My husband got me a massage here for my birthday, and it was wonderful! It is located in a strip mall, but the interior is clean and very upscale and inviting. My first masseuse Ruth was awesome and my second Daniel was even better! I fully enjoyed my treatments. At the end of my appt, I got to try the hydro massage table, and that was unique and enjoyable!
My husband got me a gift for mothers day. Never been to a massage place before, it was nice easy clean and danni (female) was amazing. I ended up buying a membership.
They cancel on you all the time. It’s 720am and Erin just canceled on me for my 8am. (Not within their cancellation period) 3/4 previous massages canceled too at this location. It’s a pattern or I’d be doing something other than write this.
The girl on the phone was so snobby. I called inquiring about prices and whoever answered just changed my mind entirely about booking here. Customer service goes a long way. I wanted to book an appointment for my 89 year old grandmother and I would never want the girls running the desk checking her in. I felt like a burden and she was so short with me, I feel bad for the staff that has to work with those girls.
First timer here :) My husband booked me an appointment as a surprise… Fatima was my massage therapist and she was lovely. I had a great experience and felt very relaxed, she was thorough, and worked very intentionally on the areas I told her were bothering me. Looking forward to another massage with her for sure.Staff were friendly, aesthetic was soothing and clean. Overall experience was smooth and had no complaints. Would definitely recommend.
I took my girlfriend there to get a massage absolutely loved it so the masseuse was very professional. Although the area where she waited was kind of crowded in congested it was very boring to compare the way you walk in and how nice it looks. We will give this another try just because the masseuse was so professional I didn’t understand all the questions at the beginning and not sure why it wouldn’t no one even asked me where my points hurt. Overall good massage.
Love going there and my therapist is great but on chilly mornings the rooms are FREEZING therefore its hard to relax my muscles. I mentioned it to both my therapist and the front desk but this is not the 1st or even 2nd time this has happened. Just because its early appointment doesnt mean they cant turn the heat on
Terrible customer service! Also, they really do not give you the full time on the massage either. Extremely disappointing after being a member for years.
The beautiful thing about this place is that you can use the hydro massage bed, as a member, even when you cannotget a last minute appointment.
WOW WOW WOW! This was my first time at MassageLuXe and I can confidently say this was the most amazing deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. If you can request Robby, I highly recommend him. He is very communicative with his clients and has magic fingers that truly ease all of your muscles. What an incredible experience. You deserve to treat yourself to a massage here!
UPDATE: they got us in for our massages the following week and tho my mother had a great massage since it wasn’t her massage they couldn’t accommodate it was my prenatal they kept having issues finding someone to do it, to respond to the owner no my massage was horrible sorry it took so long to update I just was at loss for words and didn’t realize the owner responded. HORRIBLE the massage therapist clearly had no clue how to do a prenatal massage and made me change my massage from a 90 min to only 60 because HE didn’t feel comfortable doing a prenatal that long so he added a scalp and food scrub that also sucked because he only did it for 2 mins each and went so fast I thought he was racing someone he hardly touched my skin he rubbed my body down like it was a race 😭🤣 what a joke, then proceeded to tell me every 5 mins that he hated prenatal massages, doesn’t like doing them, and spent the entire time talking about his family. I could tell by his touch he was uninterested in being there and clearly they just needed someone to do the job they LACKED the ability to properly staff for. I stand by my original review avoid this place because they have zero interest in actually servicing people or finding the appropriate staff to do the job, also he mentioned he was a TEACHER at a massage school which is even more horrendous because he’s teaching students this mindset.AVOID this location like the plague the worst experience of all time, I didn’t even get my massage because they failed to properly book after having to push this massage off for 3 weeks because they didn’t have anyone who could do a prenatal we booked this for that particular reason me and my mother both had massages my husband got us for Mother’s Day, booking was beyond difficult because the front desk couldn’t comprehend what a gift card was we told her two people, 1 was a prenatal and 1 was a deep tissue she realized she couldn’t do the soonest appointment because she needed a therapist who could do a prenatal massage. We live over 30 mins away and I’m moving so coming back isn’t possible nor would we want to after this experience. The most unprofessional experience because it was no fault of our own we came when we were told we were booked she said both of us had an appointment just for us to find out that we didn’t when we arrived only 1 person had one. Then she said if we come a different day we’ll get half off, as if our drive and time means nothing with their business failed that does nothing for me nor does it even begin to fix why make an appointment that far out to not be able to find better solutions nothing was really tried we decided to return gift cards and never use this massage place again I hope better training is afforded so people learn to properly book rather then say they did something when they didn’t she sounded lost and confused the whole conversation we definitely should have made the appointment somewhere else.

