Great place! Their selection of mods, parts and accessories is pretty impressive and OF COURSE their juice is phenomenal. As if this isn’t enough to earn them 5 stars, they’ve got a foosball table! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and I’d give them a sixth star if I could.

The manager Joe was very knowledgeable and greeted me immediately upon walking into the door. The store is not only kept very clean but it has everything for your vape/smoker needs!

This place sucks! Sold me expired juice that tasted horrible! They never have my juice or pods in stock! The staff there are super rude! He didnt wanna exchange expired juice for me. Dont ever go there!

I walked in with my Smok vape, which I was having problems with, and they were so helpful. Found out that the leaking that has always happened with my Smok vapes was not okay. Ive bought several Smoks and I believe thats always what I had gone for. Tony helped me, though, took the time to explain that that is a common complaint of Smoks and that they shouldnt be leaking. He showed me a Geekvape, and I love it. Their price on vape juice and coils are reasonable, and they are always helpful and friendly. I even go out of my way to go in for my juice. So Blue dragon is under new ownership I went in today and multiple items I needed were not in stock but kelly was absolutel amazing about suggesting alternative items and making sure I got what I needed when I found out the juice price had gone up I was a little frustrated and expressed my frustration she took down my number and called me to let me know she spoke with owners and that they fixed the price going forward. kellys customer service was superb and she is the reason I will continue to keep coming back also I appreciate the new ownership willing to listen to customers and work with customers to make them happy. truly grateful and love this place and will someone make kelly a manager she deserves it!!

This is my favourite vape store! I have shopped here since like 2019 when I moved to the Area in Mesa and the lady on Sundays is super awesome! They went out of their way to order 1.2 ohm coils for me because they were out of stock for so many weeks and the lady bless her heart admitted that! I get coils and juice and even my several last vape pens from this store! This photo is my Drag X Pro from 8/20/2022 purchased there (case cover from Amazon) and it still has not failed with around 94,000 puffs recorded so far .

Always a pleasurable experience. Nice tidy, stocked, and well kept shop with a ton of options for devices and juices at extremely competitive prices compared to my last go to company. The staff have always been absolutely helpful and very friendly every time I have come in. Highly recommended with my experiences. Im glad I happened to come into one of their shops in a pinch over my usual shop at the time... Theyve gained a customer for as long as I still vape.

I found this store when I was in Mesa visiting my daughter. Now that I’m back in Seattle, I order from them regularly and their customer service is A-1! I only wish I could view a full list of their inventory online. I just keep reordering what I got when I was there. Their in house brand of juice is also really good quality!

They aregreat at customer service, knowledgeable about products and good guidance on what product would be best use for our use. Prices are standard & house juice is pretty good, love their tigers blood and mega melons is a great hit!

I stopped in the other day for help finding a coil and the the taller tattooed gentleman wasn’t able to help being the owner of the location supposedly The few times I have shopped at Tempe they are phenomenal and are willing to find a coil even if it means sending me to one of their competitors. Keep up the good work ,and maybe educate said owner so he’s able to help others like what I’m assuming is expected of his employees.

My best friend and I found this place a few months ago and Renee has been awesome. Every time we go in she’s always great to talk to and knows her vape and juice info. We usually only go in if she’s there since she is so personable and has great customer service. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Another vape store was kind enough to direct me here for mod parts. They seem to have quite a bit of the parts needed to maintain vape mods from several of the more popular brands. Don’t let the sparse wide open store fool you. All the goods are behind the counter. Open late too!

I have used the blue dragon house juice for almost 3-4 years. No other juice is better tasting, and my lungs do not feel bad. The owner is one in a million. The employees are always a pleasure to speak with. This place lowered their prices a while ago. Who does that? This is the bees knees. Thank you for helping keeping me off cigs.

(This interaction happened a few weeks ago, however Ive visited 3 or 4 times since and had the same experience with Anthony.)Recently Ive found this new location for Blue Dragon and Im so happy I did! I was helped out by Anthony with a purchase of a freemax maxus pro kit. This mod is amazing! However, this review is about Anthony and his fantastic customer service. This man went above and beyond multiple times to make sure everything was right with my product athat I left happy. After getting the mod home and using it I noticed that there was a manufacturer defect. I wasnt able to go to the shop to return until 8 or 9 due to work and luckily enough Anthony was working again. He called his boss and woke them up to ensure that my mod was exchanged so I left happy! I will forever be a customer thanks to Anthonys great service!

Excellent place to go to. They have a huge variety of selection specially when it comes to juice. The guys working there were super friendly and helpful. I will for sure return. I got an awesome pineapple juice from them. 100 mil for 18 bucks

Best blue dragon in the valley better than the Tempe location or the Phoenix location really great customer service from all of their employees but so far Ive been the most impressed with their recent employee Anthony Ive been coming to this vape shop for over a year since they opened up. They are all really friendly, but he went above and beyond to help me out make sure I got the right coils for my mod make sure everything was good to go before I left the store

The larger neck beard fedora tipping looking guy is extremely Un knowledgeable and extremely disrespectful. I’m not sure what happened to blue dragon but that guy is not the vibe.

