This place is the best priced, most selection and the dude who I talk to there knows all the products very well! I wont go anywhere else now!!

Used to be pretty cool but the person who replaced Chloe isn’t very good

Its too bad they didnt communicate their return policy and let it be known to open the vape in the store before walking out. Lost a potentially good customer because of it.

Decent selection and they carry some nice vapes but the customer service isn’t the best. Two times that I’ve been in once my fam tipped the man didn’t say thank you and also when I went in no manners regarding a tip. Tonight will be the last time I was uncomfortable that both women were dressed with shirts under their chest cleavage hanging out and pants exposing all of their midriffs and theater level makeup made me and my husband uncomfortable not sure if vapes are all that they are selling there but me and my family and friends will be shopping somewhere else.

Very knowledgeable, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Definitely my new place to purchase my vapes.

I will NEVER go to any other vape shop, this place has LITERALLY, THE BEST prices out of any smoke shops in the Tri-cities, (I know cuz I called em all looking for a specific juice that is the only kind I use) plus, now, its the only store that sells the ONLY vape juice I use.If I ever have ANY issues with a product (which would be manufactures error) they always find a way to help me fix the problem. In the past, anytime I have had an issue with a product that i got from a different vape shop, they always made me write the company and send it in, and I ended up NEVER getting anything back, not to mention the last time i went to the smoke shop and asked for a TFV18 coil, the lady said never heard of that, then she stood and did nothing, I said are you able to check if u have it? And she responded with i have never heard of that, 😐 ok Brenda but ya could of at least checked!(On a side note, Im really bad with vapes if you cant tell lol)I quite literally will never go to any other vape shop.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Very laid back and helpful!!! I enjoy the atmosphere and the products! Wide variety of anything you could need. Definitely recommend!

Every time I go in there I’m greeted w/ so much amazing energy. They’re always helpful when you don’t know what to get, they never make you feel rushed! Makes my experience more comfortable given my anxiety:)

Went here the other week after going to another Inline and just like the other location. I was met with great customer service and a vast selection of products. Mike took care of me and recommended great flavors, I’ll be back again whenever I’m in the area!

Greatest selection by far! I work in Saginaw and will not stop anywhere else until I get back to Midland. Mike is very knowledgeable with the products and makes great recommendations!

All the five star reviews on this are from the employees 🙄they like to leave negative reviews on every other business taking customers from themfriendly but most of the glass is Very thin and the selection of disposables is lacking in quality and authenticity.Tho if your an addict they sell crack pipes 🤣 only place in town that sells them and if your 18 your in luck 😓

This best is the absolute best in my eyes! The employees there are super friendly and they will actually hold a conversation unlike the other vape stores. When you walk in its super clean. Its just absolutely the best ! Great job guys !

The guy that was in there at Friday February 25th at 10am was BEYOND CONDESCENDING. I am disappointed as he was accusing me of having a fake ID even though he scanned it and saw it was real since it was out of state. He told me it was wierd how long it took to scan while also demanding an answer of why I would want a receipt. First time in this place and most likely my last. He just had a very poor snobby attitude.the name on the receipt is mike but I dont know if thats his name

I’ve been to a lot of vape & smoke shops in the area and this one is definitely my favorite. The staff is knowledgeable & always able to honestly help me, the products are high quality & the store is super clean & easy to navigate. Would highly recommend.

While they have a good selection, they dont carry any replacement parts for any of the products they sell. You end up either buying new, or ordering online

Bought a breeze Maxx and it was almost flavorless then I got a new one and it had a little flavor but the third time I hit it it was nasty and flashing blue like it was dead and sounded like it was going to explode. Definitely dont recommend. 😐

More than 75% of vapes myself or friends have bought from there were complete junk after maybe 3 hits. Then they refused to acknowledge their disposables are not of quality. Other stores in Midland will exchange a vape if not working properly due to the fact the companies are reimbursed from the suppliers so they would not be losing any money. But I guess they worry more about making money rather than keeping customers happy and wanting to return

Went in to buy a coil for a my vape. They didnt have the exact coil I was looking for so I wanted to buy a different coil to see if it would work. They refused the sale because the employees were unsure if it would work..

This is our go-to vape shop. They have a good selection of juices, plenty of smoking paraphernalia, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and some really good sales and specials.

Friendly and they have a large selection of vapes, juice and glass to choose from.

Very knowledgeable & always willing to help answer whatever questions I have. Out of all the vape shops in town this is my go to.
