Stephanie is the most wonderful human you’ll ever meet. Her words can melt you and make you open doors that have been locked tight for years. Her methods work!!! Trust her and you’ll never be the same, only better. She saved me $3000 in therapy in my first session. It’s like she unzipped a heavy coat I’ve been wearing for years and took it off my body. Acupuncture for the first time was amazing i was very skeptical and nervous I came in with major headaches neck problems and shoulder and lower back pain as well as going through the process of IVF Annette educated us about the whole process which set my mind at ease!!!!! I could feel a huge difference especially after acupuncture and cupping I love that they had an evening appointment slot open finally got a good nights rest definitely will be back Annette was a light of inspiration thank you so much.

In just one Body Code session with Stephanie Barreto, it was gone. Stephanie told me that the nausea would probably go away. And even though I trust her very much, I thought, Yeah, I bet this will help, but the nausea wont go away entirely. But it did! For the first time in WEEKS I felt like a regular person again! The next day I cleaned my kitchen! I havent been able to load my dishwasher (bending over made me nauseous) for so long!

On a recommendation from my wife I scheduled a 90 min massage. Ashley had done great work on my wife. I’d been having some lower back issues for some time. I must say within a couple days of the massage I experienced much improved flexibility. She is completely professional and applied just the right amount of pressure. The setting was just right which allowed me to fully relax. It was no Fluke either! Each time I’ve had an appointment, I left feeling better than when I walked in! I have worked with Ashley several times - she’s the best LMT I have ever worked with! She’s patient, doesn’t rush the appointment, is down to talk or just be quiet depending on my needs that day. I’ve never felt comfortable with an LMT before her. She’s great at what she does - she understands my body’s needs more than I do most times. And she is always very thorough in her work. I used to never be able to get my body to relax; it’s always on high alert. But working with Ashley, my body completely relaxes and my mind stops racing. Everyone who I’ve recommended go to her is thrilled with their experience. Some have even gone to work with Stephanie, the other lady there, and have very similar experiences. The place is tidy and relaxing, the smells aren’t overwhelming, and the entire staff is friendly and motivating. They don’t try to sell you on things you don’t need. Seriously, love this place! I have always felt leary of NADA acupuncture, but my friend suggested I try it for some issues I have. Stephanie was very sensitive to my reservation of acupuncture and made sure I was okay throughout the whole experience. If at any point I didnt want it anymore, she would listen to me. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I also tried the body coding. Wow!! What a wonderful experience. I felt such a weight come off me. I had the best sleep that night. You should give them a try.

I have been working with Stephanie doing body and emotion code over the last several months. I have been able to process and release so many past memories/traumas that were not serving me presently. I felt very comfortable entering this establishment. The place was quiet and very serene. Ashley gave me my massage and did an awesome job. When you ask for a 60 minute massage, most places only give you 50 minutes because you need about 5 minutes to undress and at the end 5 minutes to re-dress, but not this place, you get the entire 60 minutes for the massage. This is fabulous. I highly recommend this place.

Where do I start?! Love Light and Healing is easy to find & access, the environment is serene, and the service is phenomenal and customized from start to finish. Stephanie has filled this business with people who care about the customer from when they fill out their first form, to when theyre walking out of the door. My massage with Esther was hands down the best Ive ever had, and as someone who does heavy strength training, I needed someone who could fix me up from my neck to my lower back. I love my acupuncturist and this facility! They really go above and beyond to make the client experience a great one. From offering health advice if requested, suggesting and supplying herbs, and offering a wide variety of Chinese medicine for healing, and just focusing on the whole person. Both my husband and I receive weekly treatments. My husband is in construction so very physical and intense. I am pregnant so also intense, but differently. Kirby, the acupuncturist, is great at giving me the logic of why he is doing what and how Chinese medicine encourages or discourages certain practices on pregnant women.In addition, I have had my eyelashes done there and felt so extra beautiful after having them done. I went with a classic look and really enjoyed out it amped up my eyes in a natural looking way.

Kind of strange setting really for a massage, an older medical office setting with a bit of stressful energy. Not one person wearing a mask which I hope means everyone is vaccinated and just hasn’t turned on the news or read a biology textbook in their lives so they can plead ignorance to the still deadly pandemic. Aside from that I felt hurried in and out and the massage technique was just more pressure focused than actual investment in healing and various technical aspects of massage therapy. I did not come out of the session relaxed fully but rather sore. I don’t understand the positive reviews other than perhaps I came on an off day. I would not go back though — too many fluorescent lights and awkward energy in the space and very poor infectious disease protocols (Sars-cov-2 or not) for a health practitioner.

Excellent care! I’m a nurse working on the frontlines and due to the pandemic I have been avoiding treatment for my back since February (I broke 6 vertebrae and had an emergency back surgery 3 years ago). But I finally gave in and went today. They were very kind. Used masks, wiped everything down after me including the door. No one else was there. I felt like they were taking the pandemic seriously, ensuring my safety and the safety of those who will come after me. Not to mention they give the best therapy for my back than anywhere else in the USA. That’s coming from a world traveler and someone whose been in all 50 states (I was traveling to Peru for pressure point/acupuncture therapy before I finally stumbled upon love light healing center).

Stephanie has a true gift! Each time I see her, I feel heard and seen. She is so compassionate! If you’ve never experienced a session of Emotional Code with her, you need to!

I had a problem with vertigo that I went to five other different kind of healing facilities from chiropractor to ear nose and throat to onoctologyst, and no one could help me. I started seeing Dr Kirby and have not had vertigo since! I get an additional benefit with help on my neck pain and sciatica. I feel great every time I go see them.

I went to Love Light and Healing Center for the first time knowing that I needed to have energy work done. I experienced HoOponopono, NADA Acupunture, and Emotion Code with Stephanie. As someone with experience with energy work I tend to be more skeptical. In this situation, I was more reserved not knowing what to expect but still open as I knew I needed energy healing. I felt the initial heart chakra opening with the HoOponopono, with the NADA I started to feel the energy circulating, but by the Emotion Code the energetic flood gates opened and I experienced healing so impactful. Stephanie is amazing. Words cant express the fullness of the experience....you have to experience for yourself and see how deep it goes for you! It really is a center of Love, Light & Healing!

Kirby has been a God sent for me! Planter fasciitis is the worst! I had been in pain for so long it was affecting my everyday activities.
