We LOVE happy feet. Beautiful new facility. Good massage, Great prices, good vibe inside. New rooms hold max of 4 instead of 20 people. So instead of 1 large room that hold 20 people for a foot massage, they have rooms of 4, which is nice if you don’t like the large room concept. I don’t care either way. All the massages and therapy’s available with prices are in my photos-see pics. Walk-ins accepted. For large groups reservations definitely advisable. This facility is owned by the same people as the Happy Feet in Naples on 41. Now they are offering a punch card for get “X” amount of massages, get one free. That is great!! Also, I believe, can do it by phone number so you don’t have to carry a punch card. I don’t get as good a massage as I usually do at the other location, but could be just due to style of this person on that day. If I ever go back to this location and I feel massage was subpar compared to the other location, I will re-do my review to reflect that. I had the 1 hour foot reflexology for $49.99. Great deal.

Great convenient location off Marc Island. This is my third time visiting. I am always greeted with a friendly smile. I remember the location when it was a spa. Nicely done and very clean. Alice is amazing if you like strong hands and reflexology with your deep tissue massage. Love the hot stones as well.

My husband and I had massages and were very happy. They were very professional, got us right in and were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. The place was beautifully decorated and super clean. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Holistic Happy Feet has been a staple for me. It has excellent employees. It is very clean and attractive. I highly recommend it. I love the foot massage which is head face arms and feet as well as legs and a hot stone massage to end The massage. Friendly people. and well trained.

I LOVE this place! It’s a good value, YES. But more importantly the reflexologists are the real deal. I treat myself to this a couple of times a month when I need to relax. I go into a trance…and come out purring like a kitten

I chose the 60 minute foot & head/shoulder/neck massage and could not have enjoyed it more. I was extremely relaxed. I can’t wait to return for other services. I always have a different masseuse and they always do a phenomenal job both males and females. I am very picky about massages. They understand and pay attention to your body, follow energy, and bring healing where needed. I am so thankful for this place. Truly a therapeutic experience.

I walked in there today for the first time. They offered multiple massage options and I chose the 1/2 hour combo. Lydia was incredible. She was processional, strong and was able to relieve my back and neck pain. I highly recommend giving Happy Feet a try.

I was so happy to see the naples south store open and decided to try it out today. The place is really pretty inside and as usual….my foot massage was excellent.They start w the foot soak then massage the head neck and arms. Then the feet and from the knees done.Even had the hot stones at the endHighly recommend.

Very pleasant greeting at front desk the massage therapist shows up right away. The facility is very clean and therapist never leaves the room for calls or towels. They work on most muscle and joints it’s a complete massage. Highly recommend also close to Marco Island.

Love this place! I call it “the land of nod” because it’s so relaxing you end up falling asleep. I’ve been there three times, each with a different person, and walked out very happy and relaxed. It’s an experience you shouldn’t miss.

I’m 72, and I am a powerlifter. When I get massages it’s hard to get anyone to dig deep enough on me. David was amazing! I literally concentrated on my breathing to get through my massage!! It was excellent!!

However, the decline in service and the questionable practices of one of your masseuses have left me with no choice but to share my concerns.On several occasions, I have encountered a particular masseuse who lacks the necessary skills and professionalism expected in this line of work. Her massage technique is so light that it feels like being touched by a feather, rendering the session ineffective. When I have politely requested a firmer touch, she responds by applying an unnecessarily deep and painful pressure. This inconsistency in the quality of the massage is highly disconcerting and does not align with the standard of service I have come to expect from your establishment.Additionally, I must bring to your attention the deceptive behavior of your staff when it comes to offering additional services. Upon informing the front desk that I am there for a foot massage, I have repeatedly been asked if I would like an extra back massage. However, at no point during this exchange was it mentioned that there would be an additional cost associated with this service. This lack of transparency is not only misleading but also disrespectful to customers who have placed their trust in your establishment.Furthermore, the significant increase in prices over the past two years is entirely unacceptable. As a long-time customer, I have witnessed a staggering 33% rise in prices, which is far beyond what can be justified. Ive been getting regular messages for the past 25 years (at least..😝). Some at fancy salons, some at my house, some at prestigious spas. The massage I got from JIM yesterday, at this no name, not fancy salon, tucked right next to a Walgreen (!) was one of the BEST IVE EVER GOTTEN! Yes, indeed. Do not let the strip mall facade deter you, just go, and ask for Jim! 😆 I am a cyclist, I get regular Sport massages, and this quiet masseuse has very strong hands, very thorough knowledge of the muscle and other structures of the human body, and the DILIGENCE to keep at it, stroking and pushing and squeezing again and again until the muscles are relaxed, smoothed and stop screaming....Great find in Naples!