Large selection, helpful staff. A couple times Ive had issues with receiving wrong pods or theyve been out of stock, but staff has always been quick to resolve. Great customer service.

Ben and Noah are absolutely amazing employees, their prices are so competitive! $15 for a disposable Xtra was amazing other places I’m paying upwards to sometimes $25 dollars for one. Ben and Noah make this place great! Highly recommend!

First time shopping for a permanent vape option. I have never used many styles so the gentleman at the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful finding what I needed and suggested some products to start out with. Was a great experience I will be back!!

My favorite vape store ever!!! The employees are literally ALL super friendly and helpful. I come in regularly for juice and bought my newest mod/tank here. The gal helping me was so patient and knowledgable. And she didnt get frustrated when it took me forever to decide or asked a million questions. And they have a drive-thru thats open until midnight! (Inside open until 10pm) Whaaaaat?!Huge selection of juice, decent selection of mods/tanks/coils. And tons of testers. Added bonus besides the drive-thru is the adorable great Dane puppy thats sometimes there. 😍The store itself is huge and so open and inviting. It can be a little hard to notice. Its in a strip mall thingy on the NW corner of Dobson/University all the way on the west end of it. Tons of parking, some of which is covered.

One of the best experiences I have had at any Blue Dragon store! Called and spoke to Renee about an issue with a purchase. Came by the next day and was blown away by the service Anthony provided. Answer every single question I had and educated me about what I was getting. I vape to take away my smoking cigarettes urge so I am not full educated on all things vape. That changed today thanks to Anthony! I will continue to support Blue Dragon vape!

One of the more helpful vape shops ive been to. They might need more business to do so, but I feel like they should always have 2 people working there to help move people in and out a bit faster. They are personable which i like, but no one wants to wait to be helped. Keep doing what youre doing, just do more! Lol

I have been going to Blue Dragon for years. when they opened the Tempe store years ago. I love Blue Dragon Vape they have the best house juice. I moved to east Mesa off Power and I drive all the way to there Mesa store off of Dobson hey 20 minute drive just for there juice and there there vape peoducts. I have tired so many shops NO ONE compares to Blue Dragon. they have the best customer service Anthony and Varo have the best customer service every time I come in there are so welcoming and kind I would never go anywhere else I tell everyone about Know Dragon your mist go!!!!

One of my favorite vape shops. Always clean, friendly and generally well stocked. Only carries 3/6 mg in thier own brand but as long as you give them 24hrs notice or better they will make mg you want.

Very helpful staff, large clean kept inside with a HUGE selection of juices, mods and accessories. Sample juice bar in the back. The prices are the cheapest on premium juices Ive visited in town. Visit this shop and you wont be disappointed!

A buisness surely not interested in making money or building clientele. My first visit was at best disappointing. Yet, against my better jugement, returned a second time needing a new device. Was ready to drop a bill if not more but was offered little suggestion on what was there. Way to step the salesmanship game up guy! Anyone serious about vape stay away from Blue Dragon! BLUE is all youll get dealing with those jokers.

Doesnt matter which location i go to Blue Dragon always gots my back. They have aome of the best pricing and best flavors and the staff is very knowledgeable, most notably Sam at the Mesa location. I have been going to blue dragon for the past few years. Best house juice in the valley, and Great prices. Didnt know this was a new location been going to the Tempe location. This will definitely be my new spot.

Awesome selection, and very nice looking store. Dewd working was super friendly and patient, while I looked everything. I am really enjoying their house juice as well, quite delicious.

Came in and bought 48mg Rainbow Ice saltnic juice, juice burned my mouth and throat, contacted the manufacturer with the batch number. The MFG stated it was an old batch number to return to the store for an exchange of product because they can not issue refunds. Employees told me there was nothing they could do even tho I got word straight from the MFG. Just go to Sky High, there’s two locations less than a mile from Blue Dragon, and their customer service is so much better.

Disappointing one & only visit today. They couldnt help me. No flavored tobacco nic salt & their coils are over prices compared to other shops in town.~J.C.

This place is a joke they had washing machines inside now they have massive amounts of counters and juice is 50ft away from counters can’t look at the wall of juice cause can’t go behind counter. And lady working there was super strange

One of the only places in the valley that keep their prices decent you can get bottles of twists at 60 ml for 10 bucks a piece and any premium juices $19 tanks are priced very good as well would recommend this place over any other vape shop in the valley for premium use and anything you need vape wise

This place is a hidden gem. Ive been there a few times now. And have been telling everyone i know to go there. They have the greatest people working there. Especially, Ahmad. Super sweet guy! I used to go somewhere else for my vapes and for other smoking items. But, they now gave a loyal customer. And bongs are all 50% off right now! Amazing deals there!
