I went in there not being knowledgeable about tanks for my vape. But Jake set me up proper. His customer service was beyond spectacular. I am someone who works in retail and prides themselves on their customer service. I was impressed. I feel customer service like he displayed is a dying art. Tip of my cap to him and wild bills for hiring him. I would recommend this location to anyone, Jake went above and beyond.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable with vapor products. High end glass smoking rigs from many brand name companies. Ill be back for 20% off Wednesdays.

Great little place with a large selection and friendly staff.Theyve got cigarettes, tubes, rolling paper, blunt wraps, bagged tobacco, pipes, lighters of every style, and tons of bowls and bongs for the smokables that they *dont* sell. Convenient location near Meijer/Target/Menards right at an intersection with a traffic light for easy entrance and exit.Parking is a bit tight, but thats just a consequence of the limited lot size at this location. But theres almost always a place to park due to the light traffic they and their neighbors get.Plus they have a savers club, which is nice.

Amazing crew at this location! Conner is super helpful and always a pleasure to see. This is the only location I will go to because of Conner and all the other friendly crew! Can’t say enough good things about this location!

Friendly staff, great selection

I was greeted by Matt immediately upon walking in. Matt helped me out finding a new vape and answered all of my questions happily.Good customer service is rare nowadays so thank you Matt for being awesome. Keep it up and God bless you.

This is one of my regular stores but today there was a newer worker named Jake in there. He had a bit of a line but he was buzzing through customers while answering all their questions with plenty of knowledge on the product. My best part of todays experience as I had just woke and being trans I didnt have my chest binder on and my id still states the wrong gender and Jake called me by proper pronouns without even asking!!

This is one of the best Wild Bills Tobacco stores I’ve been in they are friendly, happy, always helpful & cheery. Very clean store, employees are fantastic, manager is ##1 it shows with his staff. Suggest this store to my friends.

A well informed young man helped me pick out some cigars from an overwhelming selection. He was also very polite and friendly. I was in the store maybe 5 minutes tops, and left with what I was looking for. Thank you.

I came in for help with my mod the assistant manager was very very rude. Called us crackheads. Picked up the tank and didnt do anything. But the manager conner is the real deal. Dont come here if he isnt here.... apparently when they are lazy they dont have to redo their stickers. 🤣

Felt sooo uncomfortable in this store… I walked in with 2 other people and all they did was stare. Then one dude only talked to us because we bought something, but he was definitely being rude too. Never ever coming back lol horrible customer service.

An overall 3/5In my opinion the remaining stars belong to those businesses who support American-made glass, pipes, and other inventory instead of mass produced, chinese knock-offs with a crazy markup price.That being said, staff is incredibly friendly and have a good understanding of the products. Store is always very clean and organized with a large display case around the perimeter of the store for easy browsing. If this store was stocked with mostly American made goods (or at least fair trade goods) it would be an easy 5/5.

Second time with poor, unfriendly service. Lost out on my sale that another store that happens to also start with the name Wild got instead but being a big chain that probably wont have any impact. The service was like night vs day different.

Pretty good selection of cigars but thought they were a bit pricey. Seems like wild bills was more about the vapes and cannabis pipes. Not bad but for a cigar guy this used to be my go to chain. Great deals and a small cigar lounge. This one didnt have a lounge for cigar smoking.

I am giving them a 2 now. It was a 4 and then they switched to an off brand.. still labeled smok 1.2 vapresso extra. wild Bills started to buy the knock off extra vaporesso and so the past 3 months have been not good like it was.. I now order my pods online from a reputable company that keeps them in stock! I order right from smok! Now Im doing well!
