Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of juice. The staff has recommended different flavors for me to try based on my flavor profile and they have never steered me wrong. The staff is also very knowledgeable of all the products they have and were able to help me decide on a new mod and tank to upgrade my device. The store is always clean and the environment is always welcoming. Often times, I stay for a little bit talking and joking with the staff. Highly recommend you go here! I will not go anywhere else for any of my vape products!

Sept 12 6:30am. Drive across town only to be turned away with nothing because “I can’t take cards till my manager gets here”! He never even tried to run my card or solve the issue.This kid or his manager should be replaced if they can’t muster the intelligence to take care of a problem as simple as a card issue. Without customer service this establishment is no better than the gas stations that are much closer to my house. This used to be my favorite vape shop now it’s just another shop.

I love this shop. They have a point system that allows you to earn free stuff. Prices were good and they had a large variety of juices and vaping pens to choose from. Guest seating area and bathroom. You feel very welcome and can just hang out there in the lounge area. Employees were very nice and friendly and helped me choose what I wanted without pushing me to buy anything. Handicap accessible.

Staff is on point and knowledgeable. Large product selection and a great place to hit your vape or try a new one and chill if you’ve got time to do so. There’s a reason they’ve got so many stores in the area. They know what they’re doing!

They did nothing to rectify a situation where my product seemed to work fine leaving the store but obviously had a bad battery because would not charge once it died two days later. Will not be going back

Love this place! They offer a wide variety of juices and you can try all of them. The guys that work there are awesome and extremely helpful. You can sit on the couches, watch TV and talk to the staff. The Hillcrest store is open 24/7. This place stays busy!

Im new to vape stuff so l been visiting different stores to find one l like. This place is great to shop at. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and l feel the products to choose from are good quality and a large selection. I was set up with a RDA and new juice super fast.Personally speaking l dont care for fan club hanging around blocking the counter at the same time that speaks volumes about how easy going the staff are, l can always stop in at a different time to avoid the crowd. I definitely will shop there again.

No better shop for honest advice and quality fluids. The establishment is driven by the service provided from each employee and the ownership. John, Jake, Shane, Jace, and the entire cloud nine crew will always stand behind what they sell and give you honest advice as to the way in which to go. Whoever comes in their store has to have I.D and whoever walks in with you had to have a I.D.. No sign on door saying nothing like that.. No it does not state anything on the door! I WOULDNT recommend this place at all!! They are rude and just down right hurtful! It Dont even deserve a one star!

Best vape place period. Both locations, (Hillcrest/Airport) are equally amazing with knowledgeable staff. The staff at both locations, are always helpful, williging to educate you and they always work hard to find you the perfect match to fit all of your wants and needs. I love this store. The staff is friendly and knowledge and dont mind answering all my vaping novice questions. Alex is awesome and helps me find what I need within my budget, even if I have to go elsewhere to get it. They have an extensive juice selection. I wont go anywhere else.

These guys are awesome they treat everyone like family this is the only vape I shop in. The prices are the best and so is the customer service. Never had a bad experience with these guys. Best shop in town. Ive bought from Vapor Hut and others who use cheap liquids which damage your coils (literally I went through 3 coils in a day using Vapor Huts crappy liquids). Those places use fake accounts to rank their store and theyre trash. Cloud 9 has only the most premium selection of products that will never let you down. I love these guys and I make the extra drive from now on to visit them because the closer shops are all trash.

Had no sense of customer service past the initial sell. At no point did i feel included amongst the patrons, their facilities clearly had not been tended to in weeks if not longer.I got what i came for, but nothing else.Very poor service. And i saw people putting their bare feet on the display glass..... No regards given by the staff.....

