I had the IPL laser done to my neck by Val and he did an amazing job! The procedure is painless and only took 20 minutes. He’s very nice and professional and I really enjoyed talking with him. I had mild-moderate skin damage and within 1.5 weeks I see great results. Thanks Val!!

I also had some facial contouring with a couple different fillers and I am very pleased. Not cheap but considerably less expensive than the Seattle area. Very nice place, Very clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I did the lazer hair removal 6 treatments but I havent seen any reduction with my hair growth. Thought 6 treatments would help, but they did not. Found out after going to another place that lazer does not work on light colored hair...no one at flawless told me this. Now I know why it did not work.

Highly recommend going to see Carlee at Flawless. Not only does she have the sweetest personality but her skills are on point. I’ve been seeing her for a while getting Botox, lip filler and now doing Morpheus 8 treatments. Carlee will recommend but never do more than what is good for you. She answers any questions and makes you feel at ease. Always a fun time. Love this about her! The staff at Flawless is always friendly as well.

Ive had a total of two visits to Flawless Reflections for Laser Hair Removal and everything has been exceptional! The location is very clean and the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer you refreshments while you wait. (But There is no wait, because they are ALWAYS on time). Ivy, the laser technician, is professional, friendly, and very observant. She is always checking to make sure I am feeling good during the treatment. I waxed for over 7 years and I was very nervous to start laser hair removal because of many horrible stories that I have heard. BUT, I am beyond grateful that I found a place where I am having such an amazing experience and amazing results. I will not stop telling people about my wonderful experience!

I had a 2 hour massage!! I felt like it was a reasonable price for an amazing experience! I loved how she used hot towels on my really tight muscles and it was overall very relaxing and therapeutic! Im excited to try some of the other services!!

Great staff and such detail to their work. I have been trying to find a good place to get my eyebrows waxed for a long time. My skin is sensitive so I usually break out in bumps after getting waxed and I cant stand it. I had no issues like that after getting my eyebrows and lip done. Ill definitely be coming back!

Im so disappointed in this place! I went there for botox, no issues, so I went back for fillers in my cheeks for the first time in a year. Unfortunately I cannot afford these sort of treatments often and had been saving for quite awhile to be able to do so. At the time I told,I think Rochelle, that the angel of the filler was off. One cheekbone looks like it goes up 40 degrees and and the other 50 degrees. She assured me that it was swelling and I asked if that would be the case already, she assured me thats all it was. She also said that I should come back in 2 weeks and she would “even it up.” Fast forward two weeks, the swelling had gone down and it was still uneven to a noticeable extent. A few days after I began to have swelling/pain in one side and I started to just feel awful, intermittent fever etc. I went to my dr and I have a pretty significant infection in my right cheek that has been so painful. My Dr gave me antibiotics and I am starting to finally feel better. I called to let them know both situations and had previously scheduled a follow up for the unevenness.Now, I understand the documents that I signed. I am not threatening to sue or anything like that but given the circumstances I expected a bit of grace at the time of my follow up. I asked about it over the phone. The first person I spoke with was rather short and said that of course I would be charged full price for the fillers needed to even out my face after my infection resolved. She also stated that no one’s face is completely “even” so it happens that people frequently need a to have it fixed. Frequently!? Aren’t they trained to compensate? Also, it was the placement of the filler, not that one side needed more than the other. I called again to speak with the person who injected the filler and explained my situation. The person on the phone understood what I was saying and said she “didnt have anything to say to that” then we sat in silence. So I asked her to pass on a message. I do not have over a grand to spend on more filler so I am left with an uneven face I suppose. The impression I have is that they do not care at all and take no responsibility in their mistake and just dont care.A few things to note. I followed the aftercare instructions to a t. And I had the exact same product one year ago without any issues. Please beware! I feel like I was set up to just keep spending money until I can save up to feel ok about how I look again!

Easy scheduling system, wonderful and helpful staff, and it doesnt hurt that they offer complimentary wine while you wait for your appointment! Massages have been detailed and comfortable. Laser hair removal is almost painless and super quick. Facials are relaxing and make you feel super pampered. Highly recommend!

