We got a couple massage from Camille and Alyssa and it was incredible! Very clean, relaxing, inviting, and felt great. The ladies made sure we got exactly we wanted as new clients! I then got a facial that I also enjoyed 😊 definitely recommend!

PSA - HALO OFFERS FACIALS! And they’re incredible. I had a 75 minute hydra facial with an added jelly mask and am so happy with my experience! So relaxing and special. From the waiting room, which has the most comfortable couch to lounge on - to the magical service provided by Adrianna - to the actual facial itself - this was an all star treatment! Not only does this place have the best massages, but now it’s safe to say they have the best facials! I can’t wait to try out some of the other facial offerings. My skin glowed for days and felt incredible!! Highly recommend.

I was treated with the Halo Hydrofacial with Adrianna at the North Loop location. Adrianna was a great esthetician and educated me on the natural products she was using and why. Would recommend her service to anyone. My skin is glowing. The Halo studio is beautiful and designed with natural elements that make it a really clear, clean, and great place to relax. I especially loved the product tree and the big leather couch. Each employee greeted me and was smiling, calm, happy and helpful with any questions. The massage table was the ultimate comfort- so plush and soft I was melting. I’m really impressed with the owner Alisia’s vision and attention to small details. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a deep tissue massage with Jami in early August and cannot recommend her highly enough. From the outset she listened to my needs, was patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my session. The massage I received from Jami was sublime, as good as any I’ve ever had. She easily identified problem areas in my muscles and adroitly addressed them through a variety of techniques that left me feeling amazing by the time I walked out. I’ve already booked another appointment with her and encourage others to do the same!

Camille and Kristine took such good care of my wife and I. This was the best massage I’ve ever had. I felt like special attention was given to each appendage, and the organic spellbound they use during the massage is AMAZING. The scalp treatment was absolutely amazing. I left walking on cloud 9!

I had a great experience with Essie. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to use the technique that you need for knots or aches. I like that she specializes in a chiropractor approach, so you wouldnt need to book specialty with her. Deep tissue will definitely suffice. The session left me pretty relieved, and a much greater feeling in my posture and back, and neck and shoulders as well.

My first visit to Halo Healing Therapies was at the South Minneapolis location. Essie is the massage therapist and she has what I refer to as “Healing hands”. My appointment was for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. The room was very relaxing and her energy comforting. She listen to my concerns and with those healing hands all tension and stiffness was removed. I felt rejuvenated like a new person.

Essie is amazing!! She has amazing and consistent pressure and I feel completely renewed! I have a knee injury that has knocked my muscles in my hips and back into super tightness- but she worked out all that tension! If I lived here- she would be my go to! But every time I’m in town- I’m making a B-line back!! The atmosphere is also just so welcoming and inviting!

Looked this place up as I was traveling for work and in desperate need of massage services. I booked Jami and I have to say that this was the best massage I have had in quite a long time. What I liked the most is that she was precisely attentive to the areas of the greatest need. I stated my back was killing me and that if she was able to work on that area for the duration of the massage based on need, I would not mind at all. Simply, the back area was the primary concern and I walked away feeling like a new person. Overall, if you are a local or just in town visit, I would highly recommend Jami!

This appointment was booked for me as a birthday gift from my mother, and this was officially one of the best birthday gifts i have ever been given. I had a 2 hr deep tissue massage and dry brushing with Jami who listened to my directions and created the most relaxing, meditative, and productive experience. You could feel how much she cared throughout the massage. I feel as though I have never been as relaxed and rejuvenated as i am now in years.