This is the third time Ive gone into this shop. Each time I was looking to spend several hundred dollars. Today, I was hoping to purchase the VC X1, the Mason rda, a SpeedyBuilt mod and a 120 ml bottle of Turtle Drops. Needless to say, as usual, I didnt purchase anything. Not because I didnt want to but because the customer service in this shop is absolutely horrible. The morons working in this place dont give a damn about their customers. The entire display case of mods and rdas was blocked by people sitting there, not shopping, just hanging out with the three or four employees. Only one was actually working and he was very busy. The others just sat there, hanging out with their friends, ignoring the 8 or so customers that couldnt get any help. When I entered and left, I was never greeted, nor were the customers that entered after me, unless they were the employees friends. I asked people that were sitting there looking at magazines and crocheting if I could get to the case to look and was ignored. I asked workers to help and was ignored. This is the worst shop I have ever been in. I will report this horrible place to the Better Business Bureau and any other establishment I can find, as well as encourage many people not to go in this place. Also, they carry the juice lines of two companies whom I work closely with as a sponsorship and event coordinate to encourage them to pull their products from the shelves, since nobody seems to give a damn about selling them. This place is a cancer to the community and its storefront should not exist.

This shop is absolutely wonderful. Every employee is very knowledgeable. They will rewick and build coils for you and the builds are wonderful. Its a great environment and the people including the customers are very welcoming. This shop is hands down the best vape shop Ive ever been to. I highly recommend coming here.

The people who work here are fantastic. They dont hire salesmen who just want your money and have you on your way. They hire people who not only are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, but also people who you can sit down with and have a chat about anything with. They wont try and sell you something just to get rid of you. Theyll sit down, look at your needs and budget and work with you. I have nothing but love for the people there work there and the store. It goes without mention that the have a VERY large selection of juices and mods/accessories/RDA, RTA, RDA, etc for both beginners and advanced vapers. Oh and they also do builds for any atty, FOR FREE.10/10

Drove 30 min from the small town im visiting as its the closest vape store. had a valid paper copy of my license dude would not accept it. not expired, valid government issued ID. advertize that online before you waste my time. will be spending my money elsewhere on future trips, ridiculous. rude.

Like a second family, they will do any and everything in their power to get you what you need or something better within your budget, please dont be discouraged if they are busy when you go in, they will take the time to explain anything from setups to trouble shoot problems, dedicated customer service all the way!

A little high end but because they only carry the best vaporizing products. The staff its by far, bar none the absolute most knowledgeable staff at any shop Mobile. They dont just sell e-juice, they can work on the hardware they sell. This is the only shop in Mobile that works on the hardware they sale.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!New to vaping, I was sold the wrong pods for my Orion Q that was in hand shown to the employee. Trusting they gave me the correct item I filled them and was not able to use them because they were for a different product.They also sold me a 24mg nic salt when I showed them the 50mg AQUA I had been using. Mow Im mixing a little of it to the other...Yet another rip off!!Bad business to not make it right with receipt. It was their mistake but I have to pay for it. Haughty attitude from staff as well regarding THEIR mistake!!See attached pic for entire rip off...Not good for customer retention especially for those who are new! Of course I didnt know and trusted they did. Over $10 they lost a client... again, BAD BUSINESS!They were also too ready to run back and hang out (in the smoke lounge club) not being helpful or wanting to make another sale of the correct product knowing they were in the wrong!Grrr> AGGRIVATED. I took those pods on vacation and only then finding out they dont work with my setup (I thought they were defective) and while there was only able to find cigs, which I had just quit. But I guess Im not important because Im not part of the wolf pack.Thanks for nothing....literally.

Always a pleasure to visit the store they are very helpful when they not busy and will show you everything you needs to know about vaping. I highly recommend beginners to visit because they will educate you and get you started up on the right mod at a good price.

Helped me select a new, nice-looking vape in my price range and was friendly. I came back later that day because I could not figure out how to screw the top off, and I wanted to be in time to catch the bus home. Rob waited on me promptly even though other people were there, got the problem fixed quickly and efficiently, and I went home on the bus. I like the fact that they are open 24 hours...cos when u got to smoke, u got to smoke. I have the best vape ever. Also, when I purchased e juice last week, I handed Rob an extra five by accident and he gave it back! I would never have known. Thanks Cloud 9!

