Mojo Smoke Palace

Ive been a regular here for the last 7-8 months. The store is clean and welcoming and the employees are super cool and very respectful.

Have now waited 4 (exactly 19 days *UPDATE* 6/20 Now 28 days to be exact) weeks for 1 glass bowl piece. Was also lied to by a customer service representative. Was told it would be shipping two weeks ago, yet the tracking still says it hasn’t even moved. I highly suggest never buying anything online from this company or anything period! Asking to cancel and for a full refund! I’ll update how that goes, but not holding my breath. *UPDATE* I have now been contacted by a representative from this company and instead of trying to make things right, he instead decided to be petty and down right rude! Below is some of the correspondence. Oh, any my order was originally submitted on May 23rd not the 28th (Have screen shot if anyone wants to see). **UPDATE**UPDATE** 6/20 Still have not received my product or my refund and all I’ve gotten is attitude and unprofessionalism.“Your order was placed on May 28th, and your claim of almost three weeks is inaccurate, as it has been 19 days, not over 21 days. Unfortunately, because you assumed you were being scammed, (and because you did not perform your due diligence), we are choosing to report and remove your false Google Business reviews.“we will not refund your order. We will decline any chargebacks you attempt to make with your banking institution, using the tracking number as proof of delivery, unless the tracking number shows it is lost in transit, (which is very unlikely), after the 4-week transit time period.We will also refuse any future orders you attempt to make with us. “I REPLIED WITHOkay, last time I checked, 19 is “almost” 3 weeks is it not! 21 days 7 x 3 equals 21. I’ll just make sure to redo each of my reviews with the exact days of 19. I’ll be sure to also quote your email as I’m disabled and don’t appreciate the attitude in your message. I’ll make sure to highlight just how petty and unprofessional you are.Below was what I was told after contacting their customer service the first time.“Your order (#1164) is on its way to you and we anticipate it to arrive within 10-14 days on average.Our international warehouse fulfills this item and the shipping terms are defined in the product description, (near the bottom, under the Shipping Notice tab).Orders fulfilled from our international warehouses are typically processed in 2-5 days, and take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive.Your tracking number has been applied this morning, and typically, tracking will not be updated until the order has entered the United States and has been scanned by USPS.”So instead of accepting responsibility, they’re trying to but the blame back on me and bully me into being quiet! Well that’s not going to happen!

I was directed to this location from there other Mesa location. Super nice friendly staff and super knowledgeable they had what I needed

I have been a customer of this location for about 5 years. Always friendly and lots of selection. Today I bought 2 iJoy vapes. One of the vapes just doesnt work at all and the other stays on indefinitely after taking a puff. I went back to the store immediately and they tell me that since I left the store they cannot help me. I will never shop here again. Enjoy my $40. Hope it was worth loosing a loyal customer.

After 6+ years of being a customer of Mojos, I can confidently not recommend them anymore. I went in 9/4 to purchase a new banger, first, the lady was super confused on what I was asking so she called victor at another store, I asked if their price on their site is honored in store which Victor confirmed. They had the same banger on the shelf yet she said it was different and tried to sell me a completely different set up, at that point I had to walk out.

Went in here to buy some incense and a cool set of brass knuckles (doubles as a neat hideaway storage container). Great atmosphere, super friendly staff and great prices. Highly recommended.

Both employees working late shift were very awesome. Loved the fact that they werent pushy yet attentive to what i wanted. Bought 2 salt nic bottles & a gift for my wife. Very pleased with my experience

They sell dry hookah tobacco. They rip off the exp date stickers. Theyre expired hookah tobacco. Im going to contact starbuzz and others about this! Theyre putting bad name out for starbuzz for one and their self! I called them and they said I dont know man. I dont what to tell you. I get them like that! So sounds like theyre buying tobacco from someone else. Last time I check theyre suppose to buy direct from the vendor like starbuzz. Last time I step foot in this dry selling lying place.

Came in for advice for my mod. got help getting a new tube. Also helped picking out some new flavors and brands. I often speak with Bryce who is always helpful and helps me get whatever i am looking for whenever i come into the store. Great prices on the brands and 100ml vape juice and a great variety of flavors. Its always quick getting in, getting help, and getting what i came looking for when I visit this store. Highly recommend. Thanks for all the great service!

Amazing place! Amazing selection! Prices are better than most smoke shops! A ton I mean a ton of custom and handblown glass. If they dont have it they will order it. Super friendly well trained staff! This is by far my favorite smoke shop in Arizona! The manager Victor and all the employees make you feel like youre part of the family! In a world post covid this is rare!Will definitely definitely recommend this place to any smoker of anykind! I shop here often and have had nothing but A++ experiences

This place is super close to my house and a great option. They sell Elfbars for less than the place i was going to sold them for. The employees Ive encountered here have been knowledgeable about the products. This is where Im going to buy my vapes from now on!

