manicure or pedicure but they area looks great! Nice chairs for pedicure, on my list for next time!

Had my first wax appointment with Tammy. She was terrific! Made the experience as painless as possible. Gave great pre-care and post-care tips. I will definitely be returning to Reflections. If you are looking for a salon that provides a good bikini waxing experience, I would recommend Reflections. Also, the facility itself is beautiful. Relaxing and clean atmosphere, easy to get to, attentive customer service.

I got my and my bridesmaids hair/makeup done at Reflections Salon for my wedding on 8/29/20 and everything was just perfect! My hair was beautiful, my makeup was absolutely flawless, and didnt budge all day long. The women working there are wonderful. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

Sierra was super nice, and she did an amazing job on my hair, my hair was long, thick and the color was super splotchy, we decided to do an ombré look and it turned out amazing, we also cut it shorter and my hair has never felt lighter!! I absolutely love it!

I booked an appointment with Kelly to get the Gel-X Apres nail set. My sister was getting married and I wanted my nails to look really nice (my DIY manicures only look good for a week-ish). I stopped in and booked a few weeks in advance. The front desk staff was so helpful and accommodating to my schedule. Kelly was friendly and efficient with a clean setup, too! The service was $45+ tip and has lasted me three weeks so far with no issues (no chips, no cracks, no lifting, etc). Ive already called to book my next appointment (the young get lady who answered the phone was so sweet!). Im getting the set removed and replaced in time for the holidays. Im so excited to have found Reflections! Thank you ladies for providing such excellent service and having a lovely salon 😊

Finally got my un ruly curls under control! I have found my salon & stylist, Emily is wonderful & very knowledgeable. I hope she never leaves! I will definitely be trying out the numerous other services they offer.

Lily is extremely talented with color! I’m very particular about who does my color because I’m picky on tones and like to change my color often, but Lily has really impressed me with her talent and artistic abilities!

Other than cutting my hair about a inch too short they were nice ladies.Only thing I would suggest is having the customer face the mirror the whole time for they know how much is being cut off and ask more questions on how much to cut off even when referring from a photo. (Wish I could post a photo to show that the reference photo had longer hair than what was given)Cost $32 for a cutting off about 18 inches and being with the stylist about a hour. (Went In to donate my hair)

Susanne is the best when my hair color was totally messed up at another salon she corrected it and made it beautiful . She also reshaped my hair again after a bad experience at a fiesta salon ( last time I’ll make that rash decision) and gave me an awesome color update , she’s an artist at coloring and cutting ! Thank you reflections and Susanne.

Great place for a new do....but way overpriced! I refuse to pay almost $60 with a $5 tip for a shampoo and cut, again. A full dye with highlights was $125.

I had an appointment that had been canceled because the stylist left early, but I was not informed until I walked in the door. They said they tried all 3 of my #s with no answer, but I had never been there before. They had a # to contact me because the appointment was made with a phone #. I was so disappointed.