Had a great foot reflexology massage here to help ease pain I was having. The chairs are very comfortable and it was in a relaxing room, especially at opening when no one else was in there. Great value for 60 minutes, with the majority of the attention on my feet and legs, but they’ll spend about 10 mins on your head, neck, shoulders.

I got the 90 minute head massage, I feel amazing after. So relaxing and refreshing. If you like your head rubbed and brushed this is definitely for you! There was also a shoulder, arm and leg massage included. 10/10 would recommend.

Always love to pop in here … grateful for this place .I will say, though, that if you only want 60 minutes then be clear with them about it up front so they’re not upselling you on the table …Updated 1/25/24– I’ve been going to Happy Feet since they opened so I’ve seen a lot of changes along the way. I do bodywork myself so I go for my own therapeutics so I may keep up with my work. Normally, the therapists have followed a similar routine and it’s been deep, through and exactly what’s I needed, but today was another story. I should have asked for a different therapist bc the one I had was very subpar. I’m not one to complain, but I really needed the body work (combo) that was similar to what I’ve always experienced. I was annoyed for the hour and really trying to have gratitude for having any bodywork even though it was so light and I was constantly asking myself if this person was actually trained. I’m still so sore and I feel like I was barely touched . I work so hard … so I’m just disappointed… I’m not going to change my 4 star, but today’s experience left me wondering if I’ll ever go back. Boo. .. it’s gotten very popular too so perhaps the therapists are worn out. I get it.

Lee was outstanding and it was a great experience. Only bad thing you aren’t really making an appointment they just take you as you come in. Some people had to wait in the lobby and they had to”appointments” but as long as you aren’t in a hurry it’s worth it!

I have tried many massage therapists over the years in my search for a favorite...and I am very happy to say I have now found Mia at Holistic Happy Feet. She is now my absolute favorite!...I prefer a Swedish style relaxation massage...and that is what I asked Mia for when I first came in and tried her. From the moment she started working on me, she worked tirelessly to relax and calm me! All I can say is WOW! Her style of massage is completely unique from anyone I have ever tried...and I loved how I felt not only during but after my session as well! I would highly recommend her to you...I am sure you will experience a GREAT massage just as I have with her... I am glad to say now that my Massage Therapist search is over. I plan on continuing with Mia from here on out. I dont doubt you will feel the same way if you try her out as I did!

The place is normal as well as the fee , reasonable. What I do not find fair is that they automatically put 20% in tips in the bill. They charge you for the service and you also have to pay their staff , not cool .🧐

Great place to relax for a decent price. I enjoyed the experience and my massage therapist did a great job. My husband and grandmother said their massages were incredibly deep pressure, so that could be my warning to anyone new. Mine was great though! We got the combo which includes an in depth foot and calf massage and a full body massage with their elbows and arms. I would recommend it! :)

What an amazing experience I had here. The massage was not only good it made me feel like a whole new person the next day. It was definitely the best iv had in long time. Iv gotten the foot reflexology the first time and it was great I cannot even begin to describe how the massage felt on my feet. With that being said the next time I went I decided I needed something done more with my back. So I got the comb, they did a half an hour on my back and a half an hour on my feet. Wow it was the best! I did not want to leave. But then I got the full body massage and man was it the best decision I have made in a long time. They took me into a relaxing private room where I lay down on a table so that they could get all the kinks out of my neck and back. Now did they hit all the right spots!! They were so experienced and everyone was so professional I was amazed. Would recommend for anybody looking for the best message in town.

Bad experience! I would not recommend this place for the world. Bad public attention! My husband gave me a full foot massage as a gift paying extra for my feet and they didnt give it to me. Besides, when I left, they gave me a bottle of water and they only said where are the tips? I remind you that the tips are not mandatory, one gives them for how he has felt in the place. And they ask for a bad attitude without earning them and not doing the full job!! When my husband paid from before!!

Excellent! I got the 60 minute full body massage by May and I feel like a new man! This is Chinese massage, not Swedish massage. At times they work very gently; other times very strongly. And at times they use strong fast strokes that create warmth on your back. Ive had hundreds of massages and this is among the best.

When don’t I find time to come here.When I do I feel so rejuvenated . I don’t think one time I haven’t fell asleep during a massage here! 15/10

Got a combo massage from a gentleman and it was one of the best massages I’ve received. I like very firm massages and he did not disappoint.By the way, for the people with 1 star reviews saying the massage is too aggressive: that is the point of a good massage. Why pay a person to massage you if they’re just going to rub you gently? Literally anyone can do that. Massage is meant to relieve tension by kneading the muscle, which should be firm to be effective.

