Praha Spa and Salt - Salt Cave

I made myself a “spa day” but doing a massage, the winter package (sauna, foot soak, salt room) and facial. It was absolutely wonderful. The massage was superb. The facialist was so knowledgeable. I was graciously led from one activity to another with a cup of tea and kind smile. Highly recommend making a day of it.

Hidden Gem.. Love this place. Amazing energy!! The staff is wonderful. Treated myself for BDay. They use Clean products for facials & the massage was excellent. There’s a variety of salt based products & the offer specials through the week. Will definitely be a regular customer. Located in small plaza close to pine ridge.

I am so happy I found Praha Spa & Salt! This place is so beyond beautiful, you walk in with the most amazing aroma of smells and the front desk greats you with such beautiful warm smiles & MIMOSAS!! I was so amazed by the positive energy this spa holds! I am so jealous i would work there in a heartbeat! i got the Sea C facial & my skin felt better than ever before!! I than went in the salt cave and WOW! you just have to see it yourself!!!!!

I don’t leave very many reviews because I am extremely picky BUT I have to comment on this… Praha spa and salt, from start to finish, is beyond amazing. The environment is extremely relaxing, the staff is super friendly, and the massage was mind blowing! I don’t know what to say about Jesus, the masseuse, other than, he is PHENOMENAL. Hands down, the best massage I have ever received. I will definitely be returning and next time, I’ll be getting a 90 minute instead of a 60 minute.

Went in for an ion treatment with a friend visiting from out of town. I knew the change in the water color from all the toxins being pulled from our bodies would be fascinating for her to see (and disgusting lol.) It was her first time trying this. What an interesting and fun experience! Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. We were the only ones in the building when we first arrived and the girl working with us totally matched our personality style. We had a great time laughing with her. She was also quick to say feel free to sit back, relax and enjoy your time. We left feeling amazing.

Had a great experience here. From the massage with Serenity , to relaxing in the salt cave , and sweating it out in the sauna. This place is unique. One of a kind spa you have to experience.

It’s a neat place to relax and stretch, but if you are looking for a proper yoga session, this is not the place. Laying on salt is like laying on a sandy beach, so be prepared to have uneven surfaces.

Love this Spa! My absolute favorite place. Very relaxing atmosphere and professional staff. I came for the first time to salt cave and infrared sauna that was a blast. Now, can’t imagine my life without this place. They have a lot of great services.100% recommended!

I spend alot of time at this spa. I love the top notch service & the very knowledgeable staff. Had a couples massage & ion foot soak yesterday and Nora & Donna where both fantastic for massages ..I love the complimentary Mimosa upon arrival and Alyssa & Joanna (reception are both fabulous friendly and always welcoming. You can also buy beautiful jewelry stones salt ltems lamps scrubs of all sizes & Alyssass salt body scrubs and its part of my daily regium very reasonably priced. And my skin has never been so smooth its amazing!!Alyssa you Rock. As dies the entire team...its my second home..Love this spa❤️

Oksana gives the best manicure & pedicure Ive ever gotten, I couldnt recommend her more! She is a perfectionist! I get the dry/russian manicure & pedicure with gel and it lasts a good 3-4 weeks. Atmosphere is great as well.

This is my second visit to Praha and I highly recommend! I’ve had a massage and I’ve enjoyed the salt cave and a yoga sound bath with Amanda. Very peaceful and healing - I love it here.

Highly recommend this spa!! My wife and I booked a Winter Escape package. We truly enjoyed ourselves. We each had a massage, a facial and had a chance to checkout the salt cave! Everything was great! The masseuse was awesome and Brook handled my facial. We will be back!!! Plus, Masha at the front desk was very pleasant and inviting when we first entered the spa and gave each of us a mimosa! We will be back!!!

Yoga in the Salt Cave was a wonderful way to start the day. Amanda led a amazing restorative yoga experience. The grounding energy of the salt was a blissful respite from everyday life. Would highly recommend this experience for everyone.