Booked my mom an app, when she arrived, they said she wasn’t scheduled. Then they lied saying Robby wasn’t there as he was walking out a client. She was so upset she decided to cancel her membership. Robby then proceeded to come greet her and when he found out she was canceling he sarcastically said he was sad he was losing a client. We are very disappointed with how this situation was handled and don’t recommend this location.
Very disorganized and unreliable place. From the moment I scheduled the appointment and the text confirmation never arrived to the 3 times my scheduled was changed by time and massage therapist. At the end, the appointment had to be canceled and they for sure did not seem to care a bit

I have no real complaints about the atmosphere or the massage therapists. I actually very much enjoyed my therapist. She was knowledgeable and provided a top notch therapeutic massage. I give three stars because the assistant manager blatantly lied to me about my account. If you sign up for monthly massages at a given rate it is a good deal, right up until you would like to cancel. I wanted to have my last massage before I was charged again and specifically spoke with the assistant manager in person when making my appointments and was told I would use all my time before being charged again. The only reason I was cancelling was lighter income from a slow off-season. I would have LOVED to go back as soon as season picked up but now I will not be. TERRIBLE customer service. I dont mind staff making a mistake. We are human and it happens, but take responsibility for your mistakes rather than lying. Even if it is not your mistake try to remedy the situation rather than just taking my money and saying tough luck. Customers pursue alternative location if possible.
Lisa is an amazing therapist who made me feel at home and communicated with me throughout the massage to make me feel comfortable. I booked another massage for next month because she is well worth the wait. Thank you Lisa and also front desk staff for being so nice.
I have a lot of issues with my back and a lot of tension. I always go with the deep tissue massage with Erin and hands down the BEST I HAVE HAD. Shes always in a great mood as well which I feed off of peoples energy so Im always happy when Im there and even after I leave. Staff always has a great attitude and makes me feel real comfortable.
Some of the massage therapists are good, but overall the management could care less about satisfying customers and their policies are sneaky and never clearly explained by front desk staff as they rush you through. Had to cancel my membership after years and was told I had 60 days from cancellation date to use hours, but nope, lost them because when I called to book they told me they were already cancelled. Meanwhile when I cancelled they never told me a specific date I needed to use them by other than 60 days from cancellation date. Syan, the manager is helpless and rude, no intention of making right and happy to lose a customer over 2.5 hours owed me that Ive already paid dearly for. Plenty of other massage places in town. Steer clear. No wonder there is such turnover in therapists. Horrible customer service, especially during Covid, with no fair resolution or grace periods even regardless of their staffing limitations and massage availability. *Ive never posted anything but positive Google reviews
These people are thieves. We went into the facility in November 2019 yo advise we were moving out of state and asking to transfer our membership. They had no facility in the city we were moving to in St. George, Utah, so the young lady who waited on us advised she would close our accounts for my husband and myself. Well they went on to charge each of us $58.88 a month through February and an additional $56.00 each month for what I have been unable to find out. So we paid in excess of $900.00 for no services. They have refused to correct this problem or reimburse us claiming we didnt fill out a cancellation request. Their own employee never requested we fill out anything and advised she would take care of it. Im so disappointed and disgusted!!
My girlfriend and I went in there on the introductory price the ladies who helped us sign up and said her appointments were great when we showed up to our appointment we met our masseuses and I requested a lady. When the lady came to massage me I noticed that she was coughing so I let it go thinking it would go away. As she massaged me she proceeded to continue to cough and every time she did cough her arm went up and I don’t know if she coughed on her hand or in her shirt but then after that she would touch me. Then as she would walk around the massaging table to get around she would lean on the center of my back for leverage to be able to walk around. I left with no issues and I asked to have the manager call me. When the manager called me I told her about my grievances and Said maybe she had a bad day. I asked if I could possibly get another massage for the inconvenience. And her response was absolutely we will just have to re-charge you again for the introductory price and I said that was not good enough and she said she would speak to a manager above her and get back with me. That was three weeks ago I’ve yet to hear a phone call or anything. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody because if that’s how you treat people after having a bad experience you guys shouldn’t be in business that much longer.
I’ve had 2 horrible experiences back to back. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Was called the day before to cancel my appointment. Rescheduled that appointment for another 3 weeks after and was called 2 hours before my appointment time to let me know that my appointment was cancelled, did not offer any solution or compensation.
Always a great massage at massage lux. Great staff, simple but clean facilities. Be sure to ask about pricing before purchasing or redeeming a gift cards, they are often sold at intro rates and do not cover the full cost
I had an appointment for today that was booked over a week ago. Friday I received a cancellation text. So today I called them to find out about my appointment. Which they then informed me that the massage therapist no longer works there... So they cancelled my appointment never bothered to call me before todays appointment to reschedule or inform me of the changes. They need some communication classes and management courses. Not having high school kids running the place and just cancelling appointment without speaking to anyone.
