Today was my first visit at this Spa. I was greeted by Aliyah when I walked in, she was so kind and genuinely welcoming. The Spa water she offered was the best I’ve ever had in any MN Spa. She gave me a tour of the women’s area, amenities and lounge. The entire space is beautiful. I had the Honey Haven Body Ritual with Jessica, and highly recommend it and her! She won’t disappoint. Kari was so sweet and offered me a glass of bubbles accompanied by macaroons and truffles! The hospitality truly matches the quality of the services and beauty of the facility. I will be back. My lunch was great too! I felt like I was on a vacation but just for four hours. The steam room was just a bit small, that’s all I can really criticize if I had to find something but I made a fellow new-mom friend in there so the company was good!
I had the most blissful few hours at the Spa. I was greeted by Lauren at the front desk, she was such a bright light and made me feel welcomed and comfortable with the space. The facilities were spacious, very clean, tidy and well stocked with anything I needed. I had the pool and hot tub to myself which was a treat. The steam room and sauna were lovely and relaxing. I booked a signature FS massage with Stephanie and felt unbelievably taken care of. The aroma therapy oils were delicious, I chose the balanced option of Geranium, Orange and Rose. I honestly felt like crying happy tears. As a Mother of 3 young children it felt amazing being in a reverse role. Stephanie was very attentive and caring. I felt listened to, all stress and anxiety were non existent. Sometimes during massages I feel pressured to engage in small talk and there was none of that, which I appreciated. Stephanie was very professional and talented. Would highly recommend seeing her! Over the moon with my experience, still basking in it today! -Amanda
Disappointed in this place. They don’t have bags for your wet bathing suits and The locker room smells like rotten eggs when you run the swimsuit dryer. They also no longer offer water bottles and the water container in the women’s locker room is on its last leg. The cold eucalyptus towels were also always out and never restocked. My therapist was friendly but the front desk was not, I felt scrutinized by her.
I’ve had two massages in my life that I needed to tell people about. One was October 10, 2009 at the Trump Hotel (fyi this is not a political statement) in Chicago. The second was June 14, 2023 at The Four Seasons in Minneapolis. I almost hesitate to give the name of the masseuse so she doesn’t get too big and leave. But she deserves the credit. Her name is Allison, and it would be an insult to her to use simple verbiage from the English language to describe that of which she is capable. Suffice it to say, she was wonderful. 6 stars.
Beautiful spa. Wished there was more attentive service in the pool area for food/drinks.
The four seasons spa charges customers a different price in person than online. I informed them over a month ago and other customers have complained but they don’t seem to care. Two person massage is also priced PER PERSON, with no notice of that, even though a single person would never book a two person massage.
Pool and Sauna there and running. Had a free shower and changing rooms next to the pool. Chairs and even towels were provided.
The kind and thoughtful interactions with the spa staff here compelled me to leave a review. Everyone at the hotel is a pleasure to talk to.
Karina was so helpful and just an absolute joy to be around
Very professional, caring, and great facilities.
Great experience loved it will be back
Always the best!
