The front desk was very nice in accommodating the last minute couples massage. The masseuse that I had did a fantastic job and my wife said hers was very old as well. We used to go to other places but will be coming back here when we need another massage.Highly recommend

I scheduled a group massage (4) for my daughter’s birthday today. Initial contact was pleasant with the front desk representative. We were ushered to the group massage room to undress and prepare for our Swedish massages. Everything seemed to be going well. The therapists came in once we were covered and ready. They actually did a great job on our massages and we felt rejuvenated. We got dressed and went to the front to make payment of $70 each. She immediately asked for tips. I told her we’d be paying balance ($280) only and individuals can decide to tip or not. She says well they worked really hard and no tip?! Two ladies gave tips. I was taken aback as tips are optional, and requesting tips is unheard of. I had no problem offering, but the demand for such definitely made me change my mind. Next thing I know she literally runs to the back and 3 male massage therapists come to the front demanding tips from us! We were absolutely shocked, extremely uncomfortable as women and truly felt intimidated. We left immediately. Unfortunately, they turned a good experience into a bad one, so they just lost 4 customers who will not be returning for the bullying experience they provide.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a deep tissue massage at Thai Luxury, and it was outstanding! From the moment I walked in (it was a drop-in), I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel right at home.The deep tissue massage itself was exceptional. Jack the therapists technique was perfect, applying just the right amount of pressure which was hard and strong to relieve my muscle tension without causing discomfort. I could tell that the therapist was highly skilled and knowledgeable about the human body, as they were able to target all my problem areas effectively.I also added the cupping which I highly recommend.Will be back for sure.MC

This was me and my friends first time here, and our experience was excellent. I booked two foot reflexology appts for us. We were attended to quickly by friendly and courteous staff. Our masseuse did an excellent job, were very professional, and exceeded our expectations. The price was also very decent for the great service that they provided. The business was clean, beds were comfy, lighting was just the right dimness, and the music was very relaxing. The only minor downfall is that they have curtains instead of walls, so if you have a customer who likes to talk a little too much or forget to turn off their cellphone, youll likely hear it. However, this is no fault of the business, and I would highly recommend this place if you want to destress. We will definitely be coming back for another massage.

Very professional. I had a nasty kink and they were able to get it most the way out. I also got the cupping to get some of the buildup out. A little on the higher priced side but I was fairly impressed especially being a walk in.

We just got through having a very nice massage.. We’ve been to many locations that do Thai massages and this is by far one of the best. I was able to relax and enjoy the massage to its full extent. Lucy, Applied the perfect amount of pressure. We will be coming back again very soon.

I got a really good massage here with my girlfriend. However, the price for 1 hr is 80$, with the 20% discount it was 64$. However, during the session they said that our shoulders were tight and should do cupping. Cupping wasn’t extra time and ended up costing 80 extra dollars(40 each). So although it was a great massage we left feeling ripped off.did not mention the price.

This place is heaven on earth. I got the one hour deep tissue massage, the foot detox and cupping on my back. The massage was perfectly done and very much performed in a professional but casual way. The cupping unbigged my back over nite. Thanks for giving me the best massage.

My massager asked me 3 times of I wanted to do cupping after I laying face down on the massage table; it felt pressuring. I did the hot stone. It was my first time doing hot stones and it was enjoyable. Overall, the first time customer promo was a good value. Pro tip, if you prefer a man or woman masseuse, make sure to make the request at the beginning.

I’ve been here twice and each time the therapist delivered amazing massage. I tried the deep tissue and the lomi-lomi. I also added cupping which helped release some tension on my neck and shoulder.When you enter, you are greeted by a very friendly front desk who will ask what you need or if you have some areas that you’d like to focus on. Then he will give recommendations on which massage treatment is appropriate for you.The treatment rooms are clean and relaxing.Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for massage treatments that are effective, relaxing, and affordable.I plan to go back again when i’m in town.

It was one of the worst massages I’ve had. I am a massage therapist. I had Kevin as my therapist. He was running the front desk and he gave me my massage. He seemed distracted and left the room numerous times. The shade for the door kept opening their was a lot of noise. Cabinets were slamming.

This is the first time I got foot massage. Its quite relaxing and comfortable during the massage. Its really friendly to newer who never try foot massage before. Not too heavy or too soft, you can tell them what you feel whenever you like. Perfect!