We visited the salt cave with our family and had massages. Everyone was super friendly and nice, even to our kids in the salt cave where the staff hid starfish in the sand for them to find so we could relax. The massages were amazing too! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this spa! Everybody was so friendly and helpful! The salt cave here was the best weve ever seen, it felt like youre going into a real salt cave or mine, very relaxing and healing environment. Seemed to really clear our breathing. Massages were exceptional, felt so relaxed afterwards.

Mauro gave me my therapeutic massage and it was fantastic. He paid attention to what I needed and focused on relieving my pain, he was caring and thoughtful in his approach and it one of the best massages Ive ever had. I would go back to him again and would highly recommend this place overall. I also had a facial that was good (they massaged my hands and feet as well!) and spent time in the salt cave which was an interesting experience. If you are looking for a great spa place, this is it!

This was my first experience with the Praha Spa, although I have had many massages elsewhere. The atmosphere is very comforting and relaxing; all staff is friendly; condiments available (water, tea)are appropriate to a spa . All you need to bring is yourself. I had Praha spa Sport massage and I am looking forward to having another. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Incredible experience!I went to Naples for vacation, and I always like to treat myself to some spa and beauty procedures. This time I found Praha Spa for its convenient location, and it was a 100% correct decision.To begin with, the staff is amazing, they are so welcoming and nice to you the second you walk in, which already put me into a great mood. Then I did a signature facial, which was honestly incredible, very relaxing and calming, exactly what I needed!I also did a massage, following with some relax time in a salt cave ( this one is a gem! ). After all this I felt so great and now every time I go to Florida, I am certainly coming back again. This was one of the best spa experiences I have had.The staff members alone will make you feel like a princess, so I would definitely recommend treating yourself here with no doubt! Loved it so much!

Discovering Praha Spa and their amazing therapist, Tessie Hornus, has truly been life changing! My first experience at Praha was in the beautiful Salt Cave! I live with chronic health problems and physical pain that never really goes away, but about 20 minutes into the salt cave session, my pain was lessened by half! I honestly couldn’t believe it! Yet the longer I spent inside the cave, the better I felt. The easier it was to breathe deeply, and the more uplifted I became! Tessie also did an incredibly enlightening spiritual reading for me in the cave. Like most people today, I’ve been through a lot, but the past few years have been especially difficult. My poor health, exhausting existence, personal life, career, etc., plus a traumatic loss of a loved one.. I was weary on a soul level. I couldn’t see any light in my life anymore despite working with a mental health counselor for years.So my second experience with the Spa was a Reiki & spiritual healing session with Tessie. As a lifelong, western medicine follower, I’d never tried anything like this. Nor did I have any idea just how much I needed this kind of healing! Not only did Tess pinpoint and treat the areas of my greatest physical pain (of which I’d not verbalized to her prior), she made my soul FEEL the light!!! For the first time in years, I felt like the curtains opened! There was warmth and hope in my heart again! Tess gave me the gift of feeling more spiritually connected than I had in decades! Praha Spa became the launch pad for my mental, emotional, and spiritual healing process, and Tess was the *Earth Angel* who guided me to this new path! Words cannot express just how grateful I am to have found the Spa, and Tessie’s incredible, healing abilities! Forever grateful!

I was sceptical about the benefits of this salt cave, but was pleasantly surprised how amazing I have felt since going! My chronic cough seemed to miraculously disappear! I will definitely return !

I had my facial with Samantha and already can’t wait to go back! She took great care in making sure to really examine my face before deciding on which products to go with. Samantha’s attention to detail and quality approach made it clear that this is her passion and calling. I continued with the salt cave afterward — it was so relaxing and I left feeling like I could breathe better. Absolutely recommend!

I recently was in an accountant office that had mold. Instantly I could feel it in my head and throat! As soon as I left the office I went straight to the Prahna salt cave for a session. I saved myself from getting sick because I have such a weak immune system. So thankful I can help my body with this beautiful treatment !

