My daughter and I had pedicure appointments this past Saturday May 29 at 10:00 at the Immokalee Rd location. We arrived at 9:50 and the door was locked,the lights were off but the OPEN sign was on above the door. We waited until 10:10 and nobody came to open the salon. We had a previous pedicure a month ago at this location and we were very pleased but not sure what’s going on here now. We have another appointment scheduled on June 25 for 4 ladies before an event. I just called and spoke to someone but she didn’t answer my questions about the salon being closed this past weekend and if they will be open for our next pedicure. She took my phone number and is supposed to call me back 🤷‍♀️***UPDATE - the lady I spoke to this afternoon NEVER RETURNED MY CALL.

Wonderful spa. It is clean and offers lots of services at very reasonable prices. The staff is extremely accommodating and Scott has been my go to. My nails last longer than they ever have and have never looked better.

For the last 14 years I’ve been driving from Marco Island to have Scott do my nails. That should give you an idea of how good he is at what he does. Not only is he professional but his work lasts to suit my needs. From the products he uses to the designs he creates, it’s always been exceptional!! 5Stars are not enough to say the least!!

I used Casablanca on a Living Social coupon. Everything was terrific about this place, including how nice the 2 nail technicians were. Only one thing disturbs me and at first I was highly delighted at the sanitary conditions with my pedicure as they put a type of wrap around the bowl and then the water goes into that foot soak, what I ended up being not happy about was with my used foot water in the bowl, she removed the wrapping while the water was still in it and then drained the water and never sprayed it down with disinfectant, so in the end, it was like I was foot bathing in a bowl that had never been cleaned and so on for the next customer, because when you remove the wrap and my used water was still in it and don’t disinfect that’s the same thing as never cleaning it out and just putting in new water after the old water drains without cleaning it! That is a little disturbing.

As a client of Scot’s for over 12 years, I have always been 100% satisfied with his services. He is very proficient , professional, and always completes an exemplary manicure and pedicure!

Kevin did a great job! The place was very clean and relaxing. I walked in and they took me right away. They offer a lot of services that I cant wait to try at very reasonable rates. You wont be disappointed.

Do not get microblading done here. I had mine done, spending over 700, and most of the color was gone in less than 3 weeks. I reached out to them for a touch up or explaination, advice, something. No response at all. She hasn’t even called me back. I wasted a lot of money here. Beware!

This place is phenomenal! It has a beautiful ambiance and service. Lynn and Victoria are fantastic! They are five star, five diamond all the way. Serviceable, helpful, and will go above and beyond to give their best service.

Had some free time in the area. Google said that they were open. Thursday at 2:30 PM. Sign in the window said that they were open 9 to 6 today. However there was a padlock on the door and they were closed. Frustrating.

Beware! I used to get my lashes done here and I was having a lot of trouble with them.. WelI got a second opinion from a known lash bar in town and I was told that she was glueing the lashes to my actual eyelid! They were all glued together in clumps and where way to big for my actual lashes, which ended up breaking all my natural lashes.preventing me from getting extensions for awhile! Plus she’s the most expensive in town.

Awesome service loved the staff. They are very professional with the work they do and know how to interact with the costumers very well. I’m not from Naples but definitely will recommend Casablanca nails and Spa. 💞💞

Y’all I just had the best mani pedi ever. My hands and feet feel amazing. The massage was wonderful so relaxing.

Gel is 10$per foot and per hand. A wonderful $40 mani pedi quickly turns into $80

So clean & great service! Lovely place, doesnt smell like strong chemicals... def will be back!