I first came to Halo to see Samantha Legato on January 4th in less than stellar condition. I have had chronic neck pain my whole life, and I have had a LOT of massages. When I walked out of Halo, after 90 minutes of advanced deep tissue massage, it was the first time I could fully rotate my head in years. I confidently told my mom on the phone that I had found, the one massage therapist.I have been back to Halo in search of that life-changing experience fifteen times now, and Sam always manages to outdo herself. She is extremely skilled and always tries new ways to improve my mobility and reduce the pain. Since working with her, I am able to go longer and longer stretches without the need for help. In other words, she is so good that she is putting herself out of a job.Halo itself is very peaceful, welcoming, and clean, and I highly recommend it for all of your self-care needs. :)

Ive been regularly scheduling sessions with Emma, and she is one of the absolute best! She is very methodical at finding the stress points and knots, and then melting them away at the pressure you want. Highly recommend 15 min dry brushing, minty mane, and hot stones. I will be continuing to schedule future sessions with her!

Kristine did an amazing job! This was my first massage and she was very accommodating to help me feel comfortable and relaxed. Even throughout, reminding me to relax and made me feel like a whole new person!

My husband booked me a massage here because I had a very sore neck and shoulder. I like a deep tissue massage and at other places, most of the time, I leave disappointed but Jesse had the best hands ever and I have been to ALOT of massage therapists. I don’t even know if I got her name right because I’m so relaxed which also does not happen often for me. I will definitely book here again which also doesn’t happen for me because I’m never completely satisfied after a massage. Thank you for the effective massage for my pain.

The BEST facial Ive ever had!! I went with the 90 minute GLOW and I was close to falling asleep a few different times. It was so relaxing and made my skin look absolutely incredible. Had a couples massage here, It was the worst massage Ive had. It was an odd experience to say the least. They massaged the inner part of my ear, pulled on joints (literally grabbed a leg and pulled), spent little to no time of a 90 min massage on my lower back. Pressure was far too deep it was painful. I was also a little grossed out by them massaging my feet then going directly to my face.

This was hands down the best facial Ive ever received! The attention to detail and the products made my skin feel so rejuvenated days later! The skin care products are gentle yet so effective. I cant wait for the next one!

I got the Glow fascial with Kira today and it was honestly the best fascial I’ve ever received. My friend and I went together for a girls day and the space is so perfect, the main area is so luxurious and we were able to get facials together in the same room - so fun! We both loved our services.I wish I had a before and after picture, my skin was literally glowing afterwards, I feel ten years younger. My favorite part was how Kira took the time to understand my skin goals and the hydrojelly mask! So detail oriented from check in to floating out afterwards, would 10/10 recommend for routine skin care, or a girls day.

I love supporting small and local businesses, so I thought I’d try a new spa thinking I’d have a great experience. Before writing my official review, let me start off by saying I hardly ever write reviews and I have NEVER written a review like this:Owner/manager is unprofessional, extremely condescending and rude when confronted about issue with my booking (their end, not mine).Keep in mind, I’m a new client and I’m not from the city. I scheduled my workday around this app. as I’m sure many professionals do. The commute alone took up 2 hrs of my time, which is fine and worth it for a great self-care experience.I arrived around 3:00 for a 3:15 app. I arrived early as I was unaware of their procedures. After waiting for about 10 min. in the lobby without any way to check-in or see a therapist as they were with clients, I spoke with the therapist who was scheduled to see me. She notified me my app. was moved to 3:30. She verified that my app. was supposed to start at 3:15, but it was moved to 3:30 by the manager, according to the app they use. She was very sweet and willing to make things right by providing me with the full hour service, which I was grateful for. She mentioned she would text her manager of the issue. I thanked her for her kindness and understanding.Prior to walking into the room, I asked the therapist if she had a chance to speak with her manager. She brought it to the manager’s attention, but it appeared nothing came of it. So, I asked if I could quickly talk with the manager. She said yes and walked me back to the lobby/entry. I asked to speak with the manager. A woman looked at me and said, “I am, well I’m the owner not the manager.” Right off the bat, she was seemed a bit defensive. I told her my concern with the abrupt change to my app. time without notifying me. She went on to say, “we’ve been super busy all day and you would have started your massage late anyways.” She continued to tell me that their clients are “super chill” and don’t have issues with waiting. First of all, like many spas and salons, there’s a waiting period, I’m aware of that. What is not a common practice is changing a client’s appointment time without notifying them. I quickly said, “I don’t appreciate you implying that I’m not “chill,” I just think it’s unprofessional not to notify a client, especially a new client of their app. changing to a later time [because you’d think they’d be extra aware of their communication with a new client who is unaware of their business practices].” She was very rude with her remarks and repeatedly attempted to justify this practice with comments like, “you would have started late anyway,” and “you’ve never had to wait at an appointment before?” This condescending remark was unnecessary as I was just trying to communicate my concern. Prior to the remark, I mentioned that I had never experienced this at other spas and salons. I get it, people run behind and are late, but it’s important to communicate that. Making it the client’s problem and changing their appointment is not ok. I’ve never experienced a business change my app. without my knowledge or explanation. It’s irritating for the client if they are unaware of what’s going on. It’s common decency to communicate.This is definitely not a response an owner or manager should have with a client. As someone who has worked in the service industry, accountability goes far.During this interaction, I looked over at the therapist [I wish I remembered her name, because she was so sweet], she looked mortified and whispered “I’m sorry.” When I realized I was going nowhere with the owner, I just said that I would write about my experience in a review and that I just wanted to get a massage and be done. She ended up canceling my app.I’m extremely disappointed. I wanted to love this place. The therapists I communicated with were so sweet and had gentle energy. I can’t say the same about the owner. I’m rate a ★ for the therapists. I wish the therapists well and I hope they get the business they deserve.

