Great place! Was just passing through the area and needed a quick disposable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave me some good recomendations and they even offer a two day replacement incase something is wrong with the disposable which is unheard of back in my home town.Place had a good vibe and doesnt come off as some rinky dink skechy back alley vape store we have all been to and never returned to. Will be visting again next time i pass through.

They are very friendly there. The lady felt bad she couldnt sell to me because I didnt bring my card with my name on it, which I was not upset I understood she was doing her job and for all she knows I could have stolen the card but I came back a few days later with my card and with the owner of the other card I had that day lol. And we ended up purchasing what we needed they are so helpful and nice will always return with the right card lol!!!

Recently started vaping and have gone to a few shops to explore and make the move from cigs. I happened to go to Tall City and met up with Brian and Dillon. They were very informative, talked with me about different flavors, nicotine levels and pros/cons with pods and disposables. I brought my pod in for a new coil, and they checked it out for me and advised it was still good and made some changes on my settings. I also came back to buy a different juice as well. Cool guys that dont rush you out, share some tips, and give great customer service. This will be my go-to store from here out. Thanks fellas for the convo and your tips.

I really like the convenience of the location. All of the employees are very helpful. The only thing I dont like, is there is not a big selection of disposables. I dont use a mod anymore and prefer a disposable now. If there was a larger selection, then I would give 5 stars for sure.

Customer service has gone to the dogs. This place used to be my go to vape store because their customer service was awesome. Now you get ignored if other people are in the store before you and wont even be acknowledged until its your turn.Takes 20 minutes to get a bottle of juice because the sales associate doesnt know how to cater to multiple customers at once.

Nikki and her crew are great and very helpful! You can come in with products from other stores and they will help you with any questions and if you are new, they are a great place to start out. She will help you with a started ego to moving to a higher powered ego, to an ego with a small RDA, to a mechanical MOD, to rebuildablez. She is very knowledgeable and will tell you the truth if she likes a product or not and if specific tanks leak or not. Stop in and check them out! Great staff, great products, and just a great atmosphere!

Above and beyond! I broke the glass tank in my Smok V9 Max, and while they did not have the replacement glass, they did give me another tank & coil. Not many businesses operate like that anymore! I was extremely impressed and grateful! You gained a new customer!

I called ahead of time and asked if they had a specific coil for my mod... she said they did so I showed up, just ASSUMING she knew what she was doing I took the pack and didnt make sure they were right... I get home and of course they r wrong so I call and a guy answers, he said theyve never carried the t8v8 for smok tfv8 tank and cant order them... juice selection is lackingWont be returning since they dont carry my coilsUpdate:: I did give them another chance and they disappointed once again, they had ONE coil for my type of tank that I would never consider using because they burn up so fast... absolutely wont be returning... I have points here but if someone wants them Im willing to give them away

Honestly, best place I have found to buy my coil and juice, I run a mechanic bussiness in midland but travel back and forth to My hometown in Houston Tx. And like today Sunday I make a quick stop for some filter coils and some juice before making my trip. Shoutout to Ms. Kenzie for great customer service bringing professionalism and knowledge of products to the customer.

The girl who was working the counter in the afternoon of 9/24 was such a disappointment. Got all the way home to realize that she sold me the wrong atomizer. Went up back there, finally got the correct one, and got back home to find out that she also sold me the wrong tank expansion. Had to go up there 3 times before things were corrected. Ended up getting charged extra for the correct stuff, too. I miss when the staff was actually reliable. I had over an hour of my time and gas wasted because she not only did not listen to what I asked for, but also guessed at what I needed instead of just asking for help.Ill stick with Mr. Vapes and Cloud City from now on.

Everything youd expect from a local vape shop, chill atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable staff, and a wide range of e liquids. Mods and attys can be a bit hi but when you need one you need one and dont have to wait on an online store. The owners father has made some really wonderful e-liquid in their house line, but they also carry some rather nice brands as well. You can of course try any flavor they sell in their sampler kiosk and they use better than average equipment to sample as well, not just the little pen things you probably cut teeth on. I shop there regularly for just about all my vape needs anymore. Great products and its just too convenient. Highly recommended.

Cloud City is the only real vape shop in this town near as I can see. The people are friendly but the place is dying. Hardly any selection and what is there is overpriced.
