I had a massage from Jennifer. She was attentive to my needs and gave me great advice on some things I could work on for some problem areas.

My gals and I just had a great morning at Purely You! We had a few getting prenatal and a few regular massages and they were all fantastic! We were not anticipating being able to fit us all in given that we reached out 24 hours beforehand for appointments but they were so accommodating and sweet to shuffle things around to get us all in for a Saturday pamper day of our girls trip. It’s a hidden little gem and the spot is very relaxing, clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

What a joy to discover Purely You Spa in Naples! Having read numerous reviews, my thorough research indicated that owner Jennifer’s very personalized certified organic day spa at Purely You Spa was the finest facility of its kind in SW Florida. They do not advertise; almost all their business comes from repeats and referrals, so that should tell you something. I booked a day of spa-pampering at the main Naples location for my wife Jackie’s birthday (and for myself also), and it was simply magical; days later, Jackie is still talking about what a wonderful experience it was. As a point of reference, we have probably had several hundred massages each, over the past several decades, in numerous countries across the globe, so we feel well-qualified to assess the merits of a day spa... and this one is our hands-down favorite! Purely You Spa has an impressive range and variety of different treatments available, and they also have a membership program. The staff and therapists are all so cheerful, welcoming and professional, and they immediately put us at ease. After undressing and putting on their plush robes, we relaxed in the calming Waterfall Room with drinks (they have wine) before beginning with an 80-minute Couples Massage: heavenly. We then each had a 50-minute Indian Head Treatment/Massage, a 30-minure Foot Massage, a break for a quick lunch, a 70-minute Signature Facial and Skin Care Treatment and then relaxation in the intimate and restful Waterfall Room, with spring water and calming teas served to us. All the treatments were expertly delivered with care and attention to detail and any personal requests. The therapists at Purely You Spa are all top-notch and courteous professionals with years of experience, hand-picked by owner Jennifer, who has the highest standards. Our therapists were Melissa, Pat and Amanda… who were all so kind and thoughtful, making sure our every whim was fulfilled. Thank you so much! Owner Jennifer is a delight and so welcoming, and she should be justly proud of the special little heavenly refuge that she has carefully created in our little corner of paradise, here in SW Florida! My mother and I went to Purely You Spa for the first time yesterday. I had a gift card to use and decided to use it to treat us both to massages and facials. We could not have had a better experience. Melissa did both my massage and facial. She was amazing! She has been working in this business for over 20 years and it was absolutely clear she knows what she is doing and customizes appropriately for the individual. My mother had Pat for her massage and Amanda for her facial. She had nothing but the most positive things to say about both of them and her treatments. We are both still feeling the relaxing effects of our massages and seeing the glows on our faces from the facials this morning. And one more thing, Debbie, the spa concierge, was truly delightful. We highly recommend Purely You Spa and the specialists who work there.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Purely You Spa today and simply had to share :-) The ambiance of the spa is that of tranquility and serenity. The staff is exceptional and very accommodating. My massage was absolutely incredible and fully customized with aromatherapy included. The therapists are all highly trained with over 10 years of experience each and all the products they use are organic!! I can’t say enough how impressed I was with the service....so much so that I went ahead and booked my next massage. I can’t wait!

This is a very late review. I received my massage back in September, on the 25th. My wife and I gave my mom the spa treatment as a 70th birthday gift. My youngest daughter and I decided to join her. I got my massage from a very nice young lady named Pat. She was very professional, and handled things very smoothly. It was my first time ever getting a massage and she did a great job. Ill probably be going back to see her in a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend Purely You Spa in Naples, Florida. The atmosphere is relaxing all on its own.

I had the Hydrafacial Platinum with Jennifer and it was beyond every expectation. After I got in the car I looked in the mirror again and shouted WOW! My skin not only felt more vibrant, but it was brighter and had that dewy glow of youth (and Im not young). It was the perfect combination of high technology and results-oriented pampering. The Spa is decorated high-end, yet very relaxing, and they have lots of toys (bemer and bio mats, light therapy, saunas, and much more) Yet, what stood out to me was the friendliness and knowledge of everyone there. Im very happy with the entire experience.

