Awesome store!! I called before I came looking for Hidden Hills brand. When I got there I was immediately greeted by Tyler. He lead my right to my options, made sure I put my phone number in to earn credits, and cashed me out. He was so kind and knowledgeable! Thank you Tyler! I will be back!

The shop is amazing. The staff is great. The space is enormous and the prices you can’t beat!

The bongs here are very artistic, I hope they all get sold, I walk pass this place everyday, and never knew they had unique bongs, very different, the young man who help me pick wraps was super cool, he wore a cape.

Whats super excited to check out their 24-hour new location on Cobb parkway. Unfortunately they said that their system was down and they couldnt serve me. This is the second time this has happened at this location in a row and I still havent been able to buy anything

Big store but always empty. You guys never restock any papers or cones after they are gone. Came 3 times left with nothing. Will never be back. Go to the Xhale off of windy hill. Don’t waste your time here

TYLER was AMAZING! This XHale location is always welcoming, clean, and hospitable. I am always greeted kindly and shown great products when i arrive, by the associates here. Tyler is the reason i will call this my home vape shop from now on. Forever thanks to the XHALE team!

This is one of the best vape shop around the area. The representatives are very helful and the prices and inventory are alot better than any other store I’ve been to.

Loved the comment short with answers and kind of rude literally every comment I have seen has been great for so many of the staff members. I hope this person sees this. Yeah. They ID like border patrol. You realize what can happen if they DONT? Think about it. Kids try and get a hold of this stuff. They not only have to protect their jobs, but worse can happen. Undercover stings DO EXIST! Everytime Ive been in there, they have been amazing! Especially Abby! She is always so kind and helpful and sweet and I love her to bits! She knows what she is talking about about and if she doesnt, she finds out! She needs a raise for putting up with people who like to complain about nonsense! Very professional, does their job properly, everything is amazing!

The staff here is great. Store is large, good innovatory, good prices, I can only imaging running a business like this in Cobb county (Cobb sucks 2nd to Gwinnett) is difficult at best so I commend them on dealing with anything Cobb government.

Logan was very helpful and understanding even tho he had others waiting on him. A lady got mad at him about someone else leaving the store and he didn’t fret. He helped me then her.. That situation actually made me buy more stuff. Thanks Logan.. I’ll be back for my Halloween discount!!!

The stores are always well stocked so no matter which you go-to you can find what you need. What makes it good or meh experience are the employees and today was a great experience. Logan helped me find exactly what I was looking for on the spot and had me on my way in 5 min,he also took the time to show me an amazing glass art piece on the way out and Im glad he showed it to me it was epic! The store was very clean and nice, but the ladies behind the counter were very short with me and kind of rude. One of them inspected my ID like a border agent but I get she is just doing her job. Would not go back.