Happy with the experience. I like to go to H Mart so it’s convenient that the place is right next door. The people at the front desk speak English and were able to speak to my massage therapist and express my preferences. I got the 60 minute luxury massage which was more like a traditional Asian massage. The therapist was professional and focused on my lumbar area and my legs like I asked. I wasn’t personally crazy about the stone massage add-on. I’ve had hot stone done before and the technique is a little bit different than what I’m used to. It felt nice but it did take up time that I would’ve rather had utilized on my focus areas. I feel good today, a little sore but in a good way. Overall I’m very happy with the experience and I would go back again. The staff is very accommodating and friendly here the environment is very nice and the massage is competent.

This place is amazing! I had Lucy as my therapist, we started with foot reflexology and detox, special touch of hot stone. Then, we went to Thai table where I had a 1 hr Thai massage, which it was fantastic. I came in with low back pain for the past 3 weeks and I left the table with 90% less pain. I’m very happy with the place how clean, cozy and professional they’re. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed. I’m coming back next week for sure! :)

My massage was yesterday at 5/6@ 5pm. My massage tech left the room 4 times! This disrupts the relaxation and flow of the massage. After that I received the foot detox, that I was left soaking in cold water for about 15mins🤔. After he said you are done handed me a towel and walked out. No drying, no lotion! So very disappointing and should have asked for a reduced rate but lesson learned. No little sketchy massage places for anymore. Reviews deceived me!This was by far my worst experience having a massage EVER!

I regularly visit this spot in Mesa to correct what the world has done to me.For $60+ tip you can have an hour long massage youve needed for years and didnt know.Or if youre like me, $110+ tip for the correction of physical and mental trauma that has taken such a major toll on the body, that cups, hot stones, and a major beating are the only ways to mend your broken body.These people have corrected Acute Torticollis, extreme back pain, and my disfuncional hips. I will forever recommend them. Cash or Zelle preferred, but can take card. They also do couples massages. Seriously, go to this place. I swear my neck looks longer after going, every time. 😂

So I was a little leery to get a massage here when I scrolled through the pictures, but my mom had scheduled the massages. Not sure exactly what I was expecting as I have never had a Thai massage. This is not your traditional massage where you get undressed under a sheet/blanket on a table. The bed was the size of a queen mattress and I was only given a bath towel to cover up with (good thing I didnt get completely undressed). The private rooms are not completely private. They have curtains pulled which separate each room. I could hear the other person talking to my mom in the room next to us. I was expecting the masseuse to use oils of some sort but I think it was just lotion purchased at a local grocery store. When I have received traditional massages, the masseuse typically leaves a hand on your body when moving around the room so you know where they are (especially when your facing down). My masseuse left the room 2 times and didnt say anything which made me a little uncomfortable. On the plus side, the masseuse did do a decent job. He did hit the pressure points in my neck and shoulders. I appreciated the warm towels. I also asked if he could work on my feet and he was attentive to my needs. I will say that many of the reviews state how they try to upsell other services and that was the case with us as well. They asked us when we checked in if we wanted hot stones and both my mom and I said no. But partially through our massages, we were both told we were so tight and that hot stones would be beneficial. Again, we both had to say no. Overall, the experience was OK, just not great.

This was maybe one of the greatest experiences of my life. The calming spa atmosphere was incredible, their care, the ambience was amazing the massage so calming. I feel like I’m walking on clouds of peace. As I was being massaged I felt complete peace and tranquillity as I planned my next visit! I will definitely be a repeat customer

Seriously amazing. I had the 60 minute massage with hot stones, it was great priced and soooooo incredible. I’m very boney, I don’t have much fat, so massages tend to be on the more painful side for me but I told them I wanted it soft and it was just that! It was soft but there was pressure applied when necessary. I was in so much pain prior to coming in, and I left with 0 pain, I feel great! The employees are all so so so nice and welcoming. 10/10 recommend.

I went here twice. The first time I had young man and young lady do a good job and they were nice.The next time the older lady was fairly rude acted like she didn’t want me there.The younger lady was fairly rough on the pressure points causing internal pain to my organs. Reflexology effects the body and I guess they are unaware of damaged cause by applying to much pressure.Just wanted to give feedback for community.Like I said one visit was positive and the other wasn’t so Idk. I probably won’t return.I mean that in the nicest way no disrespect just being honest.

Sorry folks but it depends on who does the massage here. It is not a true reflexology massage because the individual never studied the correct techniques. Watch the time because I was jipped almost 10 mins! The water was only like warm, no hot towel, no stones, not much lotion, a lot of nada for 50 mins.My 5 year old son could do better and not charge 40 dollars for about one hour.