I had an aromatherapy massage yesterday at Purely You Spa. It was relaxing and just what I needed to end my vacation in Naples. Pat was friendly, professional, and really listened to my needs.She was able to help me with a few areas of my body that were worrisome and painful. I couldn’t be more pleased and relaxed. I truly enjoyed my experience at Purely You Spa. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Before my wedding, I received the LED light therapy treatment along with the dermaplaning. My skin felt amazing and had a beautiful glow for my wedding. I also received one of the best eyebrow wax that gave me a great shape and really cleaned up everything. My sister received a spray tan and although the process is so neat to watch, the results are even better. She had such a natural and beautiful color for my wedding. Everyone was very knowledgeable about their products and processes. They explained everything very well and made suggestions that made us feel comfortable with what we were receiving.

Like many others who use the services of this spa, I love the experiences I’ve had there. I really liked how my facial was customized and I bought products and the Esthetician boosted the moisturizer to make it stronger for me with ingredients that help me with anti-aging. The team is super knowledgeable. True experts. I highly recommend Purely You Spa for your facial, massage, and body Treatment needs. Wonderful customer service and I was happy with the Organic fruit offered in the lounge. Lounge was super relaxing as well with a beautiful waterfall.

I’ve been a member here for years! Prior to finding Purely You Spa I had a few terrible experiences with facials and was scared to try them again. I haven’t had any bad experiences here! I’ve been getting facials by Jessica for a year now and she is amazing. Always asks about my skin and listens to any concerns or preferences I have. Finds the best products for my skin and always does her research on them as well. Eminence is the only skincare line I use!

Literally the best massage I have ever had!!! I was in town for a quick trip, but pulled a muscle in my back and Celia squared me away with her deep tissue massage. The team fit me into their schedule with little notice, made me feel very welcome and comfortable as always and set me up with a master masseuse. I will be back in town soon and am looking forward to another visit for sure!! A very clean, soothing environment with lovely team members. THANK YOU!!!!

Overpriced and underwhelmed. The deluxe couples massage left a lot to be desired. The environment wasn’t terribly relaxing, felt more like an office building than a spa. I felt rushed into the massage and out of it. Of the massages I’ve had, mine with Pat was far from the best I’ve ever had. I didn’t feel increasingly relaxed during the massage & I feel more sore than anything the next day. The techniques used did not target areas well, in my experience. And in some way I can’t blame her - the room they had two massage beds stuffed into didn’t allow much room for a therapist to maneuver around the bed. My fiancé had never had a massage before and was satisfied with his experience, but admits he has nothing to compare it to. The package offered “wine, nuts, and fruit assortment”. I was even asked for preferences on these items ahead of time, but the preferences I gave were not what we received. Made me wonder why they even ask at all. I even requested tea and was told they offered some, but never saw or was offered any at arrival. We didn’t have time to enjoy any of these things though.. they were instead packaged and waiting for us to take home at the front desk when they asked me to leave a tip. Overall I felt like I overpaid for an underwhelming experience. In the future I’ll try a different spa. I would call Purely You a massage therapy center, not a spa. It is not designed for immersive relaxation and in my particular case, my masseuse was not very good. Quite disappointing after spending the amount of money I did. Woodhouse would have been a better option.

Dermal infusion was my facial treatment of choice and it was amazing! The results made my skin so clean and clear- I loved it! I highly recommend Jennifer and her staff. The spa is clean and organized as well with quality products.

Purely You Spa’s service blew my expectations out of the water. As soon as I walked through the door, I was instantly relaxed and felt like I was escaping from the world. I had a cupping treatment done and I feel like a completely new person. My muscle tension in my shoulders and back were completely relaxed, rejuvenated, and sooo warm! I feel like I’m floating. The therapist I worked with was very professional and communicated well. She has a wealth of knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions and tell me all about the benefits of cupping. I definitely recommend Purely You Spa!

I have been going here for a couple of years. This spa is the best in town. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff has always been professional, accommodating and very passionate. Pamela is just amazing and has transformed my sun damaged skin to an incredible nourishing healthy glow. Especially after my Mohs/Plastic surgery she has worked wonders on my face. I cant recommend them enough.

Three of us had 60 min massages and all concluded they were the best we have had in the US. We are Frequent spa goers and are quite particular. We were not disappointed.Hard to find however the kind receptionist called at we were a few min late to guide us in.Fantastic value to boot.

I had a HydraFacial with Amanda and the combination of Amandas gentle touch with this state of the art treatment was incredible. It only took 30 minutes, yet it was so results-oriented and effective that several people have already commented on the glow and tone of my skin. Wonderful spa with awesomely effective services.

