I’ve been coming here exclusively for over a year, and I have never been disappointed! The prices are reasonable, and the nail techs are so nice and very talented! Literally every single person is great at their job. Can’t recommend this salon enough for manis (specifically gel for me) and pedis ❤️

What this place was lacking in customer service they had in quality (or so I thought). I loved the first three manicures I got here, but this last time I went, they stuck me in the back corner with this tech who drilled my nail down to the nerve, filed unevenly and gave me a very lumpy gel manicure. I was gonna let it slide, skip the negative review and just not come back til I got burned from the eyebrow wax she gave me where she placed the wax too low and burned my eyelid skin. So I figured I’d spare some of you the third degree burns. I could tell by the way she applied the wax and pulled the strip that she had no idea what she was doing. I had the same thought when she was filing my nails. If you are recommended a specific tech by a friend who swears by this place, ask for them. Otherwise you’ll get stuck with this hack like I did. 2 stars because I did get some nice manicures here but overall very mid establishment.Edit: took a star away because my “gel manicure” is chipping after 4 days. I’ve been to this place about 3 times with no issue. A bit pricey and out of my way since I moved but decided to return here because they do a good job. But this time was the worst experience. I had someone named JAY, from start to finish he was so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I’m not sure what he had going ok but from the start he was continuously sighing in annoyance while doing my nails. He kept the drill on my nails and was burning me multiple times!! I asked for straight acrylic nails and he packed on so much acrylic that my nail were so round and UGLY! they were also curving downward making them look even worse!!! When I finally got around to telling him what design I wanted he AGAIN seem annoyed and muttered something under his breath. Once he was finally done, he checked me out and charged me $80!! Then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to tip today. I told him NO, to which he then asked again. And when I stood my ground and said NO again! He then muttered something under his breath again!!! How desperate and money hungry! People shouldn’t be treated rudely just because they don’t want to tip! Will not be returning ever again!!

Went to JoJo Nails and was so pleased with Michelle’s work. My appt was at 6 and they closed at 7, so I was the last customer in the salon. Despite this, she was patient in helping me pick the colors and in designing just what I wanted.She also didn’t cake on the polish like other places.

I dont usually care if salon did a bad job, bit this was really bad. I was their client for over 2 years getting regularly regular pedi. I usually got the same girl Michele, but she moved, so the other tech Michael was doing my pedi today. That was the worst experience: he got already disappointed when I asked for a regular pedi, when filling he kept on cutting my toes, when I asked to cut the corners of my nails he ignored, he was barely doing any other treatments and when he painted my nails and the color didnt even cover my natural nail just left at that. This was a 15 minute $30 pedicure. I dont make $30 in 15 minutes( though I wish). I was treated like trash and had to go home and basically redo the whole job: paint, cut, file and heels. I am really disappointed and will never come back.

This was one of my favorite go to nail salons when I first visit in 2020. But the service has changed quite a bit. I am writing this review today very dissatisfied and disappointed. To prepare for my 32nd birthday, I booked a full set and pedicure. Michael the tech doing my pedicure, completely rushed through my pedicure. I was the only customer in the entire shop. You would think he would take his time especially since I am paying for a $58 pedicure with added $20 color gel. I felt extremely uncomfortable as he continued my pedicure while having a full conversation with another nail tech. I immediately cut my session short and decided to not color my toes nor get my brows done. Customer service is so bad! I will not book ever again. Bittersweet because the service was great back in 2020 now they cut corners.

Don’t go here if you have any respect for your nails. All I wanted was my gel removed and it was a disaster. The woman used an electric file the entire time and literally filed my actual nails soooo thin. Besides the fact that it is completely unflattering in appearance, I am still in physical pain one week later because of their negligence.

I have been going to JoJos for almost a year now and have never been disappointed. Each technician takes their time and pays attention to details. You will get exactly what you ask for. I’ve tried many nail salons in Milford and JoJos is by far my favorite!

I just moved to Milford and was referred to this place by my new neighbor. I originally came in for just a regular mani / pedi but asked for gel last minute while she was already working on my nails. Annie was super accommodating and nice! She did a great job. I will definitely be back!

Kyara did my spa pedicure and she did a wonderful job! The treatment I got included a 30 minute foot/leg massage and it was just perfect.

