Blue Nile hookah & Vapor

My wife and I visited for my birthday to enjoy some hookah. The lady who helped us (didn’t catch her name but she has red hair) was very (very) nice and made sure the coals were fresh! The only thing that could make the experience better - 5 stars, was the music (preference) and commercials (but, hey I get it) and the pillows in the seating could be better but overall very chill and great experience! We will definitely be back!

Marco was so nice. I needed help figuring out why my hookah wasnt pulling and he took the time to deconstruct and it and put back together to figure out what the issue was. The place was cozy, clean and had a lot of hookah products. 5/5 would recommend.

I tried 1 pull for the 1st time and it was cool. Im not a smoker, so once and done for me. The vibe was nice and chill, the customer service was great, and learned alot.

Was really great on the beginning to have a hookah shop with a pretty good selection near my home. But the big problem is, you never know when they are open. The sign says they open at noon. Ive been there at noon, 3pm, 7pm just today at 6 but there was a sign stating they would be back at 6:10. I waited until 6:20 but no one came. The open sign is on but the door is locked. Guys you have to do better there were 4 other people tonight but the doors were locked.

One of the worst experience. There were two mexican teenagers who were really stupid enough to not take care of the customers. They were laughing at us and speaking in spanish. I really do not understand why this kind of people are hired for these kind of customer representative positions

This place is awesome! The owners were so helpful to us. They showed us exactly what we needed and helped us thru the entire process. Extremely friendly! We will definitely be back and will only by our future supplies from them!

Hookah was very nice, but they play the same music over and over lol and the place was so small it had no crowd.

I just went and bought a hose for my hookah the new management was very welcoming and helped me with everything i needed , the place is new and improved and I’m here for it . And it’s also a hookah lounge now

Not very pleased they were selling stuff to my 17 year old son.

Have been there twice now at 2pm and now 5:40pm and store wasn’t open either time. Hours say open but the store was locked up and the lights off. Probably won’t give them another shot.

Great Place To Chill Out ,Nice And Polite Staff ,Best Hookah In Town Come And Try It No Regrets 100% all Flavors what ever you ask for its there....soft drinks ....hot drinks coffe tea.... ....Finally, a coffee that makes you feel like you are sitting in a quiet music store with good lighting...a very comfortable session, a family atmosphere.