From the moment you walk in the front door, you are greeted with pleasant smells and sounds, clean and tranquil surroundings, and tasteful, well-placed décor. The services menu is varied, and it can be quite fun for even a seasoned spa-goer, who has many non-traditional options to choose from. This is a cant miss spot for rest and relaxation...particularly for special occasions such as bridal showers.

This location is super easy to find. The inside is nice…I was so excited for this treat my BF got me for Christmas it was a complete package(massage and facial). Anne was a great massage therapist. She was friendly, hit all the parts of my body that needed the most attention, and had a nice flow to her🙌🏼😌 THEN here comes the Esthetician😒😑 got in my room about 8mins past the time. She was all over the place. Walked in with an energy that was not calm and relaxing at all! She introduces herself(Blanca), then says to me that the room I was in was not the room that she was use to for doing facials. Big clearly in the picture you can see there is a steam and all the products.She stumbles around the room behind me trying to prep for the facial. She was super brief as to what she was going to do to my skin and what she will apply. I have lash extensions on but told her the steam was okay to use. She then said I’ll be back I have to grab goggles to see my skin under the lamp. Then comes back in and started. The entire time I felt like I was getting waaay too much product put on. And not properly cleaned off one after the next. NO WARM towels were used. Every time she applied product she always just used one hand and the same to wipe off. Never mentioned any of the benefits of the products she used except for one mask. And that’s it.Definitely not the facial I expected at all from this Spa, because of how much it was. As an esthetician myself this was the worst I’ve experienced from another esthetician that mentioned she’s been doing it for over 20yrs now. 😐 It should’ve been a luxurious experience I believe for the total to be about $300. I still tipped them well BUT not going back. Oh and I forgot to mention that in the massage I should’ve gotten an Aromatherapy added which was not added at all but it wasn’t a big deal, because Anne did great. I guess the communication between the receptionist and the ladies was not 💯. This place has potential BUT NEEDS BETTER COMMUNICATION AND ESTHETICIAN.

Best in class day spa with world-class aestheticians and massage therapist. I love how I am treated. The relaxation lounge is very comfortable and I love how I’m provided with green tea and organic fruit. It’s nice that I get to relax before and after services. Everything is customized and products are organic. I highly recommend Purely You Spa !!!

Always a fabulous facial. Sometimes I add light therapy, other times dermaplaning. Love the essential oils that are used in the facial. Loved last night with the virtual reality session with Gary! I got to travel to base camp of Mt Everest and then to 2 more levels as well as inside one of the Egyptian pyramids and to Thailand to see the Buddha’s. Great armchair travel for sure. Gary is a great travel guide!

Got the couples massage on our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. Our massages were absolutely amazing, right pressure, focus on problem areas, and a quiet and relaxed vibe. If we lived anywhere close at all we would definitely become regulars!

2 weeks ago I had my first massage, ever, and Purely You Spa has shown me the light. How could I have been missing out on actual relaxation for so long?!I came in to correct some sharp pain in my shoulders and lower back from lifting in the gym over a few years. After some short research I decided on a 60 minute deep tissue massage would best suit my needs.Shortly after arriving, I was greeted by my massage therapist, Claudia. We went over my problem areas and when I was ready, led to a room with dim light and soft music playing gently in the background. I set my head down and closed my eyes. 60 minutes has never gone by faster in my life. I woke up a new person and instantly regret not staying for 90!I usually have a problem relaxing but after the deep tissue, I came out a new man and almost fell asleep standing up. Full movement returned to my shoulders almost immediately.A sincere thank you to Claudia, Purely You Spa and staff. Ill be back soon!

I had the most beautiful experience here! i never do things like this for myself but i had sooo much built up stress from work and life. pat took time to really listen to my concerns, focused on what i needed and truly cared. it was a very grounding experience and i was even able to let out a good cry afterwards - i finally felt some relief in my neck ever since my neck injury from years ago. i truly wish i could take pat home with me to orlando. in all seriousness, i would make the 4 hour drive once a month for this LOL! overall, pat was iconic and i’ll be back so soon.

My wife and I enjoy a massage whenever we are vacationing. The couples massage we had here was the best we’ve had anywhere. Highly recommend this spa. Nice atmosphere and excellent, talented and professional massage therapists (Jing and Laura). Our massage lasted the full 90 mins. Pay attention to the directions given in the confirmation email and you will find the building easily.

