Went inFirst timer. Asked about some Salt Nic. Was told any of these up here is what I would recommend. He pointed to flavors then, blank bottles at the bottom. No further explanation. I needed coils also. I asked about those. They had what I needed. He asked about the juice. I felt like I was a bother, so I told him I will pass on the juice bit i need the coils. I asked the price of the coils and if there was a price break for the entire box. No..... Pft... Ok. Just 1 then. I will look elsewhere for juice and coils. Oh. Just found out that your shop does their juice Old School method. Blank bottles. Nic and Flavor added into the blank. Like It was a decade ago. It may be nice to know how you operate, considering No One Else does it this way anymore, besides VaporFi. They are also overpriced. But at least I got an explanation last time I was in there.... 5 years ago.. You see where this is going. I wish you luck in your future endeavors.

I bought a delta 8 disposable vape and it didn’t even work, I figured it wasn’t charged so I charger it up and it still doesn’t work. Went to return it, can’t because it’s opened, so that’s a waste of 40 bucks. Don’t recommend this place, used to like it but not anymore.

Pricing was average compared to similar places. Staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. Not too pushy to buy the upgraded kits & all that. This shop has plenty of parking and lots of juice flavors & sizes. Does not offer ways to taste or try out any of the flavors. (Like I have seen other shops offer)But overall very great shop & one I would recommend!

Juice selection is mostly ok. Their coil selection is also lacking. My biggest issue is how they price their juice. They dont price them individually but instead price them based on size. So you end up paying more for juices that would be cheaper elsewhere. Also all juices start at 0 mg so again they have to add the nicotine which you again pay more for. Whereas you go to other stores and get juice that has the nicotine in it already have found a way to keep the juice cheap and not charge extra fees. The store isnt terrible the people are nice but its definitely more of a last resort I wouldnt make this your go to shop

Husband bought an atomizer yesterday and went to put it in and its junk. They refused to replace it. So they sell junk and refuse to refund. Will never be back and I recommend yall pick a better business! 🤬🤬

Great place to get vapes

The clerk was friendly enough, and I like my first vape. I spent at least one days worth of pay in the shop to start with. Three weeks go by and now I have a vape with no replacement pods to be found. I should have done more research. They did have a lot of juice.

Staff is always welcoming, and the product line is always the best of the best. Ive been to a lot of vape shops, and none of them have the atmosphere, or customer service like this place. Even the owner will hang out in there and shoot the bull with you when he is there. Its home town service like this, that keeps me going back.

Guy working was super helpful. since im a creature oh habit i keep getting the same vape for the past like 3 to 4 years but no where really has it anymore and i lost it crowd surfing at a concert last night and needed a new one immediately but i know basically nothing about vapes. he was very simplistic with me yet explained things very well and helped me pick a new one that is as similar to what im used to as possible. very kind and personalable person. thank you for your help and recommendation!

Honestly I knew next to nothing about vape pens before I went there and the guy (Brandon I believe his name was) took his time and actually explained what I would get out of each different vape pen. He also helped me save money and recommended an amazing tasting juice with the right amount of nicotine. Couldn’t have been happier with my time in there. Would recommend to a friend.

Great store even for mech heads like me. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike some shops Ive been to they actually not afraid to answer some questions to help you stay safe either.

Didnt have what I was looking for, but offered to begin carrying it if I could get the brand name. Because I only knew the flavor, they looked it up and showed me a variety of bottles. Although we never discovered it and a friend showed me where he had obtained it himself, the staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. I will be back often.

This store is full of good people theyve answered any questions iv had without hesitation and if you have a vague idea of what youre looking for but cant decide theyre more than happy to help you choose 😊. I havent been disappointed yet!

I’ve bought multiple juices here and the juice is always good, they give great suggestions, the service is great, and they have the best prices around. Definitely recommend whether you’re a first time vaper or someone who is experienced.

This is by far the best vape shop around from quality to quantity. From the friendly staff and the owner. If you are new to vapeing or have been doing it for awhile this is the place to go. Ive been to jades, monkey vape, pucker fish and more and will never go back to any of them due to products and staff.

Greatest vape shop there is in my opinion. It has the biggest variety of flavors and many different models of vapes. Great place to go whether you are just starting to vape or have been for a while.

Fantastic vape shop. Have a lot of different juices and mods. A.c. does not work which makes it hard to be in and uncomfortable for the employees to stay in and also the customers.

This shop was ok service was a little helpful but I like the guys over at jade vapor 2 on ashland rd they have better prices and better service
