The staff here is AMAZING!!!! Every time I have trouble with my Argus VooDoo gene pro. They teach me how to use it and I even had trouble with it today. They are amazing because they helped me figure out why is was buzzing and the liquid needed to be run at. 6 stars if it was a choice. Much appreciation for this staff.

Decent prices, great discount program, and every staff member Ive asked has always had great flavor recommendations and put up with my picky taste. Only thing I wish they carried is DIY juice supplies (understandable) and more types of Uwell pods.

Only I have grown fond of most of the long term employees. They are great! They are the reason I now drive well out of my way, just to shop at this location. Parking is still an issue for me, but there is a ramp that can be accessible.Prices are good, staff is super helpful. Would give 5 stars but parking is limited (and its paid parking), especially on weekends due to busy night life.

Even though most of the merchandise here can be bought online, I will always go in to get the opinion of the workers. Tonight it was Harper and Zak who were extraordinarily helpful, and their recommendations work for me. But it doesnt matter who is working, I have never had a bad experience here. All of the staff is knowledgeable and is more than willing to help anyone of any experience level with any questions they have. You definitely have a repeat customer!

This place was amazing! I came in Saturday night, just last night and the employee Ryan helped me out so much! He helped me with a new mod, got me the right coils, he recommended me staying there and making sure they work since all vape stores have a policy of no return on items since it does go in your mouth 😉I’ve been coming here for quite a bit (about 2 years) and I feel the genuine connection between employees and customers. Staff is knowledgeable and they stock quite a bit of stuff. As someone who used to work at a vape shop, I am comfortable going into this shop knowing theyre not up-selling, instead they meet your budget and help you find something that fits your needs. They have a good point system for return customers, and the place is clean!

Only been once, but the staff was really friendly and helpful. They had a certain brand I love (Namesake Elixir) which I was hard pressed to find anywhere else, even online, which is what brought me there. Everywhere else I went that supposedly had this juice was out of stock in either the flavor or the nicotine level I use, however they seemed fully stocked which to me is a huge plus. So annoying when you go to your store and end up settling on some other juice that you have to vape for the next week. Prices were so-so but it seems to me the quality of the juice is fitting for the price for what Ive seen so far. Overall I had a great experience.
This is tricky for me because I love the staff, especially Eileen, and the product is good, but there are 2 things I extremely dislike otherwise I would give y’all all the stars you want. 1. The last few times I’ve purchase liquid, the nozzle on the bottles haven’t been great. I’ve actually had two or three explode on me and the lid come completely off, ruining the clothes I have on. I know you can’t open and inspect each bottle, but perhaps remind the customers to open it and try it before they leave the store??2. There have been four times that when I’m buying the liquid and the person helping me knows what I am smoking it on they have suggested some oil’s that have completely burnt out my coil within two puffs of putting it in my rig. Then I have a brand new bottle of oil that I can’t use unless I have endless coils, which I do not.
Best vape shop around. Hands down. Great brands, flavors & employees. Helpful & courteous. Recommendations by employees are always great. They will even send you to/recommended a competitor if they feel they dont have what you want/need. Not many places would ever do that. Highly recommended.

First time visiting today - this shop was the only place open during the snowstorm we were having, and I needed a new atomizer for my mod.The staff member who was there was extremely knowledgeable (didnt catch his name), and he was extremely patient with me in helping to pick out a new atomizer. This place was awesome! We stopped by around 9:30 and the salesman was really nice, helped us pick out a vape and some liquid to go with it, and even set up the unit for us and made sure we knew how to work it and fill it. The woman working there during my visit was very helpful with my search for a new Salt Nic flavor, but it was difficult to pay attention to the wonderful amount of details she provided because I was lost in her blue eyes. May or may not have fallen in love. Store had good prices, good selection, nice staff. 10/10 would visit again

The store is...clean, Ill give it that. The employees have been rude to me several times, and pushed products that didnt at all fit my feeds with a lack of return policy to boot.Their products have ALSO all broken easily on me (like... they havent left my house because covid and theyre still useless in a month or two, I mean I spent $100 come on)Emails to management go unnoticed, or at least unacknowledged. Id go somewhere else.

I stopped in two or 3 times for a quick grab & go for juices. I had driven past here in the tow truck at least 3 dozen times before even realizing this place existed. Fair pricing across the board, but a small location in comparison to all other vape shops Ive seen. Although being smack dab in the middle of trendy hipster drinking holes, you cant really expect lots of square footage.

Ive been coming weekly to this shop for almost two years, since I quit smoking, and its still my go-to for vaping supplies. The manager, Michael, is often working when I stop in, and he really knows his stuff. This is a great shop for just about anything you need, whether youve been vaping for years, or are just starting out. Excellent variety of juice brands and flavors, with a focus on local manufacturers.

Place is prolly the best vapor shop in the twin cities Im from LA, but grew up here. The staff here is knowledgeable and really rad! Compared to LA where vaping started they dont have the major lines of juice but its still a good shop. A good spot in uptown.

My first visit here was awesome. The guy working at the shop helped me pick out my first vape and got me off to a good start. I came back today to get more liquid and the store was closed with a back in 5 minutes sign. I waited 10 minutes because it was so awesome the first time I visited. Now Im on my way to find a new shop. I dont have all afternoon to sit around Uptown and wait for the dude to come back and reopen shop.

I stopped into this store to check out their CBD section and I was impressed. The employee was knowledgeable and helped me pick out a product from BLNCD, a local MN CBD company. The BLNCD Bliss CBD oil has helped me with my mid-day energy slump and taken the edge off when work gets stressful. Ill be stopping back in to try some of the other CBD products.

Needed a rebuild for my RDA so I called around the Minneapolis area and this was the only place that said, yeah.....Im sure we could set you up with something. Cool! Headed down there was greeted everything was good, explained it was busy and would be a moment. No problem! I understand. About 20 minutes go by and by this point Im wondering when Im going to get taken care of. Finally business slows down and I ask the guy, Hey...So when is this rebuild going to take place? Employee replied, Oh yeah, sorry man, and asks the guy next to me, who looked like he was just a customer just hanging out on his laptop, who was free the entire wait helps me. So at this point, Im not sure if this guy works here or is just a fellow customer. Guy works on my rda and builds the worst setup Ive ever seen. Super thin kanthal probably 28g, 5 wrap, and mind you the coils werent centered correctly, so when fired it produced the worst vapor Ive ever witnessed. Although it was free and was willing to pay for the service. I will never support this shop. Afterwards, I ended up driving to my usual shop and getting it done correctly. Words of advice, if you dont offer the service, just tell me, no we dont do rebuilds, plain and simple.

My husband is a smoker so we recently visited infinite vapor looking for options to help him quit. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about their products and vapors and helped him choose the best product for his lifestyle. He previously had an e-cig from another store but was unhappy with the quality and didnt feel it was working for him. After one week, he is smoking 5 less cigarettes per day, and much happier with his new e-cig and juice from Infinite Vapor. They have some really cool vaping devices if you are looking for style along with functionality.

Always check your purchase before you leave! I was given the wrong juice twice and didnt notice until I got home. Its often due to the packaging looking very similar, so make sure you read it before you leave. Otherwise friendly staff.