We have been to happy feet several times within the last few weeks and liked there massages. However, today was our last visit for sure. My wife and I reserved a 1 hour combo which should have started at 4 pm. They were very busy with appointments and walk ins at the same time. My massage started at 4.15 pm which is not a big deal and understandable during busy times. I was out of the massage room by 5.05 pm which cut my massage short by 10 min.I still paid in full and even gave a $ 10 extra tip.When I was done paying I mentioned that my massage was only 50 min instead of an hour.The lady who runs the place told me that I was totally wrong and treaded me very rude and poorly.While I was waiting for my wife to come out another customer had the same complain. 50 min instead of an hour. Same reaction, the lady in charge acted defensively, no apology and after arguing back and forth she offered her a 2 dollar discount.The lady in charge ( not sure if it was the owner ) is unprofessional, rude and not customer oriented at all.Very sorry, I liked this place up to todays experience.Good thing is that its not the only place in Naples.Klaus Schmitt

Went for a combo on my birthday on 8-18. Girl did feet and back, arms & hands & head. Im used to a harder massage, I usually use Tom.Ive been here many times before. Always tip well. Communication with people there is hard. When she finished we went to the register I thought she said fifty dollars. I handed her sixty dollars and she said CHEAP. I looked at the board and it said 54.99. So I gave her 15.00 tip which is over 27% and she just turned around and walked away. I didnt appreciate the attitude.Dont know if I will come back

Went for the first time last week and loved it. Got the combo of back and foot massage and it was perfect. Only suggestion I have is that they might play some relaxing music. It would help so you don’t hear the other patrons. I will be back

Tried for first time. Was not sure what to expect due to some reviews. When I walked in the front desk area was clean and was greeted right away by polite desk reception lady. I asked service options for foot massage and prices. She quickly went over all and clearly communicated. Asked if I had any trouble areas. I mentioned my chronic lower back issues. She recommended a one hour session with May as she specializes in lower back areas. I agreed. Glad the receptionist asked me because May did a wonderful job on my body and particularly my lower back. She used firm pressure but not any kneading that hurt or caused pain. Felt relaxed and slept well for last couple days. I will come here more often. Highly recommended you communicate any trouble areas so they match you with proper masseuse.

First time there and I had the combo foot massage and head, shoulder and hands and it was wonderful. My partner had the full body massage and he was so pleased with how well his lower back felt. Will be going back next month!!

Hello, this was by far the best massage experience we have had in the last 20 years!!! The staff are very professional and the facility is very clean and well maintained. My wife has been taking the reflexology every two weeks and I have been taking a special massage to alleviate the pain in my back from years of jumping out of airplanes and weekly golf. Would highly recommend you give them a chance to impress you!!!!

Best massage in naples especially at the price! always feel a million times better after leaving this place and every masseuse is a master! i always get the combo. ive made appointments before but i’ve also walked in while in the area and they have many staffed and accommodated me. i do not know if this is always the case (season vs non season). it is one large, dark room with other people getting massaged as well. so you do remain fully clothed and they have towels over you as well. wear something comfortable! i would advise against jeans/denim, hoodies, etc. i go in a tank and shorts or leggings. i like this place mainly bc of the price and because i’ve gone to other places where they have one or two people staffed and they continuously leave to answer the phone or speak with walk ins.

Just left here and Worse experience I’ve ever had somewhere. Once the massage therapist came in the room didn’t say two words from start to finish to me. First half of the massage was with the scratchy hand towel on top of you while they massage you with no lotion oil or anything. Lady kept sitting on table on me trying to get the angles. NO MUSIC. I’m not asking for a fluffy spa but when people are walking back and fourth and everyone talking outside the room it’s not even remotely a relaxing experience. 40 mins in lady walked out of the room without saying anything and didn’t come back for 5 mins I assumed I guess I was done so I got dressed and walked out then she saw me leaving and said I wasn’t done. No communication at all. Come here if you want to have a massage with people walking back and fourth with their loud shoes and talking all around you and make you feel very uncomfortable

One of my all-time favorite places in the world. I come here as much as I can when I am in Naples, for its hands-down a massage you cannot beat for the price. I have always had a skilled massage technician who cares. Im an athlete, so I find the combo massage to be the best option for the price to work out all of my aches and sore muscles (full-body, clothed, in a comfortable chair). Be sure to make a reservation during busy season, as it fills up fast. Be sure to tip the massage technicians in cash (out of courtesy).