They completely waxed off my right eyebrow! I am devastated! I have a special event and wanted to treat myself to a couple beauty treatments and it was a nightmare! The person who worked with me seemed confused and new. I will never go here again! Do not trust them with your face and beauty needs!The owner contacted me after seeing this review and said she would refund my money only if I took this review down. Not only are they incompetent as a spa but they are completely lacking in ethics. Run the other way!

Really great spa! Been here a couple times now and its always excellent massages and facials. I have gone to so many massages places in the past and this is my favorite place based on price and quality. I have very severe neck tension and each time I request more attention to my shoulder and it has always been phenomenal. They really know how to get relief especially at my trigger points. Its nice because I feel like its more of a personalize massage than just a 60 min routine massage. Highly recommend this spa!

This is such a cool place! I went to the salt cave today. The ambiance is so peaceful and completely relaxing. I love how the chairs recline and each person has their own blanket if he/she gets cold. The soft music was a really nice touch too. It was definitely a really unique experience.The staff is superb too! They were all so welcoming and had nice big smiles.

This spa was wonderful all the staff was sweet and vary welcoming. I got a facial and a massage and they where both absolutely stunning. I also did the 40 minute salt cave and it was a new experience for me but was wonderful as well. My facial was done by Diane and she did wonders for my skin and my massage was done by Valeri who was absolutely amazing.

I got a facial done by Brook last Saturday and I didn’t feel her hands at all. It was so relaxing, also she did massage my hands and feet and then put some warm covers that was the cherry on top.

I was amazed at the detoxifying therapy of the Ionic Detox Foot Bath that I got to experience. The Stellar Waves Crystal Bed Therapy was perfect at aiding with my anxiety and helping me achieve that meditative state .However, after training with the Spa Manager I quickly discovered a lack of integrity, value, and mutual respect within the company! I was in training as a receptionist, potential spiritual service provider and product vendor and after my second day of training I noticed a change within the Store Manager attitude towards me.I originally was asked by both the Oksana and Olga to purchase scrubs and a a clear through bags as a part of uniform for the position but was not giving any indication of when I would be back in for training etc. While training, I made mistakes while learning the proper way to book a client.As a true intuitive-empath, I believe this caused the Store Manager (Olga ) to question my professional abilities. I received no transparency in further communications despite me informing the staff that I had intentionally made the move from the Tampa Bay Area to work there.Previously, I didn’t judge the Store Manager for mistakenly calling me to interview with her within hours of meeting her in person and completing my interview . That should of been a red flag for me !I was told during my training that I’m creative and that my mistakes was seen as a needed learning experience and I just hope that the learning lesson goes both ways. I’ve shown great appreciation for the experience and reached out to follow up with the Owner & Store Manger before writing this review and I haven’t gotten a response … even as a hopeful customer. I wish you ladies the best and would suggest treating people with the values that you wish to receive back. Thank you for your time !

I had the greatest experience at Praha spa! I got the dermaplane and it beyond exceeded my expectations - I left literally glowing and feeling amazing. Oksana was fabulous and made me feel so good about myself. She even threw in a complimentary mask because my skin was dehydrated and needed vitamins. I received so many compliments on my skin the next few days and didn’t even need to wear makeup. The staff was so kind and even served mimosas upon my arrival. I can’t wait to incorporate a visit to Praha spa every time I come back to Naples! 10/10!

I must say this is a little hidden gem! I came here to celebrate my friends birthday for the weekend! We got a tour of the salon saw the salt cave. Birthday girl had a great meditative session in the salt cave while I had a massage by Mauro! Mauro did an amazing job in listening to what was ailing me. Took out a huge knot I had in my left shoulder. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them if coming in through Naples for the weekend or if you are local looking for a relaxing day!