Today I had the Fountain of Youth Experience. Being stressed out upon arrival I was greeted by friendly smiles. I started my treatment in the relaxing waiting room with flowing water, soothing videos, and dim lights to take things down a notch. Then first thing I was able to enjoy lying on a bio energy mat that was warm and reduces stress even before the treatments began! We started with eyebrows followed by dermaplaning. My Esthetician was beyond professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Now we were ready to do the oxygenating facial and enzyme peel. All of the products felt and smelled wonderful - especially on my sensitive skin. Next we did LED light therapy, followed by anti-aging eye infusion, luscious lip treatment, hand and arm massage and finally a head, neck and scalp massage. Oh and I cant forget the Hungarian Face Life Massage - wow felt like things were happening after that! I sincerely felt 10 years younger heading out of there, invigorated and ready to take on the day.

Went here recently for a couples massage with my girlfriend for her birthday.The massage was amazing. I had Deanna(not sure if I spelled her name right) and she had jing. Very relaxing and felt real nice. Best massage Ive had and worth every penny. Great gift that both can enjoy.I wish I could afford to go every week! I have visited PYS several times since 2010. I used their facial, body scrubs, and massages. I had my first signature facial in 2010 and have had several with different therapists. Then several months later I did a birthday event with a few friends and we all enjoyed either a massage or body scrub for a Girls Day Out!!! Yes, PYS caters to your events: weddings, birthdays, gatherings, etc. Also one of my favorite was the couples massage that I did with my husband for our anniversary 12th anniversary. THe experience was so great! Jennifer the owner will go above and beyond to make sure your experience is great! Their services are exceptional. Note: PYS uses all organic and natural products and their customer service is the very best!!!! The spa is unique none like the others, I recommend this spa!

This was our second time at Purely You. The staff and their attention to detail enhance the spa experience. I love that they use good for you, organic, top of the line products. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the price. A little pricey although it is worth it.

Location was a bit difficult to access. The therapist that I booked with didnt go over my paperwork and speak much if at all. But other than that it was a good experience and the rest of the staff was pleasant. Get there early to fill out said paperwork and enjoy their beautiful lounge.

I have been a client at Purely You Spa and absolutely recommend it to everyone. I have purchased gift certificates for my daughters and had my son go for shin care. The atmosphere and care are five star to say the least.

I will never go back to this place again! I had 6 facials done which were once a month and now my face is covered in acne scars. I recently went to a dermatologist and I was told the only way I can get rid of the acne scars is if i get a laser treatment done, which costs thousands of dollars. Maybe other areas of the spa are thrilling but the facials are horrible! I have pictures of how my face looks and I regret ever going to this place! I admit I was fooled by the rating! I paid $89 a month for a Membership to get my face ruined. Do not get a facial at this place.I have proof of bills that i went to YOUR place.

I was in from out of town and was in need of a massage. It was a Sunday and not many places were open. I got into contact with this spa and was able to book. The place is beautiful and it was one of the best massages Ive ever had. Will return again.Tip: the place is a bit hard to find and parking in front but behind another building.

When I need to undue a tragic cupcake and sweets feast, I come to these estheticians! Epecially Amber!! They use great organic products that have reaally helped my regular breakouts. They also give you great advice in what you should and shouldnt be doing to help your face. The space is clean and very tranquil. I love this place and have gone several times with my sister and my parents. Highly recommend.

Was just back from a backpacking trip to Death Valley, and was needing a bit of rehydration, whole body rehydration. Had a wonderful facial and body treatment to get rid of the rough stuff and smooth it all out and it was a lovely, relaxing experience, all the better knowing it was organic and incredibly nourishing for all of me.

I have known Jennifer for many years since I was a child and I know that she would never put anyone in harms way or even think of trying to harm a persons face or anything like that so if I were to ever go visit if I ever have time ha ha but if I do I would definitely go visit her spa to get a facial or two LOL but no worries there is no bad experiences with Jennifer at all I know her and even if I didn’t know her and I would go there for one day I would definitely give the five star rating.

Selected Purely You Spa for a much-needed massage for my husband, we both couldnt have been more thrilled about 1) how excited he was based on their website before the treatment, 2) the attention and custom nature of the therapist during the treatment and 3) the relaxed state of mine he had for the days after the treatment!

It was a great massage but I was not happy with the price over the phone they told me $150 but when I got there it was $180 after everything two out of 3 that I spoke with were nice and kind overall if it wasnt for the price difference and the one rude employee I would definitely go back
