I’ve been coming here since I moved to Georgia back in October 2022. I love that they offer great deals and stay open late for all your vaping needs. I love all the people who work here and they’re always so kind and helpful. I’m changing my 4 star to 5 because I’ve been coming here for a while and can’t express one issue that Ive had. So they definitely deserve to have all the stars since I’ve experienced zero problems.

Great service and a knowledgeable staff. Unlike their friends in the clouds they actually employee people who have at least the first clue about the products they are selling. Not to mention their prices are better and so is the loyalty rewards program.I would highly recommend making these guys your go to vape stop unless you particularly like the snot nose little entitled brats who go out of their way to make you fell like your the burden during the course of their all important $10/hr job.

Isaiah and Zack are awesome people. They actually care for their clients and steer them in the right direction for what they particularly need. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Chris is really friendly and articulate! They have a good stock that responds to customer trends and this is one of the only xhale locations that answers the phone. This has become my favorite location!

I have been coming here for a few years, the staff is so helpful every time, they always give good recommendations regardless what you’re coming in for. I ALWAYS recommend Xhale City to friends instead of gas stations and convenience stores, you just can’t beat the customer service and the quality and selection of products; I pass multiple smoke shops on the way to this location! Just picked up some THCA here that is fantastic, will absolutely be back for more!

Came in to buy a few products and was helped by Isaiah. Knowledgeable and helpful.

I purchased my Freemax Solo vape mod on black Friday. I got a great deal. However after spending money on the mod I went to purchase coils and they do not carry the coils for the vape that I bought from them. The reason for the bad review is the fact that they have 6 of the same mods I have. How can you push a product and not carry the replacement parts for it. This doesnt make any sense. If you buy a vape from them you probably want to check that youll be able to get new coils.

Not sure about this place. Email only communication. Sent 1st email requested availability of a specific cigar brand. Mentioned I didnt see it on their website. They replied we dont ship that. End. Hmm. I didnt asked if they shipped, asked if they had it? Well, still awaiting their response. YMMV

Was told by the manager ion 11/9/23 that there was going to be a sale on Shorties Thursday 11/16/23. Go to shop and now sale ended 11/15/23?? Was told the date was a mistake and wouldn’t honor. Talking about bad faith… Hope other locations don’t operate in this manner.

Everyone here is always very helpful and friendly. I work an odd schedule and I love that they’re open late. More often than not they have what I need in stock and are quick to restock when they don’t.

Absolutely love the staff here and the products they sell. We come back pretty much every week and are beyond happy every time. Logan is great to talk to and I can’t say any more good things about them. If you need smoke shop products this is the best place for you

This place is awesome! Been there once and I’ll definitely come back. Huge selection. Got exactly what I wanted. The guy That helped me out was super friendly and knows how to work with customers and find a good selling point! That’s how a store should be run! 👌🏼

Unfortunately, after being a long customer of this particular Xhlae City location I will no longer be spending my money with this establishment.The young lady working the night of 08/16, gave me and my spouse a very hard time. My spouse and I were refused of service due to the lady taking our order showing blatant racism towards my spouse and I. From the moment we walked in the lady asks if we have a card to pay with? & we look puzzled and say yeah. She never asked us what we wanted, if we needed help, etc, but we informed her what we needed and she had an attitude while getting the items requested. When it comes to checkout the cashier/ csr asked for my ID & I presented my ID and she states ‘Can I bring it closer because she can’t see’ and I immediately think, there is Led Lights in here and too much stuff going around, I would rather you not touch my license. After that the young lady says to my spouse and I “You can just leave, I would rather not service you people”. You people as in who? The blacks. If you fear of a particular demographic you should not be in contact with anyone publicly or hold any customer service role. From the instance we walked in this lady presented horrible customer service and I will be returning to get in touch with a General Manager or CEO because, we did not deserve that service whatsoever.

Super dope shop, chill atmosphere as well. Lots of knowledge held by the associates there. Definitely reccomend this shop for any slight needs to major needs :) props to yall

My wife and I went to the Marietta location and we had a wonderful experience! They have great prices and a huge selection. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, Claire was great help. She took her time and answered every question we had. We wont shop anywhere else for all of our smoke and vape needs.

Been here a few times and everytime it has been a good experience. Workers are knowledgeable and know what they are talking about when it comes to the products in the store. Last few times ive come thru KJ was working, he did a great job and really got us what we needed.

Good selection but uninformed sales staff and horrific return policy on vapor kits. Was sold a kit that did not work, same staff were there when I came back to return it 13 days later was denied refund. They did offer credit which is always iffy

Wonderful little shop in a great location. Everyone here is helpful and very nice. Especially KJ and Rob. They were able to answer all questions and point us in the right direction. Would live to come again.

Great product, awesome customer service just had one down fall. I bought the bearded brand juice, Girl Scout thin mints and was told that it definitely had Mint taste but instead it tasted like old chocolate, definitely not using that juice again. I know the guy meant well but the juice was really bad tasting, other than that all is great.....

A great vape shop. They have a solid variety of juice and coils not to mention some good customer service. Ask them about their sales and specials!

Came in to stock up before this whole lockdown thing went into effect. Josiah was super friendly and super helpful. Id definitely say this shop is worth the stop!