I have been going to Happy Feet in Neapolitan Plaza for the last five years.They give great service and their prices for massages are very reasonable. I usually go once a week for a 90 minute massage and they are very flexible about getting you in even without an appointment sometimes.I would highly recommend this business.

We had an appointment for two at 3pm on Sunday Dec 26th. we finally got in at 330.after various mixups about the services we requested and from whom, we got our foot massages.we noticed looking around that they reused towels for new appointments and did not wash hands in between clients. don’t get me wrong, i’m not a crazy democrat but i do believe in sanitary solutions during this Covid situationthe massages were good, although so much noise with people coming in and out and the staff communicating with each other hard to relax.good massages, bad housekeeping practices

Loved the combo - foot reflexology and massage. Be prepared, you are led into a dark room with several massage beds. Feels odd at first. You will soak your feet while your head, neck arms and shoulders are massaged. Then you will have reflexology on your feet and leg massage. After that you rollover onto your stomach (this is the combo part) and you will receive a firm back, shoulder, neck and leg massage. Will definitely return.

This has been my second time coming here. I brought my mom here for Mothers Day and it was her first time. The staff has always been awesome and very accommodating. I compete in Mens Physique Bodybuilding and they always seem to get the kinks worked out. I will continue to use this company for future massages. Not sure about the reviews but I have not had a problem.

HIDDEN GEM!!!! This was the BEST massage my friend and I have ever had- Happy Feet (1/2 hr foot & 1/2 hr body) outshined my chiropractor and any spa massage Ive ever received. It is no frills and also reasonably priced but these people know what they are doing! It was AMAZING!! We will be back!

The massage was great but they had these plug in air fresheners as soon as I walked in ( which are poison ) I wanted my feet and neck and shoulders but had to pay extra for a private massage so I wouldnt be near the air fresheners. Also, way too much massage oil. Other than that the lady did a great job.

Was there in December for my first experience a gift from my sister. Her my Dad and I all went.I have neck and back and shoulder issues and by the time I left I was melting in the sofa.One of the best massages I ever received.My masseuse got on my back and with her knees and elbows did an amazing job.When I went back to Naples in March to visit my folks our first stop isHappy Feet...My 87 year old Dad LOVES it!

I don’t leave reviews much but this place deserves it. I have never had a better massage. I had a tight neck and lower back walking in, they destroyed me in a good way. Pain gone after a hour and they are by far the most affordable around.

Had massages all over the world (Thailand/Malaysia/Dubai/Hong Kong/Istanbul/Toronto/Prague.....etc) and Happy Feet never disappoints - best massages here at Happy Feet. We normally get a 90 min Tuina massage (which goes beyond the muscles, bones, and joints to work with the body on a deep energetic level - its not a Swedish massage its a thorough deep tissue Chinese massage that works with the bodys meridian points to release blockages)....we leave the place brand new. When we have out of town visitors we always book them with Happy Feet for a massage (every guest has enjoyed their clean establishment and excellent massage therapists). Owners / front desk staff are always accommodating and massage staff are fantastic - I suggest you call in advance though to schedule a booking as it is very busy massage place.

Lola and her staff at Happy Feet Relaxing have taken very good care of me. I have been having issues in my forearms and elbows after kitesurfing for over 10 years. I am seeing significant results after going in to see their staff and having them work out those muscles. Lola and her staff are always courteous when working on me, and they will check with me to make sure that none of the therapy is hurting me. They always make sure they are not going too deep on the tissue massage. I am going to continue going 2 times a week, and look forward to more therapy sessions with this wonderful company!

This is a sketchy place. BE CAREFUL. They have no idea what a massage is. No robes are provided. No explanation of what they are going to do. No introduction. If you ask, they follow a script and no matter how you ask, they would repeat the same words. Very scary. Do youtself a favor and dont ho to this place.

Would have given a 5 star but the person doing my wifes feet kept leaving and going to the front desk then at one point the person doing my feet was doing my foot and my wifes foot at the same time because the person doing my wifes feet left to go up to the front desk. We each paid for an hour to have a foot massage for the entire hour not leaving and at one point having one person do both of us at the same time.

The man who did a massage on me doesn’t speak English. Every time I say it hurts he keep laughing nothing professional about this experience at all. He was brutal too. I told him I want relaxing not too hard pressure because it hurt and all he did was laugh and continue putting more pressure on me. I will never go back there. Sorry even the person in the front desk offer me a free session I am sorry but one negative experience is not worth my time or money. I don’t recommend this place at all unless you don’t care for yourself or friends or family. They need to take their job seriously and not hurt people they can cause more problems than helping. This is sad.

