They charge $89 for round cans of bugler tobacco and $12 and some change for a normal pack. The packaging on their product is bogus and I know because I have purchased these products in a lot of places for nearly half the price. Summary they sell counterfeit product at double and triple the price of the legit product

First of all the selection is amazing at this location. The owner Mike has an amazing knowledge base and actually knows the mechanism of action biologically for the products he sells. I’m from Chicagoland and cannot find a store that has the selection base or the friendly atmosphere when Mike is explaining which products work the best, etc. if this place was closer to me, I would buy all the stuff I can and still come back for more and I never do reviews unless the place is amazing. This place is great and amazing.

I really used to enjoy this shop. The gentleman employee(owner?) was awesome, knowledgeable and eager to explain products to less experienced consumers. The prices were competitive if not slightly higher, but you got what you paid for. Very high quality. The last 3 times Ive been in have been lack luster sadly. The lady employee doesnt knowwhat shes doing. Its very off putting that you have to yell out item numbers across the store for everything youd like a price for. She cant answer any questions about the product and is rude when you keep asking different things instead of just buying. Im sorry to see this decline, but unless you have business in the strip mall, I wouldnt recommend.

This store has an amazing selection, after calling 10 stores for a product I was looking for this was the only store to carry it. The Randy’s cleaner cleans like no other. Sam was very helpful with helping me to find other items to help me clean my pieces. There’s also a great cigar selection and other pieces too! This is truly a one stop shop. Great service too!

Clean store great service
Bought a disposable, went outside opened it didnt work. They refused to swap out for me after I literally just bought 1 minute prior. Horrible. That was not clearly explained to me at time of purchase. I was told I had to follow up with esco bars which I tried but they do not have a website and seem impossible to contact.

I came in without an ID. Told them I just wanted to look at one item real quick. I look well over 18. I just wanted to know the price of the item and the owner refused to tell me and kicked me out. He could have told me the price and I would have been out just as quick the glass looked super cheap anyway

Save yourself hassle and find somewhere that will back their products up with a return policy. This shop is very addimant about not accepting RETURNS but when I had a e-cig charger break not even a week after purchasing it, they refused to even EXCHANGE it.If you can’t stand behind your products, don’t be in business. I was looking for convenience and paid WAY over price for what I bought simply so I wouldn’t have to wait for shipping. I’m happy to support small businesses but this place isn’t looking for return customers it is looking to dump bad products, at a high mark up and then hide behind their “policy.”

I would rate this at -10stars if i couldThis guy sold me a portable unit that had just a little bit of battery left just as much as you brand new phone would have. As soon as the unit died out of battery its not usable because it does not take charge no mater how long you charge it. now next day after 2 unsuccessful tries to charge it once for 15 hours first time and then for 5 hours as the instructions states either time once the charger is disconnected the device dies instantly..Now this guy wont even go into the talk about exchanging the defective unit for new one-telling me to contact manufacturermanufacturer is now charging me shipping to get it to them and get it fixed because i didnt buy it from themDO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GUYthis guy charged me $250 for a defective unit that cost online $200 from manufacturer will not change it for new need to pay even more to get it fixed