I just had the most amazing facial at Halo Healing Therapies, located in the charming north loop of minneapolis. Halo just opened up a second location within the building offering more massage rooms, couples massage, and now facials! The space is beautiful with feather decor and chill, Tulum-like vibes that set the tone for relaxation and pampering. My esthetician Tia was fantastic. If beauty is in the details, then it was absolutely beautiful. Starting with the burning of sage and the placement of an energy crystal on my heart. I had a double osmosis cleanse, dermaplane, microdermabrasion, jelly mask, paraffin wax and a hydro boost spray with moisturizer night cream. I loved it all. It was my first time doing dermaplaning and I’m obsessed! That jelly mask was super fun - I wish I could do that every week. And lastly, the hydro oxygen spray was the best - leaving my face dewy, glowy and fully moisturized. Highly recommend!! My wife and I had a great experience with Halo Healing Therapies! We booked the couples massage and had Cherokee and Emma as our massage therapists. Cherokee and Emma consulted with us before the massage so each massage could be tailored to meet our needs. I didnt really know how to articulate what I wanted as this was my first time getting a massage, but Cherokee was attentive, knew exactly what my body needed, and helped relieve tension and pain. My wife had Emma and reports that this was the best massage shes ever had. Emma was thoughtful to my wifes struggle with migraines and tailored the massage to target trigger areas without exacerbating her condition.Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Halo Healing and would recommend them to others. Every step of the way from booking to check out was easy and stress-free. The space was also clean and inviting. Not only was our time with Halo relaxing, but it truly was a healing experience.

I had a massage last friday morning and it was amazing, as always. this was my third visit to halo in the last 3 months. i had a massage in december with Kristen and had to book with her again. All the massage therapists i’ve had are all incredible but i wanted to go back to Kristen because it felt like we shared an understanding of what i wanted to feel and how to help me and my body. she is so outstanding. my appointment last week, i only said a few things of what i wanted out of the massage and she completely understood what i was trying to say and truly went above and beyond to create a calm, healing and grounding session for me. i’m always so grateful and appreciative of the services they offer. this service is a little expensive but you seriously are every pennie’s worth from them. i am almost too eager to recommend halo to other. halo is consistent, clean, cozy, welcoming, warm, healing, careful and caring. 100/10 I highly recommend!