HARD NO!!*** DO NOT SHOP HERE***The young kid, younger than 15 years old, sold a glass piece that had holes in the seams of the glass.When I called to discuss my dissatisfaction, the person who answered the phone knew the piece had issues and admitted to trying to pass it off as quality. They were not offering any credit, refund, discount, etc.

Friendly staff, professional and knowledgeable. Reasonable prices, good selection.If you only have a few dollars or a few hundred, the staff is going to try to help you leave with what you need.What may sometimes feel like sales is actually just staff who have suggestions you may not have considered.I have left here countless times with items I never would have thought of, and most the time, they rock!

Really great customer service and good knowledge with the inventory they have. As it is, I appreciate the help they gave when I was having issues with my vape mod. Had to by a new in the end but thats not as important as how the staff appreciate their job and the customers. For this, I say keep up the good work. Look forward to coming here again soon.

This is probably the most convenient spot for me to pick up my vaporizer supplies for where I live not only is the place convenient, but the ownership and workers seem to be really helpful and a very niceIt seems to me this this small mom and pop place does just as well as any of the other vaporizer shops.Although I have noticed that it can take some time for them to get certain items in usually a few days if its not an item that they stock regularly and its never really been more than 2 weeks for an item but overall this seems to be one of the better vaporizer supply places

Love this store. Every time we go in the young man behind the counter is knowledgeable, friendly and very nice. Prices are right. It is a nice little shop with a large selection of items for your smoking pleasures. Highly recommend you stopping in.

Man, I freakin love this place. Theyve actually got a damn good selection of glass/water pipes. The employees are super friendly, and they know their stuff! I usually hate going into smoke shops, but this place is chill. Great prices, too! I end up breaking half of my pieces (Im clumsy, RIP old dab rigs), so its nice to know that I wont break the bank along with my glass, haha. 5 stars all around!

This place basically just stole 24 bucks from me. i bought a puff extra that literally didn’t even last me an hour (they usually last me like two weeks) and they refused to exchange it for a new one. only thing they could do was give me 10% off a new one which was an even bigger slap to the face cause that’s literally like 3 dollars off. this place’s customer service is honestly comical and if you do buy from here, please open and try it out in the store.

First of all customer service was great. Wasn’t sure what I wanted but I walked out feeling like I got what I needed. The selection is abundant and David and Tanner were very helpful. Thanks again.

Im redoing my review after the response from the owner. I feel that if the owner has gone as far as speaking with the employee on duty about his response to my husbands not so wonderful visit, them took the time to publicly apologize, they should get the 5 starts they once had from me. Not sure which owner this was, but regardless there was absolutely a huge miscommunication between the employee and my husband. As I said, we have been going to the Mesa Dr. location for years and I also didnt read that this is the country club page so my apologies as well. Josh has always served myself, my husband, and my sister Heather well and now that I know what has been done to rectify the situation, Ill bring my business there as always. To the owner that took time to respond so promptly and kindly, thank you. All I ask is that said employee seek out your assistance in matters which he does not have accurate knowledge of, and in times he may see an upset customer who should probably be served by management or owners rather then the way it went. First and only bad experience in 2 years has been turned around!!!

This is by far hands down the nicest smoke shop I’ve been to in Arizona. They don’t sell garbage here only nice glass for killer prices. I’m just stoked there’s finally a legit smoke shop around here!

The two gentleman working last nite Oct 28, 2017 at about 930pm were nice BUT they really need some training. We got to talking bout my anxiety and sleep issues and they gave me a sample packet to try. Told me all about it and how they recommended it and so on. I said oh ok thank you and held it till I walked out and put it in my purse. I told them that I fight stuff naturally because a lot of stuff I cant take due to my heart condition and how pills could interact with it. They said oh yeah well here try this and maybe start out with 2 capsule. See if that works then go from there..... On the back of the packet it clearly states..... do NOT take if you have a cardiovascular or blood disorders. So to save someone a er visit due to lack of training from this place do not just take cause what they say. Please read the back of the packet.

They have some of the best vapes in Mesa for only $20. They last for a couple of weeks at least!

Scoured most of Phoenix and Scottsdale looking for a place that had the specific items I wanted. This place had them and they were half the price of anywhere online. Nice staff too.

The employees at this location were not wearing masks. They do not take public safety seriously. They also sold me stale wraps. And there were puff bars on the shelf, despite the fact that they are no longer sold in the United States. Will not buy from here again.

Worst place ever pick a choice if your carding people or not. I get cones from here all the time and never have I been carded, one time I come in I’m carded and can’t get anything because I’m not 21 (20 at the moment)

Nice people. But they dont tell you that when you buy a $200.00 vaporizer that they cant get spare parts for it. That is important information to know.