Came here for laser hair removal and let me first say that the spa itself is wonderful. Its incredibly clean, beautiful, and staffed by extremely friendly people. As a first-timer at a med spa, I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Five stars in that regard. However, the reason why I am giving three stars overall is because the laser hair removal treatments ultimately didnt do a lot for me. When I initially inquired about laser hair removal, I was fairly skeptical as I am a natural blonde. However, when I spoke to the staff at Flawless Reflections about it, I was led to believe that the laser machines that they use (Quanta) would be able to get rid of my body hair - it would likely just take more sessions. After 11 consecutive monthly sessions, I am sad to say that none of my body hair actually went away. It thinned out quite a bit/is no longer quite as coarse (which does make shaving easier and quicker overall), but in no way did the treatments actually make the hair stop growing.I am writing this review so that other natural blondes can make an informed decision, and also to let the staff at Flawless Reflections know that they should probably give blondes a little bit more realistic of expectations. I know that everyone is different, but I dont feel that they should have told me that I should have expected my hair to stop growing. I felt confident that Id get the results that I wanted, but now I feel as though I mostly wasted nearly $3k. I wanted to give another package a shot, but I ended up moving back to Colorado. Now that Im here, I will not bother with another med spa. I dont want to potentially waste more money, and the long-term laser exposure has me concerned about my skin.If youre a blonde and youre OK with the potential of your body hair only thinning out without it actually going away, then give this a shot. Im happy to hear that others have had great results, that just wasnt the case with me, unfortunately!

I want to cry as I leave this review. I want to cry because Van has done such an amazing job on my face with the pigment removal laser that the brown spots on my cheeks, that have destroyed my self esteem for years, are gone. Not just faded but GONE after two sessions. I can’t stop looking at myself in the mirror. It sounds so vain but what he has been able to do is a life changer.I’ve seen Van for Botox, filler, and laser treatments. He’s amazing at everything he does.Also, I recently saw Rachelle to top up the filler in my smokers lines, because I couldn’t get my schedule to coincide with Van’s. It happens. Rachelle is equally as amazing. She’s funny, knowledgeable, and my lips look great!I can’t say enough about every aspect and person at Flawless Reflections. Thank you!

First off when you enter it is so clean and put together so well. The staff at the front were very polite and professional.I had my laser hair removal session with Ivy and she is AMAZING! She gave me a chance to ask as many questions before during and after. She was very knowledgeable and great at putting you at ease (it was my first time). The actual process was a breeze. Though I received to text mesaage the day befor and day of appointment. They said I had no appoinment. They said the could fit me in in about 20 minutes then after 20 minutes sat me in chair for pedicure but nobody came by after 40 minutes. I just left

BEST LASER HAIR REMOVAL EVER!!! Whoever said that is doesnt work is straight up lying. You need minimum 6 to 8 treatments to remove about 90% of the dark hair on your body. After only onetreatment I already dont need to shave my armpits anymore. However, I am Hispanic so my hair can be darker than the average person. It may have worked better on me for that reason. I did the full body and Im so happy I did. I cannot wait to see where Ill be six treatments from now. I felt absolutely no pain for the first treatment as well! So happy!

I was impressed during the 6 months of laser hair treatment time coming into Flawless Reflections. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. During my treatments, I could see results and was happy with everything. I barely had to shave once a month to go in for my appointments.Although, within 2 months after my treatments finished, the results were as if I had no laser hair treatments at all. I still have to shave every week (or probably twice a week once summer starts) and Im not very happy about it. I understand that everyone has different results, but I feel like Ive wasted my money, because there is no difference from when I started.I had even referred a friend to get laser hair removal there, and she was excited and happy about it at first too, but again has the same experience where she doesnt see any changes now that her treatments are over... Its not just me...I called the office and asked if there was anything they could do and just told me that they dont guarantee their treatments will work and I should pay for touch up treatments or the full thing again. Again, I get it that it might not be perfectly bare after the 6 treatments, but I would still expect to see positive results, when I was told it should last 10-15 years!