This was my 1st spa day in 20 years. I have troubles trusting strangers touching me. I was comfortable, at ease, and not anxious during my visit. Last visit was for a facial with Diane.. I went with her suggestion of derma planning and a hydrating facial it was wonderful. She also darkened my eyebrows a little.I felt so refreshed after my treatment. Diane was great...Naturully had to go back for the works😚 every woman deserves a great facial ...this is the one to buy..worth every penny....😊

I have been to many spas over the years but none compare to Praha Spa and Salt. The owner Oksana, is extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Oksana and her staff take the Spa experience to another level. There are so many great services to choose from allowing for a comprehensive rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit. Volleyball, martial arts, weight lifting, and much more, have been part of my physical activity my entire life. I have a lot of tightness in my joints; so I scheduled a therapeutic massage with Raul Atkinson at Praha spa. It was absolutely unbelievable! The range of motion, especially in my neckand shoulders, has not been this good in years. Raul is very professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone.

We drove down from ST Petersburg to try this salt cave out. It was a very cool room, lights like stars on the ceiling salt floor and walls, lounge chairs and blankets, beautiful soft music. I was so amazed how totally relaxed I was. I fell asleep during the session but for a long time afterwards I just couldn’t get over how relaxed I felt. The staff was so sweet and patient with us. Andrea, the proprietoress, is an amazingly fascinating soul who shares her own experiences and journeys with enthusiasm and heart.Before recently starting on the herbs and becoming a vegan, my body was spiraling into stress induced overproduction of Cortisol and I was, in general, a mess.Through weekly Compression, Halo and Crystal bed sessions, I have never felt better, and Im definitely less stressed.Thank you for offering Naples some of the best alternative treatments ever!

The Salt Cave in Naples Fl. was one of those shops I randomly stopped into one day. WOW, was I blown away. This place has the best vibes and aura of anywhere in the city of Naples. Every time I visit, Im plotting my purchase for next time on my way out the door.Andre and her team are informed, kind, loving human beings. My husband and I have both started taking the cellular botanical herbs sold at the shop and we feel better than ever. Cool experienceSalt cave is very relaxing.The detox thing is a sauna. Nothing different. The chakra lights are cool but not sure if that one really does anything.Try it for a fun day to treat yourself but could stick with the salt cave experience because the room itself is cool.

Amazing experience! I went with my co workers on a girls weekend. We loved how relaxing and fresh it felt being in the salt cave. Most of is feel asleep. Thank you for a nice experience!!

My mother and I purchased a Groupon offer to go to the Salt Cave in Naples. It was listed as the infrared sauna and salt cave. When we arrived, the timid young woman at the front desk told us that the ad was confusing, that it did not include the salt cave, but that she would honor the Groupon that we purchased anyway and that we could do both for the price we paid. On the way to the sauna we came across a woman who I can only assume is the owner as we had no interaction with her at all. In fact, she did not even acknowledge us. Upon leaving the salt cave, the young woman at the front desk informed us that she would not be honoring our Groupon as it was written and that we would have to pay $52 for the two of us. For this part of our visit the owner was there to observe us from the doorway to make sure that we paid the additional $52!!! Still not one word from her, just her looking at us. I am guessing to make sure that we paid. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning to this overpriced, under-whelming business.

A must visit in Naples. This is an amazing healing place run by an out of this world owner. Whether you decide to relax in the infrared sauna, do an ionic detoxification foot soak, or meditate in the salt cave itself it is SO worth the visit.

I purchased a session from Groupon in early March for salt cave. I called and talked to the receptionist and made an appointment for infared sauna with salt. The day of my appointment I was called 15 minutes before leaving my home and told that the appointment was being moved up. Then the woman started asking me all of these questions about the service I would be using. I didn’t understand her questions, as they had all of that information. After much frustration, I went and got the voucher out of my purse and read it to her. She got very uppity and said that it was self explanatory. Then why ask me, when you had the information in the first place? After hanging up, she immediately calls me back and asked me what the receptionist told me. I repeated what the receptionist said to me. I drive 1/2 hour to the appointment and checked in. The man at the desk said I needed a barcode from Groupon. I said that this is the voucher that I printed and I never received a barcode nor have I ever had to use a barcode in then past, as they all accepted the voucher. So for 40 minutes I was left standing there with customers all around me as I tried to call Groupon. I tried to pull up the email, but didn’t have Salt Caves WiFi password. I was humiliated and embarrassed. I was near tears with the frustration of the whole experience. I wanted to become a regular customer after I tried it the first time. But salt cave made sure I didn’t get to use it at all. I was treated like I was trying to get something for nothing.I came to find out that Groupon doesn’t print barcodes, they go by the voucher. And I have used Groupon before and the seller always accepted the voucher.If Salt Cave doesn’t want to honor Groupon vouchers, they shouldn’t have signed a contract with them.This left me stressed out, humiliated and embarrassed. I do not recommend Salt Cave to anyone. They are rude and condescending.