I have been going to Halo for the past 10+ years and it has always been top notch. Something in the last year or so though has taken it up another notch though (as if it could get any better). If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Here are the reasons why I think Halo is the best massage studio in town and why Ill never leave them.1. Scheduling is a piece of cake. You can do so online or text them and they make it super simple. Where else you can get a massage with in 24 hours of your request? Sometimes even the day of? Nowhere. Halo is it.2. No matter what therapist I get, I can trust that theyll have the skill to give me exactly what I ask for. If I cant get in with any of my usual therapist, I actually look forward to trying someone new! These people KNOW what theyre doing.They are not like the therapist at say, Massage Envy, where they seem terribly bored, unconnected, and uninterested in your body. Halo therapists are skilled at listening to whats going on to me and wizards at helping me feel better.3. Its a total VIBE! Each studio is so unique and charming in its own way! There is always super chill music playing that enhances the experience right off the bat. In fact, I arrived early last time and got to hang out in their lounge and it was so enjoyable that Im going to start arriving to my massages 10 minutes early and take that time to start the unwind.4. They have all sorts of rituals they do before they get started (like having you inhale relaxing essential oils for one) and encouraging you to breathe deep through out the experience. I love them all!5. When Im feeling extra - I treat myself to one of their add ons and it takes it all to the next level. My favorite is the head and foot massage. Who knew?Needless to say, Im a big Halo fan. As a small business owner myself, I love watching another small business grow and get better and better as the years go on. Clearly this owner knows what shes doing. And she will have a customer for life because of it.

Went for a couples massage. Wonderful massage. Cute/welcoming set up. The only issue was that the walls seems super thin and you can hear EVERYTHING happening outside and around you, a bit distracting. The room was a little cold as well. My husband and I both commented we heard someone coming in and out of our massage space a few times which was a bit awkward. I think they would have a perfect set up removing those things!

The shop is above the coffee corner, easy to find. Took mass transit with no issue and only a bit of walking. They offer relaxation and deep tissue, and couples massages!My massage was great, our chat before hand ensured that I got exactly the help I needed in the spots I needed.Thanks to the other reviewers for giving me complete confidence in this location. She used deep pressure (which other spas refused to do during pregnancy) and left me feeling relieved for weeks afterwards. She also offered up intentions and wisdom to start and close each massage. Not the case with Danielle! Danielle provided a ton of pain relief for me and the massage was incredible.My partner really enjoyed having Kristine. He said Kristine was very calming and gave a great massage.The actual studio is very cute. The beds were super warm and comfortable. As a nice touch they gave us spring water from a local spring after our massage.Lastly, booking was very easy. They have their number listed on the website and you can text with someone who is very responsive to get set up.Overall very much a five star experience.

Okay wow! So healing & divine. You know how some massage therapists just seem to be going through a rote routine? This is not that! This is bespoke! Anna was my therapist, and she is so effective yet gentle, thoughtful, and high caliber. Exactly what I was praying for! (I almost didn’t want to say her name, because I don’t want her to get too busy for me, but I’ll just book her in advance; I had to share!)

Went with 90 minute couples massage and peppermint oil add on, and it was absolutely amazing!Would highly recommend anyone to either Cam or Christina who took care of us so well. They have a lot of passion for what they do and it shows.Definitely coming back soon!

Had a chronic sore achy shoulder for 2 months that didn’t get better with stretching, icing, or pain meds/muscle relaxers. Hurt to do everything and was getting worst. Had 2 sessions one week apart with Kaya, my rotator is 💯 better. Thank you! Also, I don’t typically like massages because I never know what I need so they just do whatever. But, this place is great, they tell me their focus, and it makes sense what they’re doing, and it works. They’re knowledge is like a combo of chiro and PT, but the ambience is so much better, doesn’t feel clinical at all. Protect this place at all cost.

Just finished a massage with Christina and boy do i feel AMAZING!! I just finished a 4 day 57 hour work week and I needed this! She really got into the nooks and crannies of my back and gave me a real full body massage!! She included my arms, hands, legs, and feet (which dont happen and no one usually focuses on those for some reason). I was halfway falling asleep when she was done and felt so relaxed! Its such a cute place too and youre literally the only one in the studio. I cant wait to get my fiancé in there so he can also have that experience. Thanks Christina!!