I’ve been going to Flawless Reflections since it opened and I absolutely love it. I am a physician assistant and completely trust Van. I have had the best results with my laser hair removal and Botox. I grew up in North Scottsdale and have had some work done out there but the results were never this good. I went to my first appointment there yesterday. When I walked in everyone was very nice and helpful. The bathroom was clean as well as the rest of the place. Everyone there was really friendly. I don’t remember my techs name but she let me ask as many questions about laser as I needed before and after and made the process so easy and it was practically pain free. My consultation was with Van, he took his time to explain products and procedures, and never over sold services. He educated me to where I now understand what my goals are moving forward. Absolutely FANTASTIC. The massages I usually experience are all over body massage as focus, with the painful knots as a side note. Monica found every terrible knot without me saying a word, and while she gave excellent attention and care to each one, she did not skimp on the overall massage. It was exactly what my body needed and she knew that because she listened to my body. The most amazing massages are ones customized to the individual, and Monica knew how to customize the massage to my particular issues, even addressing the pain from my TMJ!!! Monica has been doing this for quite some time and it shows. I cant wait to come back with my husband next time!

Please, do yourself a favor if, you go here …keep track of every package you buy. The girls are great, however… they failed to notify me when I surpassed my package. I thought I was all paid and up to date. I wasn’t! Apparently there was some confusion and I was hit with a high bill at a bad time. I have decided to take my business where ALL transactions are transparent. I need clear and concise bookkeeping.

These girls were professional and knowledgeable making my experience a delightful one. In the past I have found places like this to be pushy and sales target oriented. This place was the opposite. I received laser hair removal for the first time. They were very professional and explained the process in detail. They made me feel very comfortable. My only suggestion for improvement is to change the website when booking and clarify that when purchasing the laser hair removal that the price is for each area. For example, it is $100 for under arms and an additional $100 for bikini line.

I had the procedure microneedling done on my face yesterday. So far so good. Only a little redness and tightening of my skin. I go for two more treatments spaced 4 weeks apart to get the best possible results. Van is amazing. He walks you through the whole procedure before during and post op. I recently moved here about a month ago from Georgia. I made an appointment with Flawless Reflections for a Oxygen facial and to have Botox in my upper lip (also known as upper lip flip). The Oxygen facial was amazing and my face looked and felt wonderful. I’m sorry I don’t remember the girls name that did it. Carlee was the one who did my Botox. She was so professional and asked if I was doing alright during the entire procedure. Please keep in mind Ladies…..needles hurt! No matter if your having Fillers or Botox done they are poking a needle into your skin and it’s going to hurt. Remember “no pain no gain”. Carlee was very gentle with me and made my procedure a very comfortable one. Not too mention she made my upper lip look fantastic. I will definitely be back!! Thank you Ladies.

I went for my first time to Flawless Reflections to get dermaplaned! It was my first time getting dermaplaned as well. I have Ivy and she was the absolute sweetest and was so quick and made the process seem so easy! She was very knowledgeable and was just so kind! I love the price of the massage. $65 an hour, but the massage lady was awful. They did not have hypoallergenic oils only scented, which broke my back out. I have sensitive skin. They wash their bedding in scented detergent, so I brought my own bedding. They should really wash it non scented detergent. The head rest was uncomfortable. The roller she put under my legs was only half on. My arms were hanging off the bed, where my arm went to sleep. I asked for her go deeper on my knots and she said your muscles are jumping. First off I am paying you to give me a massage. If I want you to go deeper, go deeper. I asked her to massage my thighs, she said she did not feel knots, so she would not massage there. It was super fast. Rushed hour massage. I will not go there again. Felt like I did not get my knots or tight muscles worked out. Felt the same way before massage when I left. I would have gone to my massage therapist, but she was booked up. She takes the time to adjust the head rest and put the roller under my legs. She moves my arms to my side or hanging off the table when she is working on a certain part on my back. When I say deep, she goes deep. She does not say no. She does not minus minutes from your massage. If she starts at 3pm she ends at 4pm, but she does not count the time until you are changed and feel good on the bed before the time starts. I had a wonderful experience here. The office is beautiful and very clean, and the staff is nice. Its hard to find a place like this where the staff isnt snobby or judgey, so thats a HUGE plus.I had my first PRP microneedling procedure done here and even though Im only on day three, Ive already noticed a reduction in my pores. The skin on my face is still dry and tight but the fact that I can already see a difference tells me that the procedure was done correctly. My provider (I wish I could remember her name, Ill update once I know) was super communicative during the whole process, which put me at ease. I cant wait for my next session!Update: Its been almost two months since my 2nd microneedling. Ive attached before and after photos. I still have one more session to go but the results are amazing!