My wife and I were just here and I had to say the music was spot on! Usually when we go into a smoke shop its all mainstream rap garbage. So hearing some metal/classic rock was super dope and definantly makes this location our go-to from here on out! Not to mention the guy at the counter was chill and very helpful! (Also much cheaper than Cloud9 down the road)

Nice shop. Lots of products. Kind, helpful, patient employees. Also they have a super essy reward program you can use.

The Manager, Lavar, did a great job helping me select the products he thought I might like. I was very pleased with the customer service I recieved from Xhale City on Caton Road in Marietta Ga! One great smoke shop near me.

Love this place!I always spend too much money. Lol! I went in for incense and ended up spending 80 bucks on some room spray, some hemp seed body lotion and a few other things. I did remember to grab my incense, 20 different flavors.You should go and see what they got. Im sure youll find what youre looking for and a half dozen other things youre not looking for but you must have. Thats exactly what happens to me everytime I visit! 💚😀💚

They sell inferior products with known issues with their products. A present of the Smok 22 for Valentines day leaked and then the firing pin didnt work. I just wanted it replaced. They said no refunds no returns pretty much deal with it. Unacceptable. They dont stand behind their products. Out 26 dollars spent unwisely at this store. 1 day of a leaking non firing product. No apologies nothing. Never will I spend money near there and if you do they will sell you a faulty product and not take it back after 1 day.

Came in here for one juice, that they didn’t have, and Jonathan helped me find a juice that was even better. He was very helpful and one of the nicest people I have encountered here. I am coming back to this store.

I usually dont give 5 stars unless something stood out to me, and today I went to purchase an item from this location and everything about the shop was normal like the other ones but one employee, I think his name was Devin if Im not mistaken, gave me exceptional customer service and I felt that he took extra time to explain to me the product and how it works and he made me feel like he actually cared about my experience shopping here and it was a breath of fresh air to receive good service from such a young employee.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten in my life. The employees here are super chill. Not to mention a pretty solid selection of various different things

There are about 30 vape shops within a 10 mile radius of my house and this one always has new stuff to try plus their reward program ends up saving me a good deal of money over each month. Plus they remodeled a couple weeks ago and it looks pretty wicked.

Nicest people a consumer can work with. A great atmosphere with a variety of product choices. I could go there everyday and find something new I like. The only problem is there are not enough Xhale Cities!!

Favorite smoke/vape shop! All the employees at both Kennesaw and Marietta location are always super nice and very helpful! Great selection of any kind of product you would need to find at a smoke shop. I highly recommend xhale city!

This place wont even stand behind a $12 part I do not recommend it to nobody. Poor customer service quality. I will definitely be changing to a different place and Im going to have a few of my other friends and stuff who go their stop going there as well

Buyer beware dont leave without making sure all is good. I bought a flicker which the cartridge didnt fit. So it was exchanged and Rob said it costs the same...dont lie and say it cost the same and then I found out it was cheaper. I called and even another store said thats not cool. Being lied to is not good customer service

Very consistent store, pretty good selection, prices are ok but the membership rewards program really makes up for it, plus they have buy one get one free days and stuff

Hadnt bought juice in a while, easily bought 20+ bottles of cbd before this, girl working tonight was juggling between me and another customer, didnt ask what MG of nick I wanted on a $40 bottle so I ended up going home and coughing my asthmatic lungs up, blame me if you want but I asked for juice not juice w/ nick and at every other smoke shop and literally every other time Ive been to this shop and the Cherokee one Ive been asked what mg... not to happy the one time Im to rusty to remember to specify they forget to ask, for all she knows i could have been a unsuspecting newbje, guess Im making the 6mi journey to the Cherokee shop from now on... they are awesome!

Your employee that was smoking a cbd blunt outside when I walked up recommended these off brand juul pods called cali pods. Swore they were better and didnt leak and they flooded my juul after just a few puffs. Wont be going there again for anything!

Went in there for a vape, not really sure what I wanted, and got really good recommendations from Chris so now I have lots on my list to try next.

WOW! This place has EVERYTHING! From glass pipes to water pipes, to vaping stuff to refills, everything you need for puffing or just decorating! If you are wanting to open a vape store, forget about it! This place will have you beat! Ridiculously awesome store!

I walked into this store and asked about the quality of a certain glass attachment... the short, brown haired guy with a goatee replied smartly ,that they didnt actually blow the glass in the back and we just go off a spec sheet from inventory....wow dude...and this whole time, he this guy was obviously training a young girl on like her first day...worst customer service ever received in a glass shop...plenty of better options in the area close by.

Always well stocked, AMAZING selection of various gummies, ejuice, coils, vapes etc etc. Very nice staff.

Xhale city is my favorite smoke shop, tons of locations, and the employees are always nice and helpful. Devon usually helps me out and he’s great.

Good set of guys in here, I stop in about five or six times a week in between jobs and raid their disposables. Disposable selection is huge and priced very nicely

The employees have no clue what their even selling you and when you try and return it, because it’s not right, literally one minute later, they tell you there’s nothing they can do about it and your stuck with something you don’t even need. NEVER SHOP HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Cool shop, some staff are pleasant and helpful. However I rate it one star because some items are a bit too over priced and doesnt take student discounts.