Unique products and services here- very friendly staff.I did the infrared sauna and I have to say I could notice the difference for days afterward-my back didn’t hurt as it normally does. I’m glad I gave it a try and I will be back.

Hard to express all in words. Definitely a place above the best. Besides premier beauty services (facials, skin treatments, manicure and pedicure) and massages, the salt cave is a special treat for relaxation and a nice way pamper yourself and your loved ones ❤ 😊

Probably one of the worst managed spaces Ive ever seen. Owner,Oksana Acosta, constantly micromanaging and as a woman with phycological diagnosis this space proved to be toxic and unsafe from not just her actions but of the male provider as well. Falsely accusing me of theft and have front desk manager call police on me while threatening my other employer with legal actions because Im a thief. It is also not front desk responsibility to make money for owner to pay bills when as a single woman living in Naples I pay my own bills nor is it my responsibility to ensure hers are paid especially with the amount of hours they provide at the rate she structured. PETTY this establishment is plain petty.

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you how grateful I am for having come to the Salt Cave in Naples and having met you back in February. I planned on coming in for a foot bath detox, but I accomplished so much more! I am a 45 year old active mother of four. Three weeks before my arrival at the Salt Cave I had been diagnosed with Lyme Disease, Heavy Metal Poisoning, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Adrenal Fatigue, Mycoplasma Pneumoniae and Epstein Barr. I went from doing all sorts of athletic competitions to becoming so fatigued in the Summer of 2013 that most days I was relegated to the sofa at 3pm in the afternoon. After 4 doctors and 7 months of testing I was diagnosed with the above 7 diseases. The latest doctor, although a holistic one, had decided I would need all sorts of medication, mostly to treat the Lyme Disease and the Adrenal Fatigue. I have never been a fan of medication, therefore I was searching for others ways to help myself, get and feel better. I decided to go to the Salt Cave, to get Salt therapy as well as try a foot detox for help with the heavy metals detoxification. Not only did I go through with those two therapies and continue to do them today, but I also was introduced to Dr. Morse’s herbal supplements. These supplements have been a life-saver for me. I have been taking them and the salt/vitamin C protocol for Lyme Disease, both suggested by Andrea and I am feeling amazing. I had to take 2 months and slow down on my intense workouts, but once May rolled around I was able to get back to working out with my usual vigor. In fact, in late June I competed in a CrossFit Fitness competition and came in 3rd place! I am amazed at what these supplements have done for me.Thank you for helping me get well again!

I came to the Salt Cave with very painful Fibromyalgia. I have suffered for over 5 years and were on many different prescription drugs, at one point my doctor was not hopeful that I would see 60. I had started my get well journey 3 years ago and spent 15,000 on Hipocrates in West Palm but still did not see much improvement. Andrea (owner) of Salt cave did a body Bio Feedback on me in July of this year. Yup I was pretty much a mess and I also had the big C scare that I was dealing with. I put off my biopsy and followed her advice to a T. I live in Canada and brought back a suitcase of the herbs and vitamins she suggested. Very uninformative. Room lacks ambiance. Lady shorted our appointment waiting for late comers that never arrived. Ended meditation sleep state by snapping on the lights and saying ‘you’re done’. Very disappointed. Web-sight photos are an illusion to a painted room run by a girl with the comparability task of running a ride at the local fair.

From the time you walk in, the staff makes you feel special.The services were outstanding, as was my massage therapist and esthetician who were very knowledgeable!
