I’ve had two massages with Maria now and I can’t recommend her enough. Maria is so sweet and is immediately able to put you at ease. Both times I had 90 minute deep tissue massages. She really focused on the problem areas I pointed out and adjusted pressure to the feedback I gave her. 90 minutes is a long time to provide that kind of massage and she was just as thorough at the end as she was at the beginning. The space is cozy and relaxing without any external noises to disrupt and for the quality of the massage, the price is very reasonable. I will definitely be booking more massages with her!

Maria is a fantastic massage therapist! She does a her best to personalize each massage to focus on the client’s trouble areas. During the massage she stays tuned in with the client’s experience and will make adjustments as needed. She will also try different techniques to find the best fit for each client’s needs.

Maria did a fantastic job! I had booked a Swedish massage. She found some tension points and asked if I wanted them worked on more deeply. She paid close attention to my pain tolerance and worked within that to release the knots. She helped my neck & shoulders so much! I highly recommend her!

Maria is the best for massages. I always get the deep tissue massage and leave feeling rejuvenated and no longer sore. I am a very active person: CrossFit, pole/aerial, contortion, and weight lifting. So going to Maria for when my body is aching is the best. She takes her time and gives extra attention to the problem areas. She has tiger balm and other lotions to soothe aching muscles.The room and location is clean and serene. The hot stones are amazing (so definitely ask for that). The music and atmosphere in the room, during the session, is calming and relaxing. And she always has water and treats after your massage. Ive been going to her for 10 months now and I will continue to go to her.

Maria gives an excellent massage! She is very knowledgeable and professional. She is able to remove all the knots from my back and I always feel so relaxed afterwards. The place is very relaxing and clean. I highly recommend and cant wait for my next massage!

I recently visited Maria for a massage at her office, which is located in the Real Estate One building in downtown Milford. I work in a profession that is physically demanding, and causes me to have a lot of neck and shoulder tension. During my appointment, Maria was able to release a horrible trigger point in my shoulder that Ive been carrying around for what feels like forever. I havent felt this much relief in a very long time and am looking forward to my next appointment.

Just had a great deep massage with Maria. I had pain in my left buttock for awhile that caused me pain when bending or getting up from bed. She massaged the area and felt like she released the muscle that caused the pain. So thank you to have the massage.

The masseur arrived neat, well dressed, she was polite & brought everything necessary. She offered several different essential oil fragrances, as well as several different types of massage. She was on time and didnt rush when my session was over.