Dont go here. I just called looking for kangertech ssocc Clapton coils for my subvod, he said he didnt have it & hung up in my face, he didnt have the sense to even say goodbye. If the attitude is like that over the phone, I definitely dont want to know what its like in the store. I will take my business elsewhere.

Been going here since I moved to Mobile and I really wish I checked out other places sooner, before my mod broke and I figured Id just get a new one the same place I go for juice and coils.I made the biggest mistake when I asked which one he recomended and basically got the cheapest mod with the highest mark up 😒😒Paid like 110$ for the voopoo drag, goes for like 36$ online. You do the math.

Went in for the first time not knowing what I really wanted. Dude was super professional and helped me step by step on how to use the device. Its going to be the only place I go for my vaping needs!

My husband and I recently quit smoking and started vaping...like real recent...like 4 days ago. Well we went to Wal-Mart and bought the Blu disposables, my husband smokes mine, his and my mother-in-laws 😂. So we went to Walgreens to see what they had and ended up purchasing Vape Pens (I think thats what you call em). These were better and we could refill them. By day 4 we had both grown tired of our flavors. My husband had to be to work in an hour but we both needed something to power us through the day. Cloud 9 is the only 24 hour shop in our area and it was 5a.m. We went in clueless and came out feelings like old pros!!! Chase was awesome and there was even a regular customer there that helped us by showing his favorites. We cant wait to go back and see what else we can get into now that we are apart of the Vape Life lol! This place has a huge selection and great customer service. We will be back and HIGHLY recommend it👍👍👍

Honestly i cant do this place justice.The employees here are so welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. The e juice, tank, and overall build selection is great weither your trying to quit smoking or chasing clouds Cloud 9 is definitely among the best.

Used to love this place but the last few times I’ve gone, the service has been awful. I’m new to vaping and when I ask them questions, I feel like they’re looking at me like I’m stupid. Today I asked if they could recommend another tank/atomizer for my VooPoo Drag other than my Smok Prince and the guy didn’t bother to recommend anything. He said at the moment the Smok was the best. I asked a few more questions and the guy seemed like I was annoying him. Also, I feel like this is more of a hang out for younger vapers because every time I go in there’s always 3-5 guys lounging around watching TV and chilling so maybe if you’re a younger vaper this is the place for you. I’m 31 and decided I will no longer shop here. I ended up visiting The Vape Hut on Schillinger and they were so kind and even sent me to Parlor Vapors on Cottage Hill and University (I’ll be writing reviews for them both). Again, nothing against Cloud9 but I think they’re geared for a younger crowd who are looking for what “looks cool” on the market. I went to Parlor Vapes and they recommended a better atomizer for me other than Smok and I’m in love with it. Cloud 9 officially lost my business.

If you disagree, you are an enemy of the people. I am actually good friends with cloud 9 vapes. Cloud 9 is potentially the best trade deal in Mobile history.

A friendly atmosphere with a lot of vape specialist here. The staff is more than happy to answer any and all vape related questions. They also enjoy when you come in just to chat about vaping in general. I highly recommend this place to any and all people who currently vape or are considering picking it up.

Came to mobile from san antonio texas for an expo and decided to swing by a few of the local shops. Cloud 9 was awesome! The staff were helpful and knew what they were talking about and werent just there to make a sale. We sat down and had conversation for more than an hour. Vaped out and had fun. Great place for Vapeing has alote of different and cool Vape mods, tank RDAs and etc, and getting your coils and cottons changed for free is a big plus. My only bit picky con is there E-juice selection could do better others then that awesome place.

This vape shop has the highest prices on juice (only bought juice) in mobile. I asked for a 60 mil bottle of cheap juice. It was a brand i never heard of and it cost me 22 bucks. I usually shop at the smokers vape shop i could have got the same amount of juice for 8 dollars cheaper
