They have a good selection of vapes,but I was up there at 10:00am(when theyre supposed to be open) They didnt open. I stayed there until about 10:15am and I left. I found another vape store about 3 miles away. Id rate them average because of the delay on opening the store at the displayed time according to Google maps.

One of the few places that still carries equipment and parts for plain old school vaping. Very friendly staff. Cant say Ill ever visit again but the way from europe is just a tad far I guess. All the best to these guys.

Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable where picking the device and oil that best suits the customer. I never go anywhere else for my vape and alternate smoking needs

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting your store for the first time during our recent business trip to Memphis. She was in need of some E-Juice, and I was searching for kratom. To our delight, my wife ended up purchasing three bottles, and they all exceeded our expectations.Although there were only a couple of brands of kratom on the shelf, with the others yet to be put out, the Owners Daughter, who was working that night, went above and beyond to assist us. Bad timing or could be bad luck but went into the store 11/20/2023 spent a good amount of money inside the store because they actually had wat I wanted its was a great place, (did not get a receipt)!!!!but a day later 11/22/2023 my card declined for sum odd reason , me sitting amazed not understanding why.. I looked into my bank account and seen some one had withdrawn all my funds...and not only that its the day before Thanksgiving, yea my luck... so I digged a lil deeper and they actually withdrawn from a bank down the street from this establishment... huh I could be wrong but I could be right... it just too much of a coincidence... never leave without a receipt never know what information could be used off there. nevered had a problem like this, and for it to happen simultaneously

I love them i always come to them but recently just bought a Mike Tyson vape and it’s like smoking on its own & allKinda weird stuff doesn’t keep charge , definitely taking it back it’s literally been a day

The guy working was patient and helpful. I can be a bit difficult as a customer honestly but he worked well with me lol. The kratom there was unfamiliar to me but after trying it I am relieved it works well. The prices are inexpensive and worth the money. Would shop there again if in the area 😁

I was really impressed with the entire shop. The inventory was really large for such a small place. Customer service was awesome. Barbara really spent time with me showing me all my options. And the prices were more than reasonable. Ill definitely be back!

They charge taxes then the lady be talking about a 3.5% charge on your card when you pay but the receipt says something else it only happens with her they are a rip off to the community that supports them next time I’ll try BBB BBB they get paid twice

Buyer Beware. I was sold a used mod and tank that was warranted as new. There are no posted signs indicating all sales are final, nothing printed on the receipt to that effect. The unit does not charge batteries properly, the screen glitches, and the tank leaks slowly. When I took it back, I was told I could exchange it for another selection of equal or lesser value but could not get a refund. In addition, I never got a straight answer whether or not Id receive back the difference in price for an order of lesser value. (the new plan was to use an old, dependable mod I already had with a new tank) The clerk on duty called the owner who seemed to show no real interest in retaining a would-be loyal customer. I did not bring my batteries and the store had none on hand to test the unit against my claims. In the end, I was told I had seen the item in the condition it was and though I had asked specifically whether the item in question was a return or used and told at the time of sale, that it was new, tough luck. I was told to come back next Thursday to speak with the owner.So to sum this experience up, I was defrauded and then told to wait almost week for any potential satisfactory resolution. Unless you want to buy it twice, I do not recommend Cloud 9 Smoke & Vape Shop on 376 N. Cleveland in Memphis, Tennessee.

Bought an elf bar here, got home and realized it looked different than my old one. Scanned the QR code and it was definitely fake. Shady.

This Cloud 9 location is the best place to get anything you need in regards to smoking. Barbara helped me get something I couldn’t find anywhere else in town, and was very nice to talk to. She is a person that I hope to see when I walk in the door, she always brings a smile to my face. She’s the sister I never had, the mother I always wanted. Im not from the Memphis area, but whenever I come through, I always make sure to stop by Cloud 9. There are great deals, interesting flavors, and the lady is always ready to answer my questions no matter how dumb they may seem!

Cloud 9 is the BEST Smoke Shop out there! I will drive to this place from Hernando Mississippi just to get my vape juice, pods, and my favorite is the awesome variety of Delta 8 products. I did NOT expect the Delta 8 products to be that good, but WOW! I love the pre rolls and the gummies. I will definitely continue driving from Hernando to Memphis because this place is so worth it, and I absolutely LOVE Barbra! She has the best outgoing personality and is always so helpful. Love this place!

Got charged for a bottle of juice that never made it to the bag. If you need to buy a glass piece for tobacco, maybe try your luck here, otherwise go anywhere else in the area for juice and pods and disposables

Bethany Jean is THE BEST! She went above and beyond during my pop-in on Cleveland and I will definitely be back! This place is a head shop with some vape juice. The staff had no idea what they are talking about when it comes to vaping anf they didnt even habe a very common type of coil. But if youre looking for a bong they got you.