My experience with Massage Luxe has been great. My therapist, Patricia, is the best. I completely trust her to take care of me. She is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. It is good to see a business that has high professionals like her in their staff. I would recommend it. Best investment in my health!
It is always a great experience as soon as you walk in with the aroma and quiet atmosphere. Lena did a wonderful deep tissue massage, and also explained that I needed a tigger point massage next time to work out the knots. Can not wait until my next appointment.
Never had a bad experience always loved The Smiling staff and how welcoming they are. I would highly recommend to others and everyone that has given me a massages and a great job very kind and knows what theyre doing. Feel very good to get a Swedish massage for an hour and a half. And also the deluxe was awesome.
Felt very rushed checking in. The ladies couldnt get the tablet working for a few minutes. Entering the massage room explained the area to focus on. Therapist did not listen well. I had spinal fusion at L 4 and 5. Need focus on low spine, hip and legs. If time allows other area in shoulders neck. Therapist forcus on my upper L scapula forever! So disappointed not much work in L spine and hip area. Will never return. Facial was good! The young lady was very sweet and gentle. I did enjoy the facial.
I purchased 7 coupons on Good Friday. When I called to set up the appointment they said you could only use one per person. What a bunch of _____It doesn’t say that I on the certificate or on the email. They pulled the old switch or bait and switch.I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased these. As you can see many complaints.
The massages are ok, everytime the massages are very different even if I ask for the same service and they are always busy. I work 6 days a week and have 4 children so its hard to know when to book an appt to much in advance, so its very rare that I can make one because they are always so booked. I have a monthly pass and I have accumulated 6 hours in massages. I cant halt payment until I use all the hours and restart, I would have to cancel and then I have 60 days to use all the hours or I LOOSE them, even though I payed for them! Its alot cheaper just to use the coupons in the mail. Am still waiting for that therapist who actually listens to exactly what I need In a massage.
Wow Bad business here. A WARNING for everybody thinking about becoming a member of this group. I was lured in by the introductory special, I paid my membership and was a member for 2 months. My first two massages were super. Great masseur (Daniel) and no complains. So I booked another session with Daniel but upon arriving he was not available. I was assigned another masseur and the massage was horrible. The masseur must have thought that a deep tissue massage meant hurt the person on table. I did book another massage again with Daniel and again no complaints. So I purchased 3 extra massages. When I called later they told me that Daniel had gone away and they were not sure as to when he would be back if ever. I canceled my membership as I did not want to build up to many massage hours without knowing if Daniel would come back. This morning I called to see if Daniel was available for a massage and I was told he would probably not come back. I was disappointed but I still wanted to use the hours I had paid for. To my surprise I was told that I had lost those hours due to the fact that I was no longer a member. I was told I had lost the money I has paid for these massages. I am now in negotiations with the managers of this group but if I was you I would find a better joint to get a good massage. There are plenty of places in Naples, FL who will give a way better service.
Experienced a wonderful massage here!!! The staff was courteous and relaxing, the massage professionals were extraordinary! Im prone to so many aches and pains in my back and was so happy to experience such bliss and relaxation!!! I would highly recommend this location and chain to anybody looking to pamper themselves!!!

This begins the transition from the hustle bustle of daily life to a calm state of mind which seems to enhance my massage experience. I recently had a fantastic massage with Massage Therapist Joy! I am a jogger and her deep tissue massage brought me back to life! I highly recommend requesting her whether you just stop in or have a membership.
I tried a couple of the membership massage place in town and chose massage luxe. Here is what I like:1) Ron, the massage therapist I see. That guy can do magic. The other day I went in totally stressed out about something in my life. He literally took all the stress away. When I walked out I was not only relaxed, I was also able to think more clearly about the situation I was facing. And to take positive action without being reactive.2) All of the front desk people are very professional, helpful and eager to please.3) Water massage bed. I go in there an chill out. They are so nice to me and never make me feel like Im coming too much.4) They always give me a water bottle after my massage. And before my massage there is an awesome waiting room in the back where they have tea, nice glass tea cups/saucers, water and comfy sofas. I usually arrive just in the nick of time, but twice I had the tea in there - very nice .5) Its cheap!!! I only pay $89 per month, or something like that for two one hour massages a month. Plus I buy upgrades whereby for every $18 I get an additional 30 minutes.6) It is close to my house.
I want to give Massage Luxe a five star rating. The service was excellent. My partner loved her service and wont stop raving about it. We have gone to several places and this was by far the best. Great job by all the staff. Keep up the great work!