It’s hard to describe or even rate my experience. What I found disturbing was the fact that the towel that is placed over you is no larger than a towel used after a shower. (Sheets are preferable and allow a person to have some modesty). I would suggest asking the therapist not to put you in to stretching, or yoga moves where your v. j and other private parts are not exposed as were mine. Legs lifted off the table upwards and outwards together and separately. Arms too as to arch your back -no coverage. Therapist spoke very little English - maybe 2 words and did not ask if I was comfortable or what areas to stay away from- I left with a Publix bag over my head- and although I am not Catholic I wanted to go to confession.

No frills massage place reminiscent of a chain I fell in love with in Hong kong. It is not massage envy, there is no whale music, no candles, and very little english. What you get is a great one hour massage for a reasonable price! Its clean, comfortable, and efficient. My wife and I will be back, over and over again!

Was a GROUP massage with about 10-12 massage beds in one dark, smelly room full of strangers. Watched a customer leave and the towels used under and on her were carefully folded up & placed back on the bed for the next customer! Plus, I said FEET ONLY, and I kept telling my massage therapist to be more gentle, he was hurting me. I wanted my feet massaged not tortured...and he fully understood English...but still finished massage with a thigh grope. I should have left after 5 minutes. NEVER again. Yuck! No way it could pass health inspections. Even the lobby area smelled like rotting fruit and old Chinese food.

Made appointment with a specific person and when I arrived they tried to put me with someone else.This is the second time this has happened.Ive been coming there for about 4vyrs.I just walked out!My time is valuable if Im not getting what I requested they should let U know that person is not available at thattime.Not to be pushed on to someone else.

I have been getting massage for 35 years I am a Personal Trainer for professionals athletes Mary is awesome got a 90 minute massage she is very detailed stretching is great very deep tissue, this place is very clean professional and the staff is very friendly I highly recommend this place I also take Dolly to get foot massage once a week she loves it Leo gives her foot massage she is 88 years old a legend in Ball Room dancing thanks for a great exercise

Found place on line and thought would try as I suffer with pain due to medical condition. Asked for reflexology on feet that includes arm neck and shoulder massage. Owner lady who is older took me through no mention of any history or any areas I was concerned with. She started with my head and arms whilst someone else bought bowl water out for my feet. She proceeded to tug my hair as hard as she could and I was unsure whether this was normal. She then started grabbing my arms in what I can only describe as aggressive and harsh way. The pain was unbearable and I flinched - this went on for a few minutes I was about to stop treatment but then she stopped and another therapist took over who was a bit better. Upon leaving they could not explain the areas of feet affected as per their pics and could not understand me. The owner tried to take 10 dollars tip despite me saying no. My arms were unbearable and I couldn’t wait to leave. In my opinion this older woman should not be treating anyone. She was violent and aggressive in her work. A day later my left arm has started with the bruising as I expected after this vile treatment. The right I am sure will follow. I get on cruise Saturday with bruising on my arms. This place should be paying me as I suffer from fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and they have treated me terribly. If you do go speak up and avoid the old lady at all costs!!!

Message for me wasnt good. Tip must be paid, and the front person tells you how much you will pay for tip. I told him 12 dollars he took 20 from credit card.

Not happy coming here. First of all I requested a female. I called in advance and was assured I would have a female. My experience with Asian males is they are too firm. Well when I arrived I was rushed back and a male did my combo. Since the past 3 days my neck has been extremely sore.

My wife went here while on vacation with a group of friends. She described her experience as being mauled by a bear. It was one of the worst hours of her life. Another person in her group described the experience as being hit by a truck. There was nothing relaxing about it. 3 of the 4 in this group left with actual bruises. If you go here, do not tough it out. Get up and leave. The massage therapist had horrible smelling breath as well. I cant believe the experience I had here.

My last visit was not good and I probably won’t be back again. Time cut short. I addressed it with front office and there was no compensation for my time lost.

I went for a vacation in Naples last month. I felt very tired after shopping with my wife. I searched online and found Happy Feet near my hotel. We went here and James gave me a feet massage. He was strong and skillful, really rescued my feet from this long walk. I also enjoyed talking with him. Thats what a vacation should feel like. Enjoy!

I went for a 1hr foot massage and the Misuse Kept trying to up charge me for additional services within the same one hour. It was very hard to relax when Consistently stopping in trying to sell additional services.