Cant say enough good things here, but Ill try.First off, I have never had a good massage. I often find people will use too much pressure, to the point Im in pain during the process and Im left bruised and scraped. I also have chronically dry skin and will soak up the product immediately. Its been my experience a therapist will not use enough to counteract this and the massage feels like one long, constant rug burn.NONE OF THAT HAPPENED HERE!!!Even booking the appointment was a more thorough experience than Ive had before. I spoke with the owner, Alisia, who asked me what I was looking for. Simple questions such as, What are you looking for and Whats your past massage experience are things Ive never heard from anyone else. Alisia was already different. She listened to my concerns and had the perfect therapist in mind who would make sure those same issues didnt happen.I saw Natalie, who was AMAZING! Why? Another new thing I didnt know existed...neck work! Not one massage therapist Id been to in the past had performed any kind of extensive neck massage on me. The Natalie neck-work experience blew me away. It really was the thing I didnt know I needed until I had experienced it. I get the deep tissue massage I need here every time. Scheduling with Alisia is so quick and easy, shes very responsive and will recommend exactly what you need. Their studio is so beautifully cozy, with perfect lighting and music. Kelly and Christina did a wonderful job with the massage. My wife and I visited them for the first time this week after a recommendation from a friend. Alisia was fantastic and flexible when scheduling on my chaotic schedule and even checked in later to see how everything went. We got deep tissue massages by request, and the Massage Therapists were great. Being more of an athlete, my Therapist Nicole used a sports centric approach to mine, utilizing a couple modalities. My wife enjoyed the hot stone application as well. Good communication and good massages. Definitely recommend.

I had a massage with Ty and it was one of the best massages Ive ever had. The way she integrated Shiatsu, therapeutic and relaxation was beyond my expectations. She was warm and welcoming, she listened to what I was experiencing, and addressed all areas, plus more. She was very in tune with my energy and my body. She met me where I was at on the table, and explained certain areas as we went. I loved her slow flow, and the way she opened and closed the session was spectacular; exceptionally intentional and thoughtful. Im seeing her again in a few days! I am here from out of town and had a terrible terrible headache. I called and got a same day appointment with Caroline. First, I was beyond grateful that they had a same day appointment. I felt like a struck gold.Second, Caroline was AMAZING. My expectation was to leave with a slightly less severe headache, but half way through my massage my headache was completely gone.The gal on the phone had offered me a 90 minute massage and I decline because I am usually counting down the minutes until the massage is over. For the first time in my life, I wished I was having a 2-3 hour massage.I am not exaggerating when I say that this massage was the BEST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD IN MY 34 YEAR OF LIFE.

My fiancé and I visited halo, with only a two days notice to get an appointment we were thrilled with our experience. I had jessica and she was FANTASTIC… I did not have any specific spots that needed attention and yet somehow she knew what was hurting before I even did. loved it!!! My fiancé had Oz. He has told me he loved the deep pressure that Oz used and the CBD oil as well. He has told me he feels like he’s walking on air as we were leaving. Love this place 100% recommend this place and will for sure be returning!

Great little place. Therapist was professional. I injured my lower back and they were able to get me in within an hour. I felt that the therapist understood my back problem and described well how she was going to approach it. I like deep tissue and I am also pretty particular about wanting deep pressure and she did a very good job. Would go back to them before any other massage company.

Kelly Weisner is more than amazing! I endured a traumatic back injury last year & also suffer from PTSD. I have been terrified to receive a massage although I’ve needed one for so long, until I went to Kelly. She ensured that she could get the work that needed to be done, while still respecting my boundaries, listened to my needs carefully, and made sure I was completely calm and comfortable before she moved forward with her techniques. She does a phenomenal job & her personality is an added bonus!