Ugliest set I’ve ever gotten and expensive for no reason , don’t come here. I called for a specific service which they told Me they had and upon arrival turned out they didn’t so I had to settle for acrilic. So then have a thick set that he didn’t even do well (oscar) he didn’t take the arcrlic to the top as you can see in the picture. I came here because of en instagram ad that made it seem like they new what they were doing. I regret it !!!

I’ve given this nail salon one to many chances, every time I go get a gel manicure they peel within the first two days .. every single time. To top it off after I had gotten a gel pedicure done my toe nails got badly infected. I would highly recommend to go somewhere else.

I’ve been going to Sophia for almost 2 years now and I’ve never had one complaint. She’s the sweetest to work with. I come in with an inspiration picture of my nails every time, and she “nails” it! I’ve always been satisfied with the results! I always get compliments on my nails. I’ve recommended tons of people to come here who always leave satisfied as well. I won’t go anywhere else. Their place is clean from top to bottom. Their prices are very reasonable. They always make sure their customers are happy. If I could give more stars, I would🤍

I got there 15 minutes early and was taken right away for a regular manicure I asked for an additional service and was rudely told that if I wanted that service I should have told them when I book the appointment. I told them at the time I didn’t know I wanted it. Could they please add it they rudely again said no and then I could tell they were talking about me in their language. So rude !!! I never returned

I just moved to Milford and decided to try this nail salon. Huge mistake. I showed the technician a photo of what I wanted. She said ok, but did not even attempt to do what I showed her. She had already started filing down my nails with the drill and then tells me they don’t do the color acrylic powder. At this point it was to late to leave. The selection of gel colors is limited and she didn’t even know what to use for the design I wanted (which she didn’t even attempt to do). I will not be returning. She was rude and rushed. If I could give no stars I would.

My favorite nail spa, Ive been to a few.Never had any problems with my nails...always beautiful!!My Pedicures are the best, along with the massages..Coco is my nail technician..just love her...The staff is wonderful, caring and considerate of your needs.The environment is clean and bright..

This place always understands the assignment, Id say Im a Regular at this point because theyre so good! Just know the best thing to do is have an appt or you gonna wait ✋ and be vocal about what you want and youll most likely be satisfied 😌💯👌

Zero stars if I could! Absolutely worst place to go, completely rude people! They screw up your nails and they think they can tell you how much to tip! Such outrageous prices! Completely unprofessional and terrible place to get your nails! Go somewhere else!

It was my first time there and the lady name Coco did my nails and toes. The experience with her was alittle odd. While she was massaging my legs she was hitting my legs and I thought it was part of the routine but as I look around I was the only one getting this type of treatment. She then did my nails and was alittle aggressive with my nails I wanted fake nails but it seem like she wasn’t listening to me clearly. I just told her natural so we don’t go back and fourth. As a black women I was treated different.

They are very professional. My daughter in law and I went there not too long ago and they done such a beautiful job on her nails, they did them red and black, they turned out gorgeous actually. I was please with my pedicure as well. They really took their time.

I’ve been going here the past few times and they did a good job. this time around its already peeling on all nails and junk is getting caught underneath. it hasn’t even been 2 weeks yet. kinda upset because they upcharged me an extra $20 dollars for the style when it wasn’t even a design (which is $2 per finger) on top of the $30 gel they usually charge. i would say it was a waste of money this time around and i’m not too sure if i will come back again.

This is my first time here since they changed management. All I got was a pedicure. I was done in about 10 minutes. It’s great if you’re in a hurry but I wanted to relax. The massage of my legs and feet was about 60 seconds per foot. No back massage while I waited for my nails to dry. I was really disappointed.

I Love JoJo Nails & Spa! CoCo gave me the best manicure, pedicure, eyebrow waxing, and back massage! The entire staff is very friendly, and the prices are very affordable. Enjoy the most wonderful experience!

Employees are always welcoming and nice. My new favorite place! They also do not push a bunch of things on you. What you came in for is what you get. My favorite girl is Doris. Rachel is awesome too!

Spent two hours on acrylics for them not to cure properly and mess up a day later. Another nail is chipping a week later. They’re clueless

Excellent service. This place is very clean and all the tools and equipment in good condition and sterilized. The owner was very nice and accommodative with my appointment and Yaxi the manicurist, is awesome. Very professional and very good job.

Spent $70 on a manicure that only had one layer of polish. Every other salon I’ve ever gone to does at least two layers of the color.