Maria is an excellent massage therapist though I’m not sure she’s still there. The good ones don’t seem to stay for long. All was ok until I paid for a membership. Dont fall into that trap. All the front desk personelle care about is getting you to sign up and then tough luck. It’s almost a scam. Also, don’t make the mistake of taking anyone’s word at luxe massag or relying on their information. I left there more convinced than ever that cancelling my membership , regardless, was the right thing to do. Now, I’m giving you the heads up. Wish I read the reviews first.
Appointment I made a month in advance was canceled 3.5 weeks from when I made the appointment. I was then told I could wait another 4 weeks for an appointment. I sent Massage Luxe an email and never heard back. Unacceptable. Ill take my business elsewhere.
Terrible communication, front desk staff always under trained & clueless. Despite 3 calls to manager prior to service the 1st 2 services were completely wrong, they had not left notes in my account as promised & assigned me the wrong massage therapist. Found the front desk girl Jen to be offensive & threatening, even came into the parking lot to stand in front of my car to keep me from leaving because I didnt pay (they have my card on file, didnt know what to charge me despite 3 confirmations with manager & told them my assistant would handle after Jan. 1st). Terrible employee training & coaching PLUS what a HORRIBLE WAY to leave a customer on New Years Eve!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!
My husband was given a gift card for a few hour long sessions at Massage Luxe and sadly picked this location. If zero stars was an option, Daphne and her staff have completely earned it.Going in to book the appointment they demanded his credit card and ID to put in their computer. Not knowing their security measures, he was concerned, but went against his gut instinct.The massage was only FORTY FIVE MINUTES, not the hour he was gifted. As he was leaving he was informed that he could not come back using the gift card that was already pre-paid, and a freakin GIFT FOR HIM. They were kind enough to tell him to give his gift card to someone else, seriously?!?!?He went back to ask them to please remove his ID and credit card information form their computer, again not knowing their security measures. The employee didnt know how and said hed have to wait for Daphne.The next day Ms. Daphne called and told him that his information had been removed. He asked about the massage being 15 minutes short; 60 minutes is an hour and what was bought not 45 minutes. She said that was for him to to get undressed and dressed. He shouldnt be shorted 15 minutes to get dressed. Sell 45 minute sessions and have some integrity with your business practices.Daphne decided to get condescending and told him he couldnt use his remaining sessions at her location.My husband laughed at her and said, no problem.Do your friends, family, or anybody you may want to buy a gift card for, dont allow them to go to this business.There was so many shady things in one visit, this isnt a client-centric business. Youll get more from the massage salon in the mall.Daphne could use a few classes on retaining clients. If this is her normal business practice, they will be out just like Metro Diner.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. My husband bought me a gift card for four massages. I went here a little over a year ago, and though I asked for the “relaxing massage,” I got a deep tissue massage that was uncomfortable to borderline painful, and I had visible bruises the next day. I didn’t want to waste his money, though, so a few months later I came back and had an excellent therapist. Feeling hopeful, I returned today and once again walked out feeling battered and bruised, even though I explicitly stated both when I booked the massage and when I was in the room with the therapist that I did not want a deep tissue massage. There was absolutely nothing relaxing about my experience, and I won’t be back.

Having recently moved from Pa. to Naples - we set out to find our new favorite spa. This past Christmas I bought her (2 packs) of massages at several places (because of the holiday specials). . . . One of them was for Massage Luxe (Vanderbilt Beach Rd) - BIG Mistake! On her first visit she received a 45 minute massage (supposed to be 1 HOUR !) from a guy who coughed on her the entire time.After she finished they tried to charge her an additional $17 and pressed to to become a member. . . . She refused. The certificates says right on them GOOD FOR 1 HR MASSAGE.On her second visit today (with her 2nd gift certificate) she again received a 45 minute massage, and at the end was pressured to buy a membership and was told she owed $48 for the massage even though she had the other gift certificate I gave her.I cannot imagine anyone in their right mind would buy a membership to a place like this - when there are so many better places in Naples. They are the only spa we have encountered that are running this kind of scamLesson Learned !
My massages are always a heavenly experience. I get deep tissue with Lisa and I never had anybody better in my life. She really detangles all the nods in your muscles .front desk is eficiente and the only minor issue is the music in the room it’s a lil loud but not enough to affect the experience! Go get a massage!
Tried to upsell me the entire time couldnt relax because she told me working on my back was extra. Came out feeling worse than when I walked in. A glorified rub with oil. The front desk was very pleasant and professional.
I am a big fan of MassageLuXe. I used to go to Massage Envy and much prefer Massage Luxe. The facility is always impeccable and the staff are excellent in every way. The monthly membership program is well worth it. I highly recommend!

This place is to be avoided. They are not aware their website takes reservations and in fact they told me that they never pay attention.what this means is that you will make a reservation, receive email confirmation but not have an appointment.