I didn’t really love my experience here, the price is great but the service I got didn’t work, so it was a total waste of money. I followed all instructions and even reached out to see what else I could do, but they basically told me to waste my money more with them. And to try again, I didn’t see why I would do that when I saw zero results. I got spider vein removal done on my thighs and was told it would only take one session, maybe two to get any extra gone, but I don’t see why I would go back for a second when I didn’t see ANY results from the first. I doubt I’m going to try any other place now because I don’t want to waste my money😔 which is unfortunate because I would really like my spider veins to be gone

I scheduled an appointment here because they had good reviews.I had a consult with Racheal Dunham.She knew what I wanted, the area that needed treated. She also told me they had a special $300 off. It wasnt until after the injection($800), when I looked in mirror and saw there was NO CHANGE TO THE AREA I SPECIFICALLY WENT IN FOR.When I stressed my concern, she told me to come back next week.When i went up to pay, I didnt get $300 off either.I was extremely dissaointed in my experience

If there were 10 stars Id give 10. I was such a chicken to get laser hair removal but finally got the courage when a neighbor went here to have it done and said it didnt hurt. The staff was so welcoming and friendly and must have had special training to deal with chickens like me. My neighbor was right, it didnt hurt.

I feel so bad for Fantasia Baltimore and yet now feel compelled to tell my own story.I was told about Van and Flawless reflections by multiple friends. Laser hair removal can be an uncomfortable, vulnerable process and I was reluctant to try it. So having such good recommendations put me at ease. The price was right so I thought I would give it a try.When the session started, I noticed that he didnt wear gloves. I thought this was odd but didnt know any better. After the session started I mentioned to Van that if I like a service I will tell everybody. He then told me about another client of his who was raving about the Vag Rejuvenation she received. I had heard about Vag Rejuvenation but didnt know what it was so I asked Van. He started describing the process and the candidates whom it helps. What was strange, and extremely uncomfortable, was as he was describing the parts of the body that are addressed in the procedure he was eventually touching those parts on my body. Even worse, he then put his finger inside my body unannounced and without warning - no gloves or washing - to describe the internal benefits of the procedure. I froze in shock. We were discussing a medical procedure but it felt so wrong. I regret not saying anything immediately. Is this my own insecurity? Can he do this? Hes not wearing gloves!At the end of the appointment, just as Fantasia described, he rubbed generous amounts of Aloe Vera on my body. My legs, stomach, and between my legs. It was so uncomfortable. He wanted to keep going but I told him, Im ok. and got up.Since then Ive talked to multiple other clients and other medical professionals. Of the other clients, none received a rub down of Aloe Vera rubbed on them. I thought I was the only one until I read Fantasias review. However, one of my friends reported an uncomfortable second visit where Van also touched her inappropriately. She has since cancelled her remainder sessions. The medical professionals I spoke to all said the same thing - He CANNOT touch your body without your authorization beyond the necessity of the services you purchased and he CANNOT, under any circumstances, put his fingers inside you. That is reserved for specialized doctors or providers under very particular and known circumstances.I cant stop thinking about this experience and fear that others are experiencing or may experience something similar. I had more appointments scheduled with Van but have since cancelled all of them and was able to get my money refunded.Steer clear of this company. Steer clear of Van. At the very least, he is taking advantage of clients who are in a compromised and vulnerable position.

Its almost impossible to find a Med Spa willing to charge per unit of Botox vs. entire syringes. The Dr. did a amazing job. No bruising,.I could see results the next day. Highly recommend.

They require you to sign an arbitration agreement,which means that if you have a malpractice complaint you are responsible for your own court costs and give up your right to a jury. Ive been to many med spas and never had to sign anything like this. A lot of people may not understand what theyre signing. Made me exceedingly uncomfortable and Im wondering why they feel the need for this protection. Make your own choices, but this made me very uncomfortable.The spa itself looked clean and nicely decorated, would have liked to have had service here
