Perfect Spa & Massage

It was maybe my worst massage experience ever! Oh My God! The lady was extremely aggressive and clearly inexperienced. I could hear her arguing with everyone at check-out. She charged my card before starting the massage! and asked me to leave the tip section blank. After the terrible experience, I requested my receipt, but she refused to give it to me (I have to call my bank now!) and kept holding onto my card, aggressively demanding a 20% tip (I mean really aggressive and shouting at me!!), which I refused. Anyway, charged my card again for the tip ($12 not $20). Each time she charges your card, theres an additional $3-4 processing fee! Not recommending this place at all... I am still emotionally stressed....

My husband and I used to go here when it was called Harmony Bay Reflexology. This past weekend was the first time that we went under new management and is now called Perfect Spa & Massage. We both think its better than ever! We appreciated the attention to detail: from privacy dividers in the foot massage area to the redecorated front room and toilet room to our massages. Yes, the prices have slightly increased like everything else these days, but they are still reasonable. The overall experience and service have improved, so we are happy to pay the increase. We both came away rejuvenated and are planning to return in the future.

This was a bad experience. Massage therapist couldn’t speak English and made me uncomfortable during the massage. She went in and out of the room multiple times to answer the phone, greet new guests, or to talk with her coworker. She left the door open sometimes when she left which opened up to the main hallway. She had her coworker in the room also at one point talking to her during the massage in another language. After the massage I didn’t want to leave a tip and she was being very aggressive about trying to convince me to leave a large tip.

Wendy is amazing! I came here for a 90 minute combo massage and she gave me one of the best massages Ive had in a very long time. I get massage about once a week and Ive tried most of the mid-range massage spots on the peninsula. This is definitely one of the best. Location is also really convenient and the parking is super easy. I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at Perfect Spa & Massage. Laura, the owner, made me feel welcome and the ambiance was serene. The facilities were clean and detailed. Lauras full-body massage was outstanding and tailored to my needs. The spa offers high-quality services. Highly recommend it for relaxation and self-care.

A bad experience. This store changed a new owner , hygiene situation has become worse. There was a very old lady who didnt speak English and couldnt communicate with her. The massage therapist wasnt too bad, but not the best. The ladys attitude made me feel very uncomfortable .will never come back again.

Amazing experience. Me and my husband had really great and relaxing massage experiences here. People are really nice same as their work too. Most prefer massage place.

Wow. All I can say is, wow. Great atmosphere, great masseuse, serene music, and all very affordable. A great experience and a peaceful time. I thank Laura, the owner, for giving me such a serene and relaxing massage. I am very impressed by this place, and I will be recommending this to all my friends and family. The owner was very accommodating and change the massage style as I requested, she was very friendly too! Overall, I recommend this massage place over any other ones.

Fantastic massage therapists. I had a full body massage with Mey I believe. I had a Combo with Laura also couple of months ago. You are guaranteed to walk out feeling better. Very skilled and no frills, meets my budget and needs. I dont see a need to any place else

Super great deep tissue massage, going to get 90 minutes next time. The lady was very cheerful and funny. The store looks very clean and newly renovated

This was my second visit to Perfect Spa & Massage and I was not disappointed. Laura- my masseuse was extremely professional. Her massage was very relaxing and wonderful. Not sure if this is a new owner but very different than my last experience with May, who was wonderful. Minimal communication, lacked hygiene, and no proper draping/coverage, exposing me several times with the door opened.

I love this place. No frills but they are all skilled and can work through your tight muscles and knots and make you feel better in an hour. Every therapist Ive had is great. Highly recommend
